Item Espacios de comunidad: relación entre estructura portante y espacios polivalentes para la configuración de un equipamiento cultural como complemento educativo.Agudelo Torrijos, Angie Paola; Martínez Chivatá, Christian Andrés; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura MarcelaSupporting structure and generic spaces are two layers that we consider of vital importance for the disposition of spaces given for culture and education, additionally the role users take on how they appropriate spaces under several schemes of activity, making it necessary to rethink space as a more multifunctional and polyvalent element where the elements of scenography can be adaptable making the element more flexible in relation to its use. Thus, the investigation recovers its sense when it determines how a geographical space makes it easy to carry out multiple activities and remains independent from the structure, likewise, that as needed the element can be adapted or expanded. Because of that, the project is carried out with a mixed methodology where phenomenal, physical and social-spatial data are collected, with the purpose of recognizing the relationships among the users and the space itself, to intervene the supporting structure by formulating generic spaces that can adapt in relation to needs and eventually be given to progressive grout.Item Diseño e implementación de un equipamiento para fortalecer el arraigo cultural, el desarrollo sostenible y sustentable del municipio de viotá.Alvarado Chavarro, Laura Paola; Mateus Pava, Marly Gisselle; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe investigation is related to the municipality of Viotá, it results in a main problem which is the development of the young population of the municipality towards its territory. The constant migration of the inhabitants of the rural area of the municipality to populated centers, urban centers and cities in search of employment and educational opportunities has resulted in the loss of the agricultural culture, since this endogenous knowledge loses its generational transmission due to the displacement of the young rural population, causing expropriation and deterioration of the territory in cultural, social, economic and environmental aspects, so it is necessary to mitigate the displacements by implementing equipment that promotes culture and improving the quality of life in rural areas, the decentralization of services in urban areas and allow their accessibility to the rural population to strengthen the natural and cultural landscape. For what is proposed the implementation of a network that decentralizes services, where its main components are ecological tourism, community tourism, coffee culture and equipment that allow these activities, benefiting the rural population, because it allows greater economic income without affecting the coffee character of the territory and its natural landscape, the appreciation of agricultural culture and appropriation of the territory by the entire resident population.Item Universitaria agrícola para la educación y el trabajo.Guerrero Gutierrez, Alexander; Rodriguez Olaya, Bryan Camilo; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésIt proposes an architectural project (equipment) of higher education with emphasis in careers that complement the education medium-technical-technological and agricultural in order to encourage the rooting of the young people and entrepreneurs towards the agricultural work and towards their Region based on what was raised by the Ministry of National Education "Education for the work proposes an architectural project (equipment) of higher education with emphasis in careers that complement the education.Item Relación entre estructura y espacio genérico para el diseño de un centro cultural en Girardot, CundinamarcaBobadilla-Jimenez, Jessica Guisel; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThe present investigation presents the approach of a cultural center in the municipality of Girardot, Cundinamarca, which responds to the need to take an investigation which had as its central theme the relationship between structure and generic space for its development, all this seeking to respond to the need of the municipality to have cultural and genetic spaces that allow to diversify the urban and architectural dynamics of Girardot. To address the investigation of the architectural project, a series of observations in the field and data collection were used to determine the place of intervention, then when analyzing this information, it was highlighted that the population does not have an adequate space where they can carry out cultural activities and recreation. . Next, the structure and the relationship with the generic spaces were classified. Finally, a series of analyzes was carried out where I identified how the generic and programmatic space is related to the structure using the concept of porosity to take advantage of interior voids, façade elements and find interior and exterior relationships.Item Ampliación de la plaza de mercado La Perseverancia, en relación a su estructura y escenografíaCasallas-Rincón, Paola Andrea; Romero-Saza, Sebastián David; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe main objective of the document is to demonstrate the relationship between structure and scenography for the expansion of market hall, resulting in a free-floor design that gives users the