Item Actividad y escenografía como herramientas de reinterpretación de espacios domésticos espontáneos, en UsmeRamírez-Rodríguez, Diana Rocio; Ardila, Juana MarcelaThe present research covered the relationship between activity and scenography as a tool to reinterpret the housing of spontaneous developments in the San Germán neighborhood, in Usme, Bogotá; the starting argument was the qualitative precariousness of domestic spaces which limit the development of activities by not planning the evolution of their scenography over time, being a risk for this population as the most affected during the COVID-19 pandemic according to WHO (2020). Therefore, in order to recognize the activities and spatial configurations of housing, a case study was conducted in which the main activities and types of scenographies were contrasted, this analysis allowed to propose a prefabricated housing system, flexible and adaptable to the needs of families, activities and location, as part of a research process that led to the conclusion that, in low-income sectors, ideal conventional typologies cannot be established, Rather, a systemic vision is required, in which a programmatic system and different variations of multifunctional scenographies are established, where the user can easily interact and alter the space according to the different housing, productive and collective activities, maintaining the characteristic social fabric in self-managed territories, which have been a risk in the occupation of urban peripheries and protected areas.Item Actividad y espacios genéricos como instrumentos de configuración de la vivienda productiva, en Usme.Daza-Lopez, Jarrison Ferney; Vargas-Sanabria, Yilberth Sebastian; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThis research was experimented with highlighting the relationship between activity and generic space in the Requilina sector, Usme; Currently in this sector, productive-type housing presents a segregation of the interior-exterior space from the activity, that is why it is a topic of interest since through this we can propose design principles to promote a new housing model that allows improving the spatial conditions of the environment in relation to the development of the activity both inside and outside the house, we cover it through the mixed experimental methodology in which, from the relationship of the architectural program, a relationship mechanism of the variables is proposed. Taking into account the analysis of the context and the existing dwellings, this was done through 3 methodological stages, in the first the types of activity and generic spaces that exist in the Usme dwellings were identified, in the second stage the findings found in conjunction with the analysis of references carried out to determine the characteristics for later In the third stage, it would carry out the synthesis of the findings that would determine the design process and thus, in stage number 4, be able to establish principles that were applied to propose a productive housing model that is configured from different spaces and activities.Item Agromedula educativa para la recuperación del uso agrícola en Madrid CundinamarcaPinilla Tangarife, Miguel Angel; Rozo Casas, Magda Nataly; Flórez Millán, Luis ÁlvaroThe urban geometry requires a multiscale vision, not fragmented that allows to see one way of a repetitive pattern or fractal over the territory, said in Mandelbrot's words: "It's about seeing the objects of a geometry in the most intuitive sense of the word, that is, who is interested in the forms. You have to learn to, understand and appreciate these forms visually, so that one can get an intuitive idea of its structure, which it is very different from the forms that the Euclidean geometry has accustomed us to handle " (Mandelbrot, 1997) The complexity then, given in the identification of the forms, which develops the nature called according to the theory "New Geometry, which is highlighted by the irregularity of the form that does not allow a specific mathematical or geometric response, such as geometry Euclidean "(Mandelbrot, 1997). However, there are 2 properties that allow your identification: "Self-similarity and the strange dimension" (Moiset, 2005).Item Agrupación de vivienda, la relación entre tipo de ocupación y espacio colectivo, una alternativa para organizar el territorio.Amado-Patiño, Claudia Patricia; Galvis-Sanchez, Luisa Fernanda; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésWe investigated the relationship between two concepts, these being the type of occupation and collective space of a housing grouping, for which we used the qualitative methodology of non-composition, analysing the site of intervention by means of mappings, extracts and notations. In this process we determined the sound as a strategy for the distribution of the programmatic pieces of the project, we also used neutrality to implement the transference at an architectural level and to be able to compare the different spaces generated from the way the territory is occupied, giving as a result a housing grouping where the collective space is represented by means of a sonoteca and the mixture of uses around the whole project. This design has an open plan and with it multiple spaces for the development of collective activities with the intention of improving social relations and quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality.Item Ampliación de la estación de tren en Mosquera - Cundinamarca por medio del estudio de la relación entre actividad y circulaciónNiño-Varón, Sebastian Alberto; Rubriche-Franco, Wilmer Estiven; Hernandéz, Ana Catalina; García, Natalia; Vieda, Sergio; Muñóz, BernardoThis document addresses the problems of the train station in the municipality of Mosquera, Cundinamarca, originally designed to facilitate the development of the municipality and the operation of the train in suburban and urban areas of the western savannah towards Bogotá. Over the years, the railway network has experienced a significant decline in its operation, and the station has been renamed "Casa Cultural". Currently, this infrastructure is not suitable for the cultural and recreational functions and activities