This research aims to assess the relationship between the envelope and the activity to address the problem of food and housing deserts in the town of Usaquén. As a starting point, we analyze different references of market squares and high-density housing, with the aim of facilitating a transition of knowledge that supports the project's argument. This was complemented with a field analysis through mapping, in which we observed aspects such as the routes that users take to reach a store or market square and the areas of greatest agglomeration of people in various activities. The objective was to identify the problems of the sector, which allowed us to conclude that people must make long journeys to shop in plazas and purchase grains. Furthermore, there are no activity and leisure environments; In the sector between 193rd Street and 7th Street, there are no ideal conventional typologies, since there are only invasion homes. Taking these aspects into account, a mesh of market square typologies with flexible spaces is proposed, each one specialized in different products: fruits, vegetables and grains for one square, meat and fish for another, thus configuring a network of squares. In addition, the construction of high-density housing is proposed with three typologies: type 1 (apartment studio), type 2 (2 bedrooms) and type 3 (3 bedrooms). Vertical agriculture will be integrated inside, planning planting spaces to promote social activities and establish a direct relationship with the environment.

Poveda-Umaña, Diego Alejandro; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research document studies the relationship between the variables which are the structure and the void, including the hotel and tourism infrastructure in the town of Usme in the city of Bogotá. Based on the types of voids and supporting structure, the types of voids and supporting structure will be evaluated. In this research, the methodology used was pre-experimental and was divided into 3 stages which are application, comparison and collection of information. In stage one, the hotel references are analyzed through notation, the second stage is carried out through some references. which are passed through some layers by the architect Leupen to identify the variables void and structure, as a third stage a mapping was carried out to identify the different voids in the town of Usme and where there is more agglomeration of people.

this thesis focuses on the search for design tools for a new productive housing model in the municipality of la calera that takes into account the relationship between activity and scenography. Through an analysis, the growth of the municipality is investigated, through the change of housing in relation to its construction, structure, scenery and activity of strategic areas within the municipality of La Calera, where three types of housing are identified that show the conflicts. of non-articulated programmatic spaces, undesigned architectural program, which allows us to identify that towards the peripheries of the municipality, rural housing is located that is characterized by hosting conflicts of spatiality, non-programmatic spaces, activities without adequate spaces, areas not designed for use that the user adapts to the place, therefore it does not allow the generation of flexible spaces between the activity and scenery that occurs around the home. As a result, the activity helps to configure flexible and dynamic spaces that allow the generation of new scenography, and the relationship between envelope, permeability, transfer, porosity, threshold, generating new ways of interacting between the exterior and the interior of the home in relation to the variables. The activity being a design tool to develop the new housing model with a high percentage of spatiality.

Moreno-Reyes, Valery Giovana; Torres-Pérez, Jonathan Camilo; Jaramillo, Laura
This research was carried out in Usme, where it was found that most of the market and higher education facilities are limited to solid volumes, compartmentalized, not so porous, with little variety of phenomena and spatial relationships; in addition, fragmented and sectioned urban spaces, with agglomerations, and without collective spaces that allow them to be inhabited. Thus stress the importance of investigating the relationship between permeability and program, to configure porous, dynamic spaces, with a great variety of spatial relationships, with spatial fluidity, visual continuity and interconnection with urban space and solve spatial fragmentation, by means of a methodological development that is divided into three parts: First, the problems in the field of work were identified; using graphical and investigative tools such as field trips, mapping and notation. For the second phase, considering the information obtained previously, the comparison of this is made and the analysis of the referents is carried out; then the determinants of the variables are established, and how they are evidenced in the referents and in buildings of Usme. Finally, in the third phase, the propositional stage is developed, a concept is established to determine the organization of the spaces, stipulating a series of rules and principles that take the void as a modulating concept for provide an adequate design for a plaza equipment market and technical educational institution. Of course, the necessary planimetry is presented to explain the architectural design.

