The overall objective is to assess the feasibility of implementing vertical farming systems within the architectural fabric of this neighborhood to establish high-impact guidelines for sustainability and food security. The methodology is based on documentary research with a qualitative approach and an exploratory-descriptive scope. The study integrates project management tools such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the Risk Matrix, and stakeholder analysis to structure a comprehensive management model. It is concluded that technical and environmental feasibility is high, highlighting 95% water efficiency and the mitigation of the local heat island effect. However, socioeconomic feasibility is limited due to the high initial investment and regulatory gaps regarding commercialization. Final success depends on robust community management that ensures operational sustainability.Item Análisis de los riesgos en proyectos productivos rurales: estudio de caso del aguacate Hass en La Paz, CesarJuan David Arenas González; David Arnulfo Bejarano Pérez; Cristian David Herrera RodríguezThis study analyzes the risks associated with the implementation of rural productive projects, using the Hass avocado crop in the municipality of La Paz, Cesar, Colombia, as a case study. The research was conducted under a qualitative and descriptive approach, applying a case study methodology based on the analysis of the Technical Project Document (DTS) and the record generated in the Adjusted General Methodology (MGA). The results show that risks are mainly concentrated in technical, financial, and organizational dimensions. The most critical risk identified is the delay in disbursements from the General Royalties System (SGR), which directly affects liquidity and project continuity. Additionally, technical risks related to pests, diseases, and irrigation system failures were identified, along with organizational risks associated with low beneficiary participation and weak institutional coordination. The study concludes that project sustainability depends on the implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies that mitigate their impact and strengthen project planning, execution, and control. Finally, the need for further quantitative analysis of risks and their application in other rural contexts is highlighted.Item Análisis de riesgos operativos en la gestión de proyectos de logística de transporte terrestre en el sector agrícola de Cundinamarca – ColombiaMoreno Cárdenas Karol Yineth; Pulido Rivera Luna Katherine; Cardozo Trujillo Sergio YecidAn important factor in ensuring the efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of Cundinamarca's agricultural sector is the management of operational risks in project management related to road transportation logistics. Both internal and external factors have significantly impacted the region. This study aims to analyze the different operational risks that may arise and affect project management in road transportation logistics projects in Cundinamarca. It also identifies the main critical risk factors and proposes strategies for effective risk management. This analysis was conducted using a descriptive approach based on the review of scientific articles, standards, reports, and specialized literature focused on risk management, logistics, and project management. The main findings identified external risks such as deteriorated road infrastructure, insecurity, and regulatory instability, as well as internal risks including the lack of standardized processes, insufficient staff training, and the limited implementation of risk management methodologies. These factors lead to project delays, cost overruns, reduced product quality, and decreased competitiveness, directly affecting project management in logistics operations. It is concluded that implementing standards such as ISO 31000 and the PMI best practices, together with the use of traceability technologies, strengthening organizational resilience, and improving infrastructure, can reduce uncertainty and enhance project management performance in the agricultural sector.Item Análisis y Estructuración de Propuesta de Mejora en la Fundación V & CCarlos Alberto Ramirez Gelvez; Juan Sebastian Torres Ayala; Miguel Angel Pena EscobarThe V & C Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports Community Action Boards and/or legally established associations in the management of public water points, which are collective sources of potable water supply for those sectors that do not have the technical conditions required for the service provider to connect them as regular users. Likewise, the Foundation provides these communities with technical, commercial, socio-environmental, and legal services. This document aims to develop an improvement proposal for the V & C Foundation, focused on the administrative and operational processes that directly affect the beneficiary community. The main objective is to design a strategic plan that enhances the quality of the service provided. From a managerial perspective, a strategic thinking methodology will be adopted, with a quantitative approach. A non-probabilistic convenience analysis will be conducted through the application of a survey to 100 beneficiaries, capturing their opinions regarding the service provided by the Foundation. Additionally, tools such as the Ishikawa diagram and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) will be used to identify, classify, and prioritize the organization’s issues. As a result, a low level of acceptance of the technical service was identified, which is internally associated with delays and staff workload in coupon delivery, the accumulation of work orders, and response times in general. Based on this, the document focuses on structuring a strategic plan with activities, responsibilities, timelines, and indicators that will help establish a path toward delivering high-quality service to the community. In conclusion, the strategic plan will improve the internal processes of the V & C