Item Plan de Reactivación- Barrio MandalaySantana-Valbuena, Angie Paola; Rubiano-Giraldo, Maria Paula; González Palacio, Juan CarlosThe main objective of the document is to identify those neighborhoods that have specific characteristics that are seen today as uncommon, so that you can understand how these neighborhoods are adapting and the importance this has for the development of the city. This maintains characteristics of a specific era and therefore does not connect with its current context, generating different dynamics from those that happen around it; making it an unsustainable sector. This neighborhood by presenting such important characteristics (public space index, housing typologies, location), excelling the percentage that exists between full and empty; where the emptiness is the one that stands out. It allows to identify how regardless of whether it is surrounded by denser sectors, it maintains its peculiarities; making it a sector with better quality of space compared to the city. Therefore, it presents opportunities for future development if it is used and does not become a problem as it currently is. So the proposal seeks to reactivate and take advantage of these opportunities to allow the future development of this, providing new ways of inhabiting the space and thus potentiate in a UPZ as developed as the Americas; so that it connects with the dynamics that happen around it, but without losing what makes it so different from its context. d and how he does not adapt can become a consequence for the sector; as is the Mandalay neighborhoodItem Centro de integración urbano-rural “intercambio de saberes” San Cayetano – El Zulia, Norte de SantanderCastro-Ruiz, Cristian Camilo; Tangarife-Sanchez, Melany Tatiana; González, Juan CarlosCultural and social equipment can promote the integration of peasants with urban dwellers, strengthening the traditional saber they have of their territory and productive dynamics, in addition to enhancing formal knowledge. This space helps to have a relationship with the environment, it is a meeting point for them, so that they have a place where they can learn and at the same time have a recreational space to improve social living conditions. In this equipment, farmers and urban dwellers share knowledge, formal knowledge and skills they have, learning from each other, also generating social integration in recreation and exchange spaces. The lot to be intervened was selected for its relationship with the river, since this natural element is very important for the community because it is part of its culture and identifies it as an element of production, but also recreation. It also has a direct relationship with the main road that connects with Cúcuta and the other municipalities of the western part of the department and is located in the area destined for culture and recreation, without affecting any protected area of the rural area. A mall is proposed on the main roads, which will have stays, cycle routes, bike parking, transport exchange modules and hydration points every 500 meters. The project seeks to generate integration through the concept of nature and rurality, giving meaning to the countryside and articulating it with the dynamics of the city.Item Tejido dinámico como articulador entre estructura y programa de una vivienda productiva panelera en Nocaima CundinamarcaChimá-Racero, Landris; Vásquez-Contreras, Héctor Fernando; Laura Marcela Jaramillo AcostaThe research is inclined towards the relationship between structure and program of a panelera enramada and a rural house from the question that links the two variables, how development context is chosen by Nocaima Cundinamarca; thus leaning towards the factor of tradition and culture of the panelera enramada responding to the problem of disconnection between rural housing and the sugar mill. Urbanly, a municipal network is proposed with this replicable and adaptable housing to all types of topography as can be seen in figure Figure 4. Panelero nodes and their location in the municipality of Nocaima. Continuing with the process, a field study is carried out in which the types of enramada and predominant types of housing in Nocaima are recognized. In turn, carrying out an analysis with panela production worksheets, visiting three types of bower and three types of housing, creating notation cards that allow understanding the operation and production process, how this type of production is developed spatially and what type of structure composes it with its production programs, structurally specifying the mode of operation and the mode of technification they have. Parallel to this, a diagram of the architectural program is made involving the two variables, giving it an order based on rules that will previously allow a location in the field of action. Starting from the exercise of non-compositionItem Relación entre envolvente y programa arquitectónico para la configuración de espacios dinámicosGil-Huertas, Katherine; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura MarcelaThe purpose of this research work is to study the relationship between envelope and architectural program and how it influences the configuration of dynamic spaces for the design of an entrepreneurship center, applying four criteria to the two selected variables: comfort, dynamics, productivity and spatial permeability. Based on this, I established that the dynamic spatial configuration tends towards the programmatic implementation of flexible and open spaces, user-space interaction, diverse environments, mixed uses, levels of privacy and own circulations for the promotion of collaborative work; in contrast to the envelope that must respond to reactive or passive interactions of the immediate environment and in turn to the bioclimatic conditions, thus incorporating the qualities of barrier, filter and sensor function. Finally, I took Enrique Leff's Neguentropy theory with the aim of associating the concepts of fractal, fold and rhizome with the program and the envelope allowing to understand from the application of different programmatic strategies that the spatial dynamics tends to constantly transform to find the balance of the variables that influence a dynamic system, while the envelope from the diagrid structure and simplified reciprocal frames conditions the reactive program