opportunity to generate new activities and spaces in market hall . To carry out the research, a method was developed which, through field visits to market hall in Bogotá and international examples, allowed the collection of data and information regarding: materiality, structure, flow of people, bioclimatic, scenography, activities etc. Once this information was collected, we sought to diagram it through mappings, to later compare them and extract results that were expressed as notations. In this way we developed a whole system that resulted in extracts, which were design bases for the non-composition method, for the expansion of the La Perseverancia market hall, by means of a free plan and pieces of flexible scenography, which They are the conclusion of investigating the relationship between structure and scenery in market hall.Item Relación entre escenografía y envolvente para configurar ambientes de aprendizaje mediante el arte y el deporte urbanoCorredor-Cuellar, Bryan Alexander; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThis research explores a new configuration of educational architecture relating the urban scenery with the characteristics of the envelope; elements that are appropriate in artistic and sports activities in the town of Engativá. To carry this out, an urban analysis was carried out in which the pieces of urban scenery used for extreme sports (BMX, Skate, Parkour) such as stairs, railings, ramps, walls, bridges, etc., were first identified, and then the characteristics of the envelope that frame street art activities. After this extraction, through the notation tool, the artistic-sports scenarios and the 6 principles for learning environments proposed by Rosan Bosch are outlined, in order to achieve a spatial configuration that takes characteristics of both and produces their own learning environments. of the locality. Based on collage experiments, 4 mixed learning environments are produced (Sports/Arts/Pedagogical) that group characteristics of all the scenarios, forming a Didactic Campus full of stimuli focused on the development of pedagogical activities as a contribution to innovation in the urban educational infrastructure.Item Relación entre espacios genéricos y las envolventes para integrarse en la escenografía del barrio patio bonito (Bogotá)Bayona-Cajica, Juan Sebastian; Cabra-Cortes, Andres Felipe; Martínez Castillo, Yira CatalinaThe central objective of the document is to show the relationship that exists between generic spaces and the surrounding space to complement the student day in the youth population of Patio Bonita, resulting in the design of an interactive equipment that gives users the opportunity to create new activities through the interior and surrounding spaces. To carry out the research, a method was developed in which data was collected regarding the youth population of all the towns of Bogotá to determine the place of intervention. Once this information was collected, the generic spaces were obtained according to the activities and ages of the population to intervene, to finally carry out a series of experiments where we related the envelope with the programmatic spaces, resulting in the implementation of the vacuum as an operation that, By interacting with the open plan, the relationship of the internal and external envelope with the generic spaces increases.Item Equipamiento para la primera infancia desde la relación de escenografía y modelos pedagógicosViana-Girón, Diego Alexander; López-Ramos, Paula Andrea; Carvajal, EdgarThis degree project aims to identify the importance of the project-based pedagogical model (ABP) in force in the city of Bogotá, thus demonstrating that the scenography is a fundamental part in the distribution and adaptation of spaces, their furniture and their structural system , thus allowing children to have a better space and better interaction between students and teachers, which allows for a better quality of life. This pedagogical model brings many benefits because children have the ability to cope with problems inside and outside the classroom, which allows it to be appropriate to the needs of the students. The scenery is represented as the main part that makes up the classroom. Thus concluding that the scenography is a fundamental part of the ABP pedagogical model and in the adaptations of the furniture and its spaces.Item Centro agrícola (educativo y productivo) como espacios de integración y reivindicación para la paz en Mesetas, Meta.Sepulveda Blanco, Carlos Andrey; Pedraza Castellanos, Michael Orlando; Vinasco, FabioThe department of Meta has been one of the territories most affected by the presence of groups outside the law; due to its location as a geographical characterization and lack of presence of the state, and its communities that have been directly and indirectly hurt. The investigation is carried out in the municipality of Mesetas in the department of the goal, where its main problem is the criminal recidivism on the part of those affected by the armed conflict, due to the lack of opportunities for education, employment and socio-cultural segregation; that they bring like consequences the poverty, the social inequality and the cultural uprooting, deteriorating the quality of life of the population; therefore, the main objective is to mitigate the recidivism and segregation of the inhabitants through facilities that provide support for the recovery and