Daza-Lopez, Jarrison Ferney; Vargas-Sanabria, Yilberth Sebastian; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research was experimented with highlighting the relationship between activity and generic space in the Requilina sector, Usme; Currently in this sector, productive-type housing presents a segregation of the interior-exterior space from the activity, that is why it is a topic of interest since through this we can propose design principles to promote a new housing model that allows improving the spatial conditions of the environment in relation to the development of the activity both inside and outside the house, we cover it through the mixed experimental methodology in which, from the relationship of the architectural program, a relationship mechanism of the variables is proposed. Taking into account the analysis of the context and the existing dwellings, this was done through 3 methodological stages, in the first the types of activity and generic spaces that exist in the Usme dwellings were identified, in the second stage the findings found in conjunction with the analysis of references carried out to determine the characteristics for later In the third stage, it would carry out the synthesis of the findings that would determine the design process and thus, in stage number 4, be able to establish principles that were applied to propose a productive housing model that is configured from different spaces and activities.

Corredor-Cuellar, Bryan Alexander; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research explores a new configuration of educational architecture relating the urban scenery with the characteristics of the envelope; elements that are appropriate in artistic and sports activities in the town of Engativá. To carry this out, an urban analysis was carried out in which the pieces of urban scenery used for extreme sports (BMX, Skate, Parkour) such as stairs, railings, ramps, walls, bridges, etc., were first identified, and then the characteristics of the envelope that frame street art activities. After this extraction, through the notation tool, the artistic-sports scenarios and the 6 principles for learning environments proposed by Rosan Bosch are outlined, in order to achieve a spatial configuration that takes characteristics of both and produces their own learning environments. of the locality. Based on collage experiments, 4 mixed learning environments are produced (Sports/Arts/Pedagogical) that group characteristics of all the scenarios, forming a Didactic Campus full of stimuli focused on the development of pedagogical activities as a contribution to innovation in the urban educational infrastructure.

Carrillo-Quito, Johan Alexsander; Sierra-Calderon, Erika Alejandra; Vieda, Sergio-Andres
The present research justifies the relationship of porosity and cladding as a proposal of balance for a cultural facility in the locality of Usme, which contemplates culture and commerce as axes of development in a hybrid building, in order to generate a relationship of context and human activity. through an architectural fact with permeable character that juxtaposes the activities in order to re understand the traditional design where the activity of permanence, circulation, contemplation and waiting is involved. Consolidating the place and the territory as a tool for social connection, with the above, we investigated the scarcity and relationships with human activity in cultural and commercial spaces in Usme, and the different responses of this population to urban elements, taking into account the porous nature of public space and its relationship with the coating in the study of cultural facilities and commercial facilities, parks and passages, as well as the architectural coating as an experience at the collective level of public and private space. The result allowed to recognize the architectural project as a scenario where users can experience the territory from the encounter generated by the porosity and the experience with the cladding where it relates to the public space and its urban, cultural and collective recognition as a dynamic axis for urban life and the integral development of the territory.

Garay-Alvarez, Sara Lucia; Quiñones-Ariza, Angela Vanessa; Vieda-Martinez, Sergio Andres
The present investigation covers the relationship between scenography and activity to design housing spaces and the textile industry, the initiative began from evidencing problems such as uncontrolled spaces, rigidity, disorganization, immutability and fixity and where this was most fixed was in housing. and in the spaces for the textile industry in funza cundinamarca. Therefore, we found that rigidity can disappear from the scenography, taking into account we began to carry out a study of how it was possible through the scenography to give the flexible characteristic to a space regardless of use, where from the literature and the study of referents we extracted qualities, as it was that the activity could be coordinated through the furniture, different height and texture allows different characterization to what induces the versatility of a space and mobile enclosures that adapt to the needs of the space. Then a study was carried out on how this relationship between scenery and activity was working in the textile dwellings of Funza, what positive characteristics we could demonstrate, this allowed us to show that the scenery can act as a covering, that the furniture can act as an ordering, dividing and the importance of versatility, all these characteristics contribute to break the rigidity of a space and achieve flexible property.