through hybrid mechanisms that respond to passive cooling and passive heating techniques that take advantage of solar radiation.Item Agrupación de vivienda, la relación entre tipo de ocupación y espacio colectivo, una alternativa para organizar el territorio.Amado-Patiño, Claudia Patricia; Galvis-Sanchez, Luisa Fernanda; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésWe investigated the relationship between two concepts, these being the type of occupation and collective space of a housing grouping, for which we used the qualitative methodology of non-composition, analysing the site of intervention by means of mappings, extracts and notations. In this process we determined the sound as a strategy for the distribution of the programmatic pieces of the project, we also used neutrality to implement the transference at an architectural level and to be able to compare the different spaces generated from the way the territory is occupied, giving as a result a housing grouping where the collective space is represented by means of a sonoteca and the mixture of uses around the whole project. This design has an open plan and with it multiple spaces for the development of collective activities with the intention of improving social relations and quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality.Item Vinculación entre espacio doméstico y actividad comercial para el diseño los espacios domésticos las viviendas.Martinez-Gomez, Erika Lorena; Vinasco, Fabio AndrésThis project addresses the concepts of domestic space and commercial activity as relationship variables in the design of a replicable productive housing module, which allows over time, according to the needs of the users so that they can be develop domestic activities in coexistence with productive spaces within the home. In order to broaden the concept of housing, there are several types of housing both multifamily, single-family and mixed use, an architectural object called typical living space is proposed that responds to the constant physical and use adaptations that the productive homes of the inhabitants of the sector through the years. The proposed productive housing solution that was reached in this research establishes new relationship conditions in which common spaces can be integrated with collective housing buildings, not only as an urban environment, but as places for the development of urban life .Item Espacios genéricos y programáticos en las viviendas productivas.Uparela-Sanabria, Melany Johana; Barrera-Bohórquez, María Paula; Vinasco, FabioThis research looked for analysing the relationship between generic spaces and programmatic spaces in productive housing, which are used to generate design strategies from non-composition, to enable the distribution of spaces by means of significant variables in conceptual and compositional decision-making, based on the analysis of field studies, extracts, mapping, functionality, uses and circulation of spaces; factors that made possible the design of prototype housing with flexible, productive and spaces and the possibility to adapt them according to the needs of users. This was taken to a rural area that rescues the traditions and importance of agricultural activity within the housing and in general, within the municipal area, demonstrating that agriculture and housing can be part of a single element.Item Relación de actividad y espacios genéricos en una agrupación de vivienda en el sector Calandaima, Kennedy.Monsalve, Leonidas; Fabio Andrés VinascoThis research is based on valuing the relationship between activity and generic space to give shape to the habitable space in a housing grouping from the progressive growth that is formed in the development of the housing self - managed popular architecture by means of three phases: Study of the place and dynamics of the sector Calandaima - Kennedy, relation and interpretation of the variables based on 4 architectural referents (Casa Funenhof, SIE Home 21, Edificio Celosía y Gifu Kitagata), proposing compositional principles and rules that contribute to the intentional design of forming a link in the development of activities between the programmatic and the generic. Under the concept - patent of "Board of games" is projected the strategies and methodological techniques to determine the approaches of the project. Evidencing that modulation as a strategy makes it possible for spaces to take on a dynamic character, valuing the generic space as a free space that does not necessarily have a defined configuration allowing the majority of activities carried out by the user to adapt to these spaces both in the home and in the building in general.Item Centro de apoyo para los programas de Resocialización. Caso de estudio: Centro carcelario La Modelo de BogotáGuantiva Ospina, Diana Carolina; Pérez Pinilla, Julián David; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe lack of spaces for re-socialization is one of the main causes of recidivism and this in turn influences prison overcrowding. Therefore, solving the problem of resocialization and its impact on overcrowding by adapting spaces for the training of inmates restores not only their quality of life but also their right to social reintegration from which they should be benefited.Item Relación entre estructura y actividad en la vivienda del municipio de Cota-CundinamarcaGarcia-Paez, Cristian Brayan; Álvarez Maecha, Marlon David; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura MarcelaCurrently, the municipality of Cota-Cundinamarca is in a process of urban expansion and agricultural activities are at a disadvantage due to the lack of consolidated spaces for organization, distribution and commercialization processes. Based on the above, the following problem arose: In what way does the relationship between structure and activity allow to transform, condition and modify generic and programmatic spaces in the productive environments of a house in the municipality of Cota-Cundinamarca? To carry out the research work, the following objective was proposed: Determine a home by means of the variables of the relationship that exists between structure and activity in the municipality of Cota-Cundinamarca. Consequently, other objectives are carried out, such as analyzing productive activities, synthesizing the relationships between the variables, and