potentialization of community life, building collective spaces capable of producing meetings and the convergence of communities.Item La escenografia y la actividad como estrategia para el diseño de espacios para el uso de vivienda e industria textil.Garay-Alvarez, Sara Lucia; Quiñones-Ariza, Angela Vanessa; Vieda-Martinez, Sergio AndresThe present investigation covers the relationship between scenography and activity to design housing spaces and the textile industry, the initiative began from evidencing problems such as uncontrolled spaces, rigidity, disorganization, immutability and fixity and where this was most fixed was in housing. and in the spaces for the textile industry in funza cundinamarca. Therefore, we found that rigidity can disappear from the scenography, taking into account we began to carry out a study of how it was possible through the scenography to give the flexible characteristic to a space regardless of use, where from the literature and the study of referents we extracted qualities, as it was that the activity could be coordinated through the furniture, different height and texture allows different characterization to what induces the versatility of a space and mobile enclosures that adapt to the needs of the space. Then a study was carried out on how this relationship between scenery and activity was working in the textile dwellings of Funza, what positive characteristics we could demonstrate, this allowed us to show that the scenery can act as a covering, that the furniture can act as an ordering, dividing and the importance of versatility, all these characteristics contribute to break the rigidity of a space and achieve flexible property.Item Franjas articuladoras urbanas para la cohesión territorial entre asentamientos informales y formales en la UPZ 67 Lucero localidad Ciudad Bolívar – Bogotá D.C.Zapata Corredor, Karina Milena; Hernández Matos, Shaaron Hasbleidy; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe informal accessions are a present problem worldwide, that with the passage of time have made irrefutable the helpless planning and control of the exponential present growth in the population. The fragmentation partner - spatial is a reflection(reflex) of the territorial fracture for the construction of informal accessions in not suitable soils for the residential use as the protection areas of the Gully You smooth. Guénola and Arellano (2006) indicate that " the fragmentation of uses, activities and tasks in the spaces and the individualization should seem to be the principal engine of the social fragmentation (…) the unequal access to the services and urban equipments, for which also it(he,she) refers to the mobility of the individuals " (p.66). From the application of the methodology of the Urban Pixel an offer is constructed emphatically in the environmental and ecological recovery inside the natural fracture shaped by the Gully. This one consists of the design of two striping articuladoras urban orientated to the construction of urban scenes(stages) and spaces of opportunities (social, cultural and productive) complemented with a network(net) of modules; hereby it is tended by the approximation of the settlers of the informal and formal accessions to achieve territorial and social cohesion.Item La economía verde como criterio de diseño para un nuevo modelo de vivienda hacia los damnificados en la región de Mocoa.Hernandez-Rodriguez, Hector Alejandro; Alfaro-Almanza, Jonathan Sneider; Calderón Uribe, Franz GiovanniThis research is carried out in order to propose a residential and urban solution, given the environmental phenomena that occurred on 03/31/2017 in the municipality of Mocoa, for which the green economy was included as the main theory, through sustainability, productivity and progressivity , implicit in architectural design, and urban resilience as a sub theory to achieve adequate municipal development with preventive studies carried out by the state. For its development, the design of the 300 housing units of the 2 phase of VIP housing, proposed by the housing ministry after the disaster, where the different urban systems such as environmental zones, risk areas, expansion zones were analyzed urban, land uses, and how it has had an economic and social development throughout history, together with the help of a focus group made with the inhabitants, which provided a conception of the socio-environmental dynamics of housing in Mocoa Giving as a result the design of 4 types of housing around a single distribution, this in order not to generate segregation among users, as they belong to a single priority-interest project. The houses have 86.7M2 built on a 54M2 lot, where a design of facades and roofs was carried out according to the location of the typology, taking into account the bioclimatic analyzes performed, and the implementation of the central courtyard as a fundamental element in the configuration of Urban housing in the Mocoa region.Item Parque metropolitano para disminuir la fragmentación ambiental y social presente en el Canal Juan AngolaVanegas-Castellanos, Kendry Loraine; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe research is conducted about Cartagena City in the neighborhoods of Crespo and Santa María and embrace the main issue of the environmental fragmentation due to: non-controlled urban growth; due to doings as: enlargement of international airport Rafael Nuñez runway, which