that take place there, affecting the cultural progress of the municipality.Item Ampliación de la plaza de mercado La Perseverancia, en relación a su estructura y escenografíaCasallas-Rincón, Paola Andrea; Romero-Saza, Sebastián David; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe main objective of the document is to demonstrate the relationship between structure and scenography for the expansion of market hall, resulting in a free-floor design that gives users the opportunity to generate new activities and spaces in market hall . To carry out the research, a method was developed which, through field visits to market hall in Bogotá and international examples, allowed the collection of data and information regarding: materiality, structure, flow of people, bioclimatic, scenography, activities etc. Once this information was collected, we sought to diagram it through mappings, to later compare them and extract results that were expressed as notations. In this way we developed a whole system that resulted in extracts, which were design bases for the non-composition method, for the expansion of the La Perseverancia market hall, by means of a free plan and pieces of flexible scenography, which They are the conclusion of investigating the relationship between structure and scenery in market hall.Item Centro agrícola (educativo y productivo) como espacios de integración y reivindicación para la paz en Mesetas, Meta.Sepulveda Blanco, Carlos Andrey; Pedraza Castellanos, Michael Orlando; Vinasco, FabioThe department of Meta has been one of the territories most affected by the presence of groups outside the law; due to its location as a geographical characterization and lack of presence of the state, and its communities that have been directly and indirectly hurt. The investigation is carried out in the municipality of Mesetas in the department of the goal, where its main problem is the criminal recidivism on the part of those affected by the armed conflict, due to the lack of opportunities for education, employment and socio-cultural segregation; that they bring like consequences the poverty, the social inequality and the cultural uprooting, deteriorating the quality of life of the population; therefore, the main objective is to mitigate the recidivism and segregation of the inhabitants through facilities that provide support for the recovery and potentialization of community life, building collective spaces capable of producing meetings and the convergence of communities.Item Centro arquitectónico para el desarrollo integral del emprendedor juvenil en la Localidad Teusaquillo.Parada-Herrera, Juan Sebastian; Mateus-Naranjo, Lizeth Viviana; Calderón Uribe, Franz GiovanniThe research project is based on architectural design and the proposal of an innovation city, wich will promote the intellectual development citizens, mitigating the unemployment and the difficulty that find the youth community to get the first job, wich seeks to enhance human talent as a productive means of boosting the growth of the metropolitan economy through business formation. The proposed innovation city has different incubators of entrepreneurship located in strategically specific sectors in multiple cores, in an area approximately has eigth hundred meter of radio in order to cocer communication between these of no more than ten minutes of travel. One of these incubators of entrepreneurship located in UPZ 107 Quinta Paredes in the town of Teusaquillo thats incluided in the Operación estratégica Anillo de Innovación, wich forces the city to innovate in its infrastructure, taking into account the immediate context such as the National University of Colombia and accompained by projects of important magnitude for the city know as the INNOBO project, accompained by boulevars connected to the UN, the commuter train, the metro and the expansion of the avenues that surround it, it will be focused on the Cultural Industries that are the graphic arts, cinematography, architecture and business management. Responding to a bioclimatic through technologies and sustainability through systems and materialsItem Centro cultural rural para los habitantes de la localidad de SumapazMarin-Castellanos, Miller Arley; Rubiano-Moreno, Yarod Stiven; Calderón, FranzDue to lack of planning of the territory of Sumapaz, the vocation of the additional place to this has been lost, the deficit of spaces for the development of the inhabitants at the educational level and the poor connectivity between the existing corregimientos, have not allowed to develop a cultural system for the improvement integral of the inhabitants. for this purpose, the objective was to design a cultural center with complementary uses in the implementation of an urban environment mitigating social problems and respecting the environmental conditions of the place. Using research theories such as rural sustainability and rururbanismo, bases of development of the architectural project.Item Centro de apoyo para los programas de Resocialización. Caso de estudio: Centro carcelario La Modelo de BogotáGuantiva Ospina, Diana Carolina; Pérez Pinilla, Julián David; Vinasco Ñustes, Fabio AndrésThe lack of spaces for re-socialization is one of the main causes of recidivism and this in turn influences prison overcrowding. Therefore, solving the problem of resocialization and its impact on overcrowding by adapting spaces for the training of inmates restores not only their quality of life but also their right to social reintegration from which they should be benefited.Item Centro de integración urbano-rural “intercambio de saberes” San Cayetano – El Zulia, Norte de SantanderCastro-Ruiz, Cristian Camilo; Tangarife-Sanchez, Melany Tatiana; González, Juan CarlosCultural and social equipment can promote the integration of peasants with urban dwellers, strengthening the traditional saber they have of their territory and productive dynamics, in addition to enhancing formal knowledge. This space helps to have a relationship with the environment, it is a meeting point for them, so that they have a place where they can learn and at the same time have a recreational space to improve social living conditions. In this equipment, farmers and