Foundation, leading to reduced response times, which in turn will increase beneficiary satisfaction, promoting results-based management and continuous improvement.Item Aplicación de metodologías ágiles, para evaluar el impacto del cambio de lubricante en planta de producciónJosé Luis Mosquera Alzate; Luis Fernando Sierra MartínThe purpose of this article is to present a study analyzing the impact of applying agile methodologies to industrial project management, specifically focusing on lubricant changes in gearboxes at a powdered detergent plant. Research indicates that the problem stems from current operational failures, high maintenance costs, and significant environmental impacts associated with poor lubrication practices. In this context, the main objective is to design a proposal based on the Scrum framework to manage lubricant changes in a structured manner, thereby enabling the evaluation of their technical, economic, and environmental effects.Item Aproximación a la optimización de la gestión jurídica mediante soluciones tecnológicas integralesErika Marcela Cárdenas Ávila; Luis Felipe Diaz Mantilla; Laura Liliana LinaresLegal management in Colombia faces a contradiction that any user, specialized or not, has been able to experience firsthand: the regulatory framework has advanced toward digitalization, yet actual operating conditions remain shaped by technological, cultural, and institutional gaps that prevent these new conditions from being fully realized. This article examines how comprehensive technological solutions can bridge that gap through three objectives: diagnosing the current state of legal management in Colombia, designing scalable tools for document management, judicial monitoring, and process automation, and formulating organizational guidelines that ensure the long-term sustainability of those tools. The methodology follows a mixed-methods approach with an exploratory-descriptive scope, grounded in a bibliographic and documentary review of academic and institutional sources. The findings reveal that Colombia has made significant regulatory progress — including Agreement 001 of 2024 issued by the National Archive and the Strategic Plan for Digital Transformation of the Judicial Branch 2021–2025 — but that effective implementation requires technical tools articulated with organizational change management strategies. The central conclusion is that the digital transformation of the legal sector is not solely a technological problem: it is an interdisciplinary process that demands regulatory coordination, institutional leadership, cultural appropriation, and verifiable performance metrics.Item Articulo cientifico IA gerencia proyectos / Scientific article: AI in project managementLinda Yinneth Lancheros MartinezThe research analyzes the use of generative AI in the planning and monitoring of digital transformation projects, identifying its applications, benefits, challenges, and guidelines for responsible adoption.Item Automatización de informes comerciales en el sector asegurador en ColombiaDanna Yishet Aragón Donoso; Jorge Alexander González Rodríguez; Carolina Angarita CardenasIn the insurance sector, the preparation of business reports is a fundamental activity for monitoring organizational performance and supporting strategic decision-making. In many organizations, these reports continue to be generated through manual processes, primarily based on spreadsheets, which increases operational time, raises the likelihood of human error, and limits the analytical use of available information. In this context, this research focuses on the low efficiency and operational risk associated with the manual generation of business reports. The research principle develops an automation and standardization solution for generating business reports in insurance companies in Colombia, leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools that integrate data mining, transformation, loading, analysis, and visualization. Methodologically, an applied approach is implemented, starting with an analysis of the current report preparation process, in order to identify critical activities, levels of manual intervention, and operational risk points. The results show that a significant proportion of work time is spent on repetitive tasks such as data cleaning, consolidation, and validation, which reduces the teams' ability to focus on analyzing results based on strategic goals. Finally, the proposal involves adopting a data integration and automated report generation system that improves data quality and reduces errors, enhancing decision-making and contributing efficiently to the operation and advancement of digital transformation within the organization and the insurance sector.Item Diseño de infraestructura operativa y posicionamiento comercial para la marca Panelas con Amor GLA en Briceño, BoyacáBarbosa-Rodríguez, Adriana Patricia; Romero-Bernal, Harold Andrés ; Linares-Romero, LauraThis document aims to transform the reality of the company Panelas con Amor GLA, a family business located in Briceño, Boyacá, which currently operates artisanally and faces challenges growing in the market. The central problem is that the sugar mill's infrastructure does not comply with sanitary regulations due to a lack of adequate networks and physical organization, in addition to the brand lacking the necessary recognition to compete. To address this, the objective is to design a proposal that combines technical facility improvements through civil engineering with a new commercial image. The chosen methodology is mixed and follows a phased, step-by-step model, starting with a real diagnosis and leading to a design proposal. The results will verify dimensions through renovation plans to meet INVIMA standards and a new packaging design, concluding that integrating engineering with a solid marketing and advertising strategy can transform this rural business into a sustainable and competitive enterprise in the region.Item Diseño de un Modelo Gerencial Integrado de transformación para la organización "Dra.