produce the breakdown between the Biological Corridor (configuration of canals, lagoons and brooks) and the Cienaga de la Virgen marsh, the economic and hotel industry growth in the city is leading to lost of environmental awareness, the articulation and merging of the Crespo neighborhood and its surroundings with the rest of the city are leading to expropriation and decay of the territory in environmental, cultural and economic matters, consequently, the environmental fragmentation must be reduced with the implementation of a metropolitan park that promotes the environmental culture and strengthen the natural landscape. Therefore, the urban proposal includes the design of a neural network of equipment and public spaces where its main components are addressed to ecological and hotel tourism, and activities that promotes a recreational and sporting culture in Santa Maria neighborhood.Item Corabastos, renovación e integración socioeconómica y ambiental parque comercial urbano.Vergara Vergara, Daniel Fernando; Amaya Montoya, Jenny Paola; Salazar Pinilla, Andrés OrlandoThis is an urban project that raises the urban renewal of the area of Corabastos and its immediate surroundings, in turn, through this intervention seeks its consolidation and strengthening as a CENTRALITY of Bogotá. This proposal provides for the integration of the immediate commercial sector, residential, and strong environmental character implicit in the area, since we have two ecological assets such as Wetland Cow and Donkey, which in the past formed a single body Water. In that order of ideas, one of the most important interventions of the project will be the inter-wetland park, which will connect them and will be a green axis in the project, which will increase the index of public space and green areas in the sector. Another intervention to highlight is the underground supply of Corabastos, which will allow it to become pedestrian on its surface, and allow the merchant experience to be more pleasant for the user; That is why the shape of the plant itself is also reconfigured in order to meet this objective, and that it is articulated with the city and the immediate environmental, commercial and residential environment. From the residential aspect, new uses are proposed for housing in the sector, large public spaces and squares, and in turn new access roads, which are integrated with the existing road network and have urban permeability in the proposal. All the above acquires solidity and support, by proposing urban strategies related to the New Urbanism theory.Item Memoria histórica Hondeña, intervención en inmuebles de interés cultural en el centro histórico de Honda-TolimaMatiz Rodriguez, Carlos Giovanni; Jimenez Rodriguez, Jeison David; Calderón, Franz GiovanniAccording to the spatial transformations and the functions that have been had in the municipality of Honda, Tolima mainly its historic center, losing its heritage meaning, forcing the families that have remained and speak in a place of residence. Cultural interest, thus generating the need to solve. How can intervention in two buildings of cultural interest affect the [re] construction of the historic environment of Honda, Tolima? Intervene two buildings of cultural interest that affect the [re] construction of the historic environment of the historic center of Honda, Tolima, for the preservation and [re] assessment of its memory and identity.Item Relación entre el programa arquitectónico y la escenografía en la vivienda rural productiva (Bogotá Usme)Diaz-Guatame, Luis Mateo; Montenegro-Méndez, Robinson Julián; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThe present research work covers the relationship between program and scenography as an articulator to transform productive rural housing in the village of La Requilina, in Usme, Bogota; we start from the scarcity of relationship in the scenography of the housing spaces and the same distribution of the program in these, because this limits the mixture in the daily activities not provided in the same spaces that are expected to be changing. According to the above, the housing spaces and their different types of activities are recognized and related to the scenography of the spaces, we conducted a study looking for the most tangible relationships with respect to program and scenography, taking into account that they are rural houses which 70% are production and 30% of living spaces as the main activity in the rural sector due to agrotourism, finding this in all the houses of the agrotourism route in the village where what generates a change is the internal and external activities of some houses. All the above is governed by the mixed methodology with which we are governed for the development of the research where there will be three stages to compile, group and conclude this process, with the collection of this information we conclude that it allows us to evidence a clear approach of standard replicable houses, polyvalent and flexible where the spaces will be adapted to the type of activity to be carried out, either with rotations through movable partitions that will be part of the structure through rails transforming the space according to the need, this as a process of information gathering that allowed us to conclude the following, the majority of rural houses are adapted more to the agricultural activity than to a habitable place, they are practical in their