urban dwellers share knowledge, formal knowledge and skills they have, learning from each other, also generating social integration in recreation and exchange spaces. The lot to be intervened was selected for its relationship with the river, since this natural element is very important for the community because it is part of its culture and identifies it as an element of production, but also recreation. It also has a direct relationship with the main road that connects with Cúcuta and the other municipalities of the western part of the department and is located in the area destined for culture and recreation, without affecting any protected area of the rural area. A mall is proposed on the main roads, which will have stays, cycle routes, bike parking, transport exchange modules and hydration points every 500 meters. The project seeks to generate integration through the concept of nature and rurality, giving meaning to the countryside and articulating it with the dynamics of the city.Item Centro de memoria, paz e inclusión social de las víctimas del conflicto armado en Puerto López, MetaHernández-Serrano, Juan David; Novoa-Pérez, Brayan Steven; Palacio González, Juan CarlosThe department of Meta is characterized for being one of the territories most affected by the violence of the armed conflict in Colombia; this as a consequence of its geographical location, to be located in the central region of Colombia, according to data of Agustín Codazzi. This has caused the presence of the state to be limited in the department, turning it into a territory fragmented by violence. The research is carried out in the municipality of Puerto López, known for being a transit territory and a connection between the central Andean region and the east of the country, making it a marginal and peripheral region where the presence of the Colombian state is very limited. The biggest problem in this municipality today is the armed conflict, which has generated a fragmentation of the homes of these inhabitants, the forced displacement of their lands in addition to the disappearance of the victims of this conflict, giving way to different social problems such as the lack of opportunities in educational, cultural and economic areas which have deteriorated the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality. The main objective is to reconstruct and vindicate the memory of the victims of the armed conflict through equipment that promotes the permanence of the inhabitants of Puerto López, building spaces that foster social inclusion by involving the inhabitants in the process of social reintegration focused on a collective memory.Item Centro de rehabilitación y capacitación para las personas en situación de discapacidad física y sensorial en la localidad de Ciudad BolívarRincon-Zaraza, Walter; Jurado-Montoya, Jesus Alberto; Ulloa Moreno, Miguel RicardoThe following document explains the research and proposal process for a volume architectural and urban intervention through the concepts of social integration derived in 3 branches: Rehabilitation, training and integration, where through architecture creates a spatial, sociocultural and physical reflection that highlights the problems of people in disability situation and as through urban and architectural intervention proposals an inclusive change could be generated in the territory.Item Centro técnico agrícola y pecuario en relación con las variables propias del paisaje del corregimiento de ManagrúMendoza-Garcia, Danny Maite; Ulloa, Miguel RicardoThe research was carried out in the town of Managrú in the municipality of San Pablo, located in the department of Chocó, which has particular climatic characteristics. It is based on the problem, which emphasizes the need to design taking into account environmental and cultural aspects that allow the coexistence between a proposed space and those of the intervention site. When the investigation and analysis of the site is carried out, taking into account different variables such as the climate, the relationship between the built space and the free area, and the relationship between urban development and the wooded area, conclusions are established to generate an architectural proposal (in this case an agricultural and livestock technical centre that responds to the needs and guidelines established in the development plan) that in turn generates a dialogue with the natural tropical landscape, resulting in equipment with clear criteria of sustainability and coherence with the qualities and indigenous customs that distinguish this territory.Item Circuito de reconexión del Humedal la VacaPerez Caro, Juan Carlos; Salas Barrote, Sergio Esteban; Carvajal Ronderos,Edgard MauricioThis research aims to determine how the configuration of the urban environment of the Vaca wetland influences the current urban social identity of its inhabitants,in order to determine why this identity is characterized by the absence of environmental culture and different social problems, in this way, to propose urban interventions, they can positively characterize the future urban social identity of the sector, to this end, we analyze the locations of the cultural manifestations of the inhabitants of the sector and we seek to link them to the proposal of circuit re-connection of the South and North fragments of the wetland la Vaca with the metropolitan Cayetano Cañizares park, reshaping the current urban environment and providing this with an urban social identity characterized by environmental sustainability in the place and public facilities and scenarios are provided for the development of positive demonstrations by the inhabitants of the sector.Item Configuración de envolvente para actividades de lectura y relación con espacios naturales en Facatativá - CundinamarcaMariño-Báez, Fabián David; Pardo-Corredor, Harley Esteven; Vieda-Martínez, Sergio AndrésThe process begins with a detailed analysis of the facilities and physical structures of the existing libraries in Facatativá. This analysis aims to evaluate the adequacy of its envelopes, that is, the architectural elements that make up the space, such as walls, ceilings, windows, lighting and ventilation, to carry out reading