Muñoz-Parrado, Leidy Carolina; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research work explores the relationship between envelope and scenography for the configuration of a cultural-environmental facility in Usme-Bogota. The starting argument was the disposition of the scenery which does not present a relationship according to the envelope for the development of the different artistic and audiovisual activities in most of the architectural design of the cultural-environmental facilities, therefore, the characteristics of the variables are evaluated in order to demonstrate the relationship between scenery and envelope to shape the space development in an artistic-environmental center; Identifying the envelope and scenery in existing cultural and environmental facilities in the locality and through international references, relating the variables in the development of an environmental art center with the architectural characteristics of the scenery and its alteration to the envelopes and establishing possible design and composition strategies between scenery and envelope as dynamic elements in the spatial development of an environmental art center. Establishing from methodological exercises the relationships to establish possible strategies that give guideline to this new relationship and configuration in the spaces through strategies such as the implementation of dynamic and flexible modules that provide fluidity and adaptability to the building

The present research work covers the relationship between program and scenography as an articulator to transform productive rural housing in the village of La Requilina, in Usme, Bogota; we start from the scarcity of relationship in the scenography of the housing spaces and the same distribution of the program in these, because this limits the mixture in the daily activities not provided in the same spaces that are expected to be changing. According to the above, the housing spaces and their different types of activities are recognized and related to the scenography of the spaces, we conducted a study looking for the most tangible relationships with respect to program and scenography, taking into account that they are rural houses which 70% are production and 30% of living spaces as the main activity in the rural sector due to agrotourism, finding this in all the houses of the agrotourism route in the village where what generates a change is the internal and external activities of some houses. All the above is governed by the mixed methodology with which we are governed for the development of the research where there will be three stages to compile, group and conclude this process, with the collection of this information we conclude that it allows us to evidence a clear approach of standard replicable houses, polyvalent and flexible where the spaces will be adapted to the type of activity to be carried out, either with rotations through movable partitions that will be part of the structure through rails transforming the space according to the need, this as a process of information gathering that allowed us to conclude the following, the majority of rural houses are adapted more to the agricultural activity than to a habitable place, they are practical in their distribution of activities making emphasis in the union of some spaces, in spite of everything they supply their necessities but they need a better spatial vision for the distribution of the same one, With this in mind the scenography will be adapted to the space and the distribution system will be more conscious and programmatic for the identity of the same spaces where everyone can interact freely in each space either inside the house or in the perimeters near it with their respective activities to be part of the social collective already established in the tourist routes of the sector.

Supporting structure and generic spaces are two layers that we consider of vital importance for the disposition of spaces given for culture and education, additionally the role users take on how they appropriate spaces under several schemes of activity, making it necessary to rethink space as a more multifunctional and polyvalent element where the elements of scenography can be adaptable making the element more flexible in relation to its use. Thus, the investigation recovers its sense when it determines how a geographical space makes it easy to carry out multiple activities and remains independent from the structure, likewise, that as needed the element can be adapted or expanded. Because of that, the project is carried out with a mixed methodology where phenomenal, physical and social-spatial data are collected, with the purpose of recognizing the relationships among the users and the space itself, to intervene the supporting structure by formulating generic spaces that can adapt in relation to needs and eventually be given to progressive grout.

Acevedo-León, Sergio Eduardo; Ramirez-Ruiz, Yesid Esteban; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research shows the results of the links between circulation and architectural program through the analysis of the flows, intensities and ways of movement that the student population has in the locality of Usme, specifically in the neighborhood Valle de Cafam, there is a shortage of educational facilities, leading the population to intense and varied movements to access this indispensable service. Starting from the fact that the need to minimize travel is the main problem for the project exercise of this research, we identified the ways of circulating and what is the sense of distribution of these in relation to the activities of the student population. Thus, we proposed spatial distribution strategies for educational facilities that, in addition to minimizing the sector’s deficit in terms of this type of services, also reinterfer interprets the hierarchy of circulation in the building as an element that enhances permeability through movement and integrates the correct form of circulation with the correct grouping of the programme.

Diaz-Pabon, Maria Alejandra; Castro-Rojas, Julian Andres; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
The current research project seeks to delve into the characteristics and possibilities that the supporting structures of a home have, while relating a structural proposal with the most dynamic spaces for a user, in relation to Leupen's notion of generic space. Focusing on a sector of difficult access which has a very strong identity such as coffee production, the project seeks to intervene in these productive activities, analyzing the dynamics of the inhabitants of the sector, diagnosing the problems that can be found in relation to with the research variables and proposing a productive home as an articulator of the collective, dynamic and productive aspects. The project mainly seeks to emphasize the productive qualities of the sector, maximizing its production capacity and including the determinants of its immediate environment. In addition, different bioclimatic aspects are taken into account that dictate certain guidelines for the project and that it achieves a symbiotic coupling with the same sector.