finally analyzing and determining a structural system that allows the relationships to be highlighted. A mixed methodology was used in which the use of the land in the municipality of Cota-Cundinamarca, the strengths, opportunities for improvement and weaknesses was identified, in order to project the implementation and the design model, likewise, the fulfillment of the objectives, which helped us to analyze the routes, places, schedules and users of agricultural activity. Finally, the programs between housing and market place were proposed, synthesizing the architectural program of the entire project, and a structure was determined that would free up space and allow the generation of fluid programmatic and generic spaces.Item Ampliación de la estación de tren en Mosquera - Cundinamarca por medio del estudio de la relación entre actividad y circulaciónNiño-Varón, Sebastian Alberto; Rubriche-Franco, Wilmer Estiven; Hernandéz, Ana Catalina; García, Natalia; Vieda, Sergio; Muñóz, BernardoThis document addresses the problems of the train station in the municipality of Mosquera, Cundinamarca, originally designed to facilitate the development of the municipality and the operation of the train in suburban and urban areas of the western savannah towards Bogotá. Over the years, the railway network has experienced a significant decline in its operation, and the station has been renamed "Casa Cultural". Currently, this infrastructure is not suitable for the cultural and recreational functions and activities that take place there, affecting the cultural progress of the municipality.Item Nodo híbrido para la articulación de la conurbación Bogotá - SoachaTovar-Morales, David Mateo; Agudelo-Acevedo, Sara Melissa; Martínez Castillo, Yira CatalinaThis research seeks the integration of urban fragments presented in the Bogotá-Soacha conurbation through an Architectural Hybrid Node, proposing an architectural solution that arises from an urban problem.Item Diseño de un Centro de Desarrollo Técnico Agrícola para la población Del Municipio de TabioLizarazo-Ortiz, Ashlie Katherine; Calderón, FranzThe research is carried out in the municipality of Tabio, in which it is known as a place of agricultural use and is characterized as a green municipality, however, as problematic it presents the abandonment of the population towards the development of agricultural activities since These activities have been replaced by industrial activities, causing a rupture between the rural and urban population, as a result there is a loss in the knowledge of future generations about the techniques and development of agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to encourage techniques and knowledge for a good development of agricultural activities, towards the future population, that is to say, young people, in order to learn about these techniques and thus have a space in which develop skills on knowledge of agriculture and biophilia; concept that is proposed for the integration of nature into architectural spaces, making it harmonize with its surroundings and blend in with the landscape, offering a connection between the environmental and the city, taking into account that transition from rural to urban . Strategies for the development of the equipment are implemented, to know, to observe and to realize, where each strategy is in charge of relating the population with nature, in this case, the crops abroad and internally with the agricultural development center achieving.Item Relación entre el programa arquitectónico y la escenografía en la vivienda rural productiva (Bogotá Usme)Diaz-Guatame, Luis Mateo; Montenegro-Méndez, Robinson Julián; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThe present research work covers the relationship between program and scenography as an articulator to transform productive rural housing in the village of La Requilina, in Usme, Bogota; we start from the scarcity of relationship in the scenography of the housing spaces and the same distribution of the program in these, because this limits the mixture in the daily activities not provided in the same spaces that are expected to be changing. According to the above, the housing spaces and their different types of activities are recognized and related to the scenography of the spaces, we conducted a study looking for the most tangible relationships with respect to program and scenography, taking into account that they are rural houses which 70% are production and 30% of living spaces as the main activity in the rural sector due to agrotourism, finding this in all the houses of the agrotourism route in the village where what generates a change is the internal and external activities of some houses. All the above is governed by the mixed methodology with which we are governed for the development of the research where there will be three stages to compile, group and conclude this process, with the collection of this information we conclude that it allows us to evidence a clear approach of standard replicable houses, polyvalent and flexible where the spaces will be adapted to the type of activity to be carried out, either with rotations through movable partitions that will be part of the structure through rails transforming the space according to the need, this as a process of information gathering that allowed us to conclude the following, the majority of rural houses are adapted more to the agricultural activity than to a habitable place, they are practical in their distribution of activities making emphasis in the union of some spaces, in spite of everything they supply their necessities but they need a better spatial vision for the distribution of the same one, With this in mind the scenography will be adapted to the space and the distribution system will be more conscious and programmatic for the identity of the same spaces where everyone can interact freely in each space either inside the house or in the perimeters near it with their respective activities to be part of the social collective already established in the tourist routes of the sector.Item Relación entre actividad y escenografía en una vivienda rural productiva en San Eduardo (Boyacá)Velasquez-Romero, Nicolas Andres; Nagles-Garcia, Brian Camilo; Jaramillo, LauraThe objective of the document is to establish the relationship between