and leisure activities effectively. Unfortunately, this first analysis reveals that the libraries in Facatativá do not meet the ideal standards for such activities.Item Constelaciones para la imagen de ciudad a partir de escenarios dinámicos y estáticos en los centros poblados anclados al eje férreo de Cundinamarca occidentalOtelo-Garzón, Luisa Alejandra; Novoa-Segura, Maria Paula; Martínez Castillo, Yira CatalinaThis research recovers a territory which integrates landscape and city without leaving aside the identity cultures that have marked memories throughout history, this work is based on articulating and recovering dynamic and static spaces that have not had urban development after the decline of the railroad. The urban proposal is constituted by two dimensions, macro and micro scale; The macro scale, dynamizes the mobility factor that was generated along the railway network from Facatativá to Girardot in 1881, represents the influence of communities anchored to it, settlements that were forgotten as this axis disappeared. The micro will have intervention in a place that integrates theoretical criteria from natural, architectural and human activity constellations which can be potentiated and thus interdisciplinary strengthen all factors, it is necessary to specify specific units of action always highlighting the historical and identity character of the place. The purpose of this project is to highlight the railway corridor as an essential component of the urban network and the characteristics that this route relates at an environmental, territorial and historical level and even more so when it has created populated centers around it from its construction. Once this structuring element has been recognized, it is opportune to recover the urban memory and image of the city of those isolated territories through collective spaces that allow future projections at an architectural, spatial and urban level.Item Construcción de un espacio para la expresión pluri cultural y la cohesión socio- espacial en barrios reasentados de la localidad de UsmeAguiar-Carvajal, Claudia Tatiana; Vinasco, Fabio AndrésThe Tocaimita district is located inside the forest reserve Entre Nubes, in the town of Usme, there have been continuous landslides endangering the lives of people living there illegally, but how could an architectural project resettle the community of Tocaimita, strengthening socio-spatial cohesion without losing the features of their cultural identity? The resettlement of the Tocaimita district seeks to improve the quality of life of the families of this community, through a proposal of three types of housing: productive family unit, housing and minimum productive housing. These types of housing have unique characteristics, allowing each person to experience different experiences. The proposal of public space aims to end the current socio-spatial fragmentation, strengthening the social and multicultural relations of the community, additionally, a system of equipment is proposed that will meet many of the basic needs of the families of the neighborhood, thus providing opportunities for work and use of the time, because they do not need to travel long distances to access basic services such as: health, education, recreation, etcItem Corabastos, renovación e integración socioeconómica y ambiental parque comercial urbano.Vergara Vergara, Daniel Fernando; Amaya Montoya, Jenny Paola; Salazar Pinilla, Andrés OrlandoThis is an urban project that raises the urban renewal of the area of Corabastos and its immediate surroundings, in turn, through this intervention seeks its consolidation and strengthening as a CENTRALITY of Bogotá. This proposal provides for the integration of the immediate commercial sector, residential, and strong environmental character implicit in the area, since we have two ecological assets such as Wetland Cow and Donkey, which in the past formed a single body Water. In that order of ideas, one of the most important interventions of the project will be the inter-wetland park, which will connect them and will be a green axis in the project, which will increase the index of public space and green areas in the sector. Another intervention to highlight is the underground supply of Corabastos, which will allow it to become pedestrian on its surface, and allow the merchant experience to be more pleasant for the user; That is why the shape of the plant itself is also reconfigured in order to meet this objective, and that it is articulated with the city and the immediate environmental, commercial and residential environment. From the residential aspect, new uses are proposed for housing in the sector, large public spaces and squares, and in turn new access roads, which are integrated with the existing road network and have urban permeability in the proposal. All the above acquires solidity and support, by proposing urban strategies related to the New Urbanism theory.Item Correlación entre estructura portante y espacios genéricos como formulación de la vivienda productiva en el sector de La Laguna( San Gil)Diaz-Pabon, Maria Alejandra; Castro-Rojas, Julian Andres; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura MarcelaThe current research project seeks to delve into the characteristics and possibilities that the supporting structures of a home have, while relating a structural proposal with the most dynamic spaces for a user, in relation to Leupen's notion of generic space. Focusing on a sector of difficult access which has a very strong identity such as coffee production, the project seeks to intervene in these productive activities, analyzing the dynamics of the inhabitants of the sector, diagnosing the problems that can be found in relation to with the research variables and proposing a productive home as an articulator of the collective, dynamic and productive aspects. The project mainly seeks to emphasize the productive qualities of the sector, maximizing its production capacity and including the determinants of its immediate environment. In addition, different bioclimatic aspects are taken into account that dictate certain guidelines for the project and that it achieves a symbiotic coupling with the same sector.