Gil-Huertas, Katherine; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura Marcela
The purpose of this research work is to study the relationship between envelope and architectural program and how it influences the configuration of dynamic spaces for the design of an entrepreneurship center, applying four criteria to the two selected variables: comfort, dynamics, productivity and spatial permeability. Based on this, I established that the dynamic spatial configuration tends towards the programmatic implementation of flexible and open spaces, user-space interaction, diverse environments, mixed uses, levels of privacy and own circulations for the promotion of collaborative work; in contrast to the envelope that must respond to reactive or passive interactions of the immediate environment and in turn to the bioclimatic conditions, thus incorporating the qualities of barrier, filter and sensor function. Finally, I took Enrique Leff's Neguentropy theory with the aim of associating the concepts of fractal, fold and rhizome with the program and the envelope allowing to understand from the application of different programmatic strategies that the spatial dynamics tends to constantly transform to find the balance of the variables that influence a dynamic system, while the envelope from the diagrid structure and simplified reciprocal frames conditions the reactive program through hybrid mechanisms that respond to passive cooling and passive heating techniques that take advantage of solar radiation.

    Colina-Guerrero, Santiago; Martínez-Castillo, Yira Catalina
The commercial activities of the Barranquillita neighborhood where the marketplace the Grano is located in the city of Barranquilla is affected by the misappropriation of public space and the deterioration of its image, as a consequence the disarticulation of the neighborhood with the city has caused the appearance of new points where sellers are located. The articulation of these activities in a series of functional polynuclei ensure that the activity by which the territory is recognized remains contained in the same neighborhood and not dispersed by the surrounding public space, recovering the commercial identity of the neighborhood and giving recognition to the Plaza de Mercado el Grano since it is articulated to the water channel giving a commercial and tourist function due to its connection with the immediate public space.

This project addresses the concepts of domestic space and commercial activity as relationship variables in the design of a replicable productive housing module, which allows over time, according to the needs of the users so that they can be develop domestic activities in coexistence with productive spaces within the home. In order to broaden the concept of housing, there are several types of housing both multifamily, single-family and mixed use, an architectural object called typical living space is proposed that responds to the constant physical and use adaptations that the productive homes of the inhabitants of the sector through the years. The proposed productive housing solution that was reached in this research establishes new relationship conditions in which common spaces can be integrated with collective housing buildings, not only as an urban environment, but as places for the development of urban life .

El Programa Y La Estructura Formal Como Elemento Dinamizador En El Equipamiento Educativo-Cultural En Usme
Acevedo, Kevin Fernando; Jaramillo Acosta, Laura Marcela; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research addresses the relationship between the program and the formal structure as tools for the study and design of an educational-cultural facility in the town of Usme, Bogotá; The problem arises when identifying the value that schools present around their cultural and social load, and the role it plays in the functioning of a territory. To carry out the research, I carried out a study based on the territorial identification of the facilities that generate greater activities in its limit, using the notation tool, to then classify through a mapping on architectural qualities present in the analysis, then contrast through extracts that combine the territorial form-topography to show the characteristics of event in the territory through the formal structure of the program. On the other hand, in contemporary architectural examples, understand the operation of the variables using the leuppen layers technique, classifying and contrasting the architectural qualities through mappings on the program and form inward. To show how new dynamics are generated, an architectural design is proposed with a series of non-composition strategies, the design of public space determined by neutrality and transference The use of chance as a principle of order in space and the program, finally, the approach of a patent that speeds up or slows down the activities in the unscheduled gaps of the architectural program, to generate a new form of dynamic environments in educational and cultural facilities.

Bobadilla-Jimenez, Jessica Guisel; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
The present investigation presents the approach of a cultural center in the municipality of Girardot, Cundinamarca, which responds to the need to take an investigation which had as its central theme the relationship between structure and generic space for its development, all this seeking to respond to the need of the municipality to have cultural and genetic spaces that allow to diversify the urban and architectural dynamics of Girardot. To address the investigation of the architectural project, a series of observations in the field and data collection were used to determine the place of intervention, then when analyzing this information, it was highlighted that the population does not have an adequate space where they can carry out cultural activities and recreation. . Next, the structure and the relationship with the generic spaces were classified. Finally, a series of analyzes was carried out where I identified how the generic and programmatic space is related to the structure using the concept of porosity to take advantage of interior voids, façade elements and find interior and exterior relationships.
