Controlar: las formas del poder y la arquitectura
    Arboleda-Quintero, Mariana
Over time, architecture adapts to the needs and demands of society and its environment. This PechaKucha explains the development of the concept "control: the forms of power and architecture" illustrating how architecture influences how society moves and behaves, all this in different ways such as control, exclusion, and authority; also taking into account the peripheral diagonal with which the site is designed, likewise implementing the concept of golden ratio so that both areas (architectural project and urban environmental project) follow the same line giving unity and continuity to the integrating project. The design of this project develops spaces with the condition of meditation and monuments. Finally, these concepts were established from the internal and external circulations of the project, giving room to the conditioned permanences, and creating a path along the entire enclosure of this project.

Arbolado Nirvana. Vivienda social / productiva con agricultura urbana
Vargas-Cubillos, Sara Yulianna; Herrera-Vela, Paula Andrea
This thesis focuses on the development of social-productive housing with an emphasis on urban agriculture, establishing a close relationship with the Burro wetland located in the El Tintal area. The project aims to promote porosity in the space, allowing the participation of various community actors to become involved in the site and contribute to its preservation and continuity. The proposal involves creating opportunities to carry out various agricultural activities in order to conserve existing species in the wetland and promote biodiversity. Additionally, the intention is to design spaces for both indoor and outdoor use within and around the wetland, generating areas for gathering and enjoyment for local residents. This project not only addresses social housing and urban agriculture but also serves as an example of how architecture can play a pivotal role in the preservation and promotion of urban ecosystems, fostering greater environmental and community awareness.

Relación entre envolvente y estructura portante para la configuración de un equipamiento cultural - ambiental en Usme.
    Castillo-Torres, Mariana-Julitza; Rojas-Millán, Lina-Fernanda
The cultural and environmental pre-existence of Usme are related to the needs of the population for spaces for the development of diverse activities, However, these objects do not evidence the favorable disposition of the systems that make up a building, this allowed to highlight the degree of relationship between the composition and its environment, which arises from the interaction between the envelope and load-bearing structure variables, basing this research on the tensions of composition, compatibility, and conditioning of the program. From the initial approach of the research, it was developed through a mixed inductive methodology to develop design strategies that allow the configuration of equipment, This process consisted of three stages: The first begins with the development and definition of the characteristics corresponding to the variables, which were the basis for the analyses of the case studies carried out in the second stage, having, as a result, the types of relationships between variables previously established by the authors Parra N., Pinzon A., Villazon R. (2013) in the book Predimensionamiento estructural. To culminate the research process, the findings obtained in previous stages were taken and different design strategies conceived from the concepts of patent, neutrality, and programmatic intentions were formulated, which serve as principles to configure an environmental cultural facility in Usme.

The current investigation is based in the understanding the relationship between the activity and scenography as main factors in the habitable space, formulating strategies that can determine aspects of comfort and efficiency that are present in rural housing with productive activities focused on the coffee sector and the production of panela. This optimizes the production and the commodity of current rural housing, which can be replicated in different territorial conditions; a new series of objectives are proposed, and these generate an order in the investigation giving priority to the main factors, which are: territorial analysis, compositional analyses. The specific objective is the proposal of typology design of housing, and keeping in mind the previous analysis and concatenating the information already obtained for an optimal proposal. The development of the rural housing proposal has the purpose of configuring the productive activity within the housing, this in order to optimize activities that, due to distance issues or routes, generate a series of negative factors at the time level, also looking at the generic spaces that present internally in the house, a series of activities that vary over time according to their needs. Basically, that the setting in the architectural spaces do not limit the programs already presented. Public space and the agroturism zone wants to implement different activities, architectural modules, learning areas and resting zones for tourists, which generate create diverse sensations to the visitor. Moreover, it can enjoy the scenery of the place and incentivate the learning of the agricultural diversity that it is in Algeciras.

Aguilar-Gil, Karol Fabiana; Cifuentes-Fajardo, Julio Cesar; Jaramillo-Acosta, Laura Marcela
This research consists of the study and exploration of the relationship between multipurpose spaces and scenography and as a resource to specify design strategies to develop an architectural model of a market square in the Candelaria neighborhood in Bogotá D.C. The methodological development of the research was carried out in three stages; The first stage aims to recognize the commercial typologies that are located in the territory by identifying the contents they have, which determine the different spatial configurations of the elements of the scenography, the second stage consists of relating the study scenarios through the operation of the space through granting flexible qualities that articulate and release the generic space. In this way, the first 2 stages of the research were addressed that helped to propose a marketplace model. In contrast, it arises from the third stage that formulates the social, urban, and architectural aspects that configure different multipurpose scenarios between the interior and exterior based on the relationship between the variables.