distribution of activities making emphasis in the union of some spaces, in spite of everything they supply their necessities but they need a better spatial vision for the distribution of the same one, With this in mind the scenography will be adapted to the space and the distribution system will be more conscious and programmatic for the identity of the same spaces where everyone can interact freely in each space either inside the house or in the perimeters near it with their respective activities to be part of the social collective already established in the tourist routes of the sector.Item Relación entre actividad y escenografía en una vivienda rural productiva en San Eduardo (Boyacá)Velasquez-Romero, Nicolas Andres; Nagles-Garcia, Brian Camilo; Jaramillo, LauraThe objective of the document is to establish the relationship between activity and scenography in a productive rural housing, seeking to integrate production processes through flexible spaces. The development of the research was carried out by means of field study tools such as: mapping and notations, with which we sought to analyze and interpret the different uses, activities, displacements, flows, areas, schedules, and climatic conditions corresponding to the user’s production processes. We proceeded with the extraction of results, which served as a basis to determine the direction of the design from theories and methods of noncomposition, resulting in the prototype of a house that articulates the productive processes of coffee growing and the activities of a single-family house in asingle project volume.Item Centro de rehabilitación y capacitación para las personas en situación de discapacidad física y sensorial en la localidad de Ciudad BolívarRincon-Zaraza, Walter; Jurado-Montoya, Jesus Alberto; Ulloa Moreno, Miguel RicardoThe following document explains the research and proposal process for a volume architectural and urban intervention through the concepts of social integration derived in 3 branches: Rehabilitation, training and integration, where through architecture creates a spatial, sociocultural and physical reflection that highlights the problems of people in disability situation and as through urban and architectural intervention proposals an inclusive change could be generated in the territory.Item Relación entre permeabilidad y programa para el diseño de un mercado híbrido en UsmeMoreno-Reyes, Valery Giovana; Torres-Pérez, Jonathan Camilo; Jaramillo, LauraThis research was carried out in Usme, where it was found that most of the market and higher education facilities are limited to solid volumes, compartmentalized, not so porous, with little variety of phenomena and spatial relationships; in addition, fragmented and sectioned urban spaces, with agglomerations, and without collective spaces that allow them to be inhabited. Thus stress the importance of investigating the relationship between permeability and program, to configure porous, dynamic spaces, with a great variety of spatial relationships, with spatial fluidity, visual continuity and interconnection with urban space and solve spatial fragmentation, by means of a methodological development that is divided into three parts: First, the problems in the field of work were identified; using graphical and investigative tools such as field trips, mapping and notation. For the second phase, considering the information obtained previously, the comparison of this is made and the analysis of the referents is carried out; then the determinants of the variables are established, and how they are evidenced in the referents and in buildings of Usme. Finally, in the third phase, the propositional stage is developed, a concept is established to determine the organization of the spaces, stipulating a series of rules and principles that take the void as a modulating concept for provide an adequate design for a plaza equipment market and technical educational institution. Of course, the necessary planimetry is presented to explain the architectural design.Item La forma y el vacío como instrumentos para la reconfiguración de la infraestructura cultural de Kennedy.Güiza-Delgadillo, Laura Natalia; Pulido-Sánchez, Sharon Juliana; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThis research work studies the relation between form and void in the cultural infraestructure of the Kennedy locality in the city of Bogotá, for this, elements of form and void are evaluated in order to initiate a contrast between types of form and void obtained from an analysis of local cultural centers and other international cultural centers because this relation influences dynamic components such as cultural manifestations (Music, Sing, Dance, Art, etc.). Relations between form and void are proposed based on the intervention of the cultural infrastructure and the analysis of dynamics carried out through mappings and programmatic operations mixing different activities according to two architectural programs (Cultural and Commercial) resulting from the evaluation of each activity based on its characterization between form or void. In this sense, the project is aimed at the study of the relation between form and void as essential elements for the realization of a cultural infrastructure, for which by means of the method that starts from modeling the research process as the first architectural intention, it covers the main components of the case study in question.