activity and scenography in a productive rural housing, seeking to integrate production processes through flexible spaces. The development of the research was carried out by means of field study tools such as: mapping and notations, with which we sought to analyze and interpret the different uses, activities, displacements, flows, areas, schedules, and climatic conditions corresponding to the user’s production processes. We proceeded with the extraction of results, which served as a basis to determine the direction of the design from theories and methods of noncomposition, resulting in the prototype of a house that articulates the productive processes of coffee growing and the activities of a single-family house in asingle project volume.Item Centro de rehabilitación y capacitación para las personas en situación de discapacidad física y sensorial en la localidad de Ciudad BolívarRincon-Zaraza, Walter; Jurado-Montoya, Jesus Alberto; Ulloa Moreno, Miguel RicardoThe following document explains the research and proposal process for a volume architectural and urban intervention through the concepts of social integration derived in 3 branches: Rehabilitation, training and integration, where through architecture creates a spatial, sociocultural and physical reflection that highlights the problems of people in disability situation and as through urban and architectural intervention proposals an inclusive change could be generated in the territory.Item La escenografia y la actividad como estrategia para el diseño de espacios para el uso de vivienda e industria textil.Garay-Alvarez, Sara Lucia; Quiñones-Ariza, Angela Vanessa; Vieda-Martinez, Sergio AndresThe present investigation covers the relationship between scenography and activity to design housing spaces and the textile industry, the initiative began from evidencing problems such as uncontrolled spaces, rigidity, disorganization, immutability and fixity and where this was most fixed was in housing. and in the spaces for the textile industry in funza cundinamarca. Therefore, we found that rigidity can disappear from the scenography, taking into account we began to carry out a study of how it was possible through the scenography to give the flexible characteristic to a space regardless of use, where from the literature and the study of referents we extracted qualities, as it was that the activity could be coordinated through the furniture, different height and texture allows different characterization to what induces the versatility of a space and mobile enclosures that adapt to the needs of the space. Then a study was carried out on how this relationship between scenery and activity was working in the textile dwellings of Funza, what positive characteristics we could demonstrate, this allowed us to show that the scenery can act as a covering, that the furniture can act as an ordering, dividing and the importance of versatility, all these characteristics contribute to break the rigidity of a space and achieve flexible property.Item Sociedades permeables, renovación para los barrios de Patio Bonito, Kennedy.Hernandez-Vargas, Daniel Fernando; Rodríguez-Quintero, Oscar Fernando; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe idea of generating urbanizations that meet the needs of an accelerated demographic growth and that mitigate segregation, is the center of this research, the objective is to find strategies that allow the development of a coherent urban design before territories with social problems and overpopulation; The scope that will be presented from the investigation will be exemplified in a mass plan accompanied by an idea of public space, both developed within a partial plan. The novelty of the realization of the project is the interpretation of a sociological theory (The Open District) that will provide another perspective to urban design, accompanied by the interpretation of the shape of the territory and its components formed by means of geometric processes, the objective spatial is aimed at mitigating social problems. The field of work where the aforementioned theory will be applied is the U.P.Z. (Zonal Planning Unit) No. 82 of Locality 08 Kennedy of Bogotá, named Patio Bonito: chosen by the current concentration of greater overcrowding than in any other U.P.Z. in Bogota (197,501 current inhabitants in the locality according to DANE or National Administrative Department of Statistics 2018), and with a problem of segregation prone to gentrification, in addition to an absence of public space of adequate support for their community (counting with 1.80 m2 / Hab of public space according to Observatory of the Public Space of Bogotá 2017).Item La propagación de la luz natural a través de la envolvente arquitectónica en la plaza de mercado de La mesa CundinamarcaVanegas-Rubiano, Brayan Sebastian; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésDesign an architectural envelope that ensures a uniform propagation of natural light to generate comfort in the development of activities that take place inside the Cundinamarca table market square. The current envelope of the market square does not allow the fluidity of natural light inside it, it is evident that users use materials such as poly shadows, sacks and eaves to shelter from the direct radiation that enters the square, because their types of cladding do not allow adequate natural light crossingItem Reactivación cultural e histórica de la zona centro de Bogotá Colombia La Candelaria - barrió BelénSilva-Herrera, Natalia Solange; Salazar Pinilla, Andrés OrlandoThe architectural and urban social impacts that occur in various regions of the world give rise to the factors of expulsion and segregation in negative consequences that globalization brings and cultural that generate a deterritorialization; In a system of acquiring the capital of the cities as observed in the gentrification processes that refers to this process coined in the London urban context, “as a process of urban renewal of old downtown areas of the cities as a result of the arrival of strata middle and high ”(Rojo Mendoza, 2016, p. 698 cited by Glass, 1964), evidenced through the globalization of these institutions, whether administrative or economic, being derived from the social classes of the urban environment as evidenced in the town of La Candelaria Bogota Colombia.
