It was elaborated under the qualitative research methodology, using the observation method, with collection of information from interviews, field work and consultation of company records, the data was analyzed quantitatively with the application of statistical processes. During the development of this project, the possible scenarios to implement the Quality Management System were analyzed. A process management was proposed where a process map was presented with the characterization of a missionary, support, strategic and evaluation process. On the other hand, an analysis of the company was carried out using the EFQM model, finding several opportunities for improvement for the company. It is dedicated to the marketing of groceries and wholesale and retail, has 10 branches and is affiliated with Cooratiendas cooperative. This company has had a very favorable growth which makes it necessary to implement a quality management system to improve its processes, this in order to work every day in the continuous improvement of its processes and to position itself as a of the main supermarket chains nationwide. This document presents the scope and products of the research process developed for the company in question. At the moment that the first approach to the company is made, a diagnosis is established about its processes, by means of which opportunities for improvement can be identified with the implementation of a quality management system. One of the results of this research is the characterization of the processes for the areas of purchasing, storage, selection of suppliers, sales and computer systems. Market segmentation was also carried out to identify potential customers and develop commercial strategies, taking into account the fundamentals of Neuromarketing in order to achieve more and more customer loyalty.
