Item Acciones para fortalecer el turismo de bienestar en el Eje cafeteroTovar-Florian, Karen Andrea; Laverde Guzman, Maria YolandaThe objective of this study is to identify the international negotiation strategies that allow to dynamize the development of the wellness tourism sector in the coffee-growing region. The methodology used was qualitative, exploratory, documentary, based on the competitiveness theory of Michael Porter; starting with a diagnosis of the well-being subsector in Colombia, where it is intended to know this subsector in the coffee region, additionally the importance of safety regulations in the face of the global pandemic and the commitment to the reactivation of tourism to achieve a significant contribution in GDP. Followed by identifying the potential factors in the portfolio of services, where it is intended to know the activities of wellness tourism and representative places of the sector that offer such services, that contribuite to the economy and development of the population. Finally, actions are determined to make visible the potential of wellness tourism in the coffee-growing region, with which it would be expected to generare an experience of value to the tourist and that it is an area of preference when choosing. At the end of the study it was concluded that Colombia excels in thermalism and holistic therapies, likewise, the strategies proposed seek to draw attention to the development that brings tourism and the relevance of international negotiation, which seek to form something beyond the large hotel chains, setting a pillar of development that involves the local population taking into account the connection of people, ancestors, traditions and culture.Item Actos de falsificación en el subsector de prendas de vestir y su incidencia en ColombiaLópez-Montero, Valentina; Monroy-Santoya, Nicoll Daniela; Dávila-Basto, César AugustoThe main objective of the document is to determine the impact that counterfeit clothing sold in Colombia has on original brands. To conduct this, the causes that influence the problem were identified: the scope of counterfeit brands, the current regulations and norms related to Colombia, reasons why consumers acquire counterfeit clothing and its effects, and the national and international impact on the clothing subsector. To determine the scope of each of these axes, the qualitative data collection methodology was used, which allows the study of the phenomenon under study without altering its natural state. To conclude, the counterfeiting of garments has an impact on the country's economy, because it decreases loyalty to the original brands, their reputation, and tax evasion and smuggling continue to be present. In this project three kind of main studies mostly are presented, in the first one the productive process of the paper is described making emphasis in all the phases of this process, like second measurement the foreign trade of Colombia is analyzed, determined the kind of main factors that determine the competitiveness in this type of market, and like third measurement the most competitive countries in the industry of the paper kind of are identified analyzing that characteristics specifically have the countries that are actually great producers and exporters of the industry of the paper. The results of the research indicate a significant deficit between imports and exports where Krugman's theory of intra-industrial trade is reflected in a subtle way. The development of this degree work the mixed research method is used. First of all,the characterization of the types of Free Zones , also the main requirements for its declaration, analyzing from its beginnings which were the main Free Zones in the country also its location and the growth have had over the past few years. Was made a comparison of the commercial operations of both imports and exports of the Special Permanent Free Zones and the Permanent Free Zones , it was determined which is the type of Free Zone that presents more value in the operations, regarding regarding to the commercial flows which resulted in the Special Permanent Free Zones having a great advantage over the Permanent Free Zones because in the Special Permanent Free Zones , Are located , large companies, which are dedicated to industrial processing, machinery, capital goods, plant and equipment with more quantity in the country. Finally, were classified, The types of existing Free Zone users to recognize the different functions of each one, using around 700 thousand data from DANE was used to compile both the number of operations and the monetary value, the results were that the greater number of operations carried out in this period are the imports since Colombia imports more than it exports.Item Análisis comparativo del biocomercio (productos derivados de la flora y fauna silvestre): Caso Colombia-PerúArias-Rodriguez, Maria Camila; Rojas-Florez, Saira Alejandra; Diaz Ariza, Diana MarcelaThis research is focused on the comparative analysis of the biotrade sector of Colombia and Peru, especially in the subsector of products derived from wildlife (zoocria), considering that both countries have natural diversity as one of their wealth. The economic potential that Peru develops with regard to this sector is highlighted due to the application of strategies that have allowed it to promote its exports in the biotrade sector. On the other hand, Colombia has valuable natural resources; however, the sector has not developed enough to have a relevant participation in international trade. With this objective, we use as a reference the model implemented in Brazil, one of the main powers in the use of the economic benefits of tourism activities, promoting the least impact on natural spaces. The adoption of their strategies requires the articulation of public and private entities for the creation of projects that reduce the lack of training tools, certification, licensing and promotion of ecotourism. To carry out this, several products were identified in which Colombia has strength compared to other countries, and would also have an advantage over Israel, current news was taken to give a more concrete and specific result on it and thus determine why these three products are chosen for study. Through this document we will be able to visualize how Israel will be a great ally, and a country from which there is much to learn.Item Análisis de flujos del comercio entre Colombia y ecuador entre los años (2005-2015)Cantor Bocanegra, Diana Yamile; Martín León, Jhonatan Andres; Peña espinosa, Jeferson Esteban; Ulloa Ramos, Cristian SamirThroughout the development of this degree project we investigated the commercial flows between Colombia and Ecuador to obtain results and thus find emerging markets in a country that, like Colombia, focuses on the primary sector, comparisons have been made of the geographical type , demographic, logistic, economic, including its trade balances and the agreements between Colombia and Ecuador without disregarding the bilateral benefits; to minimize the economic impact of some companies that want to enter this market without having to enter into investment risk and generate new sources of employment. The first chapter shows the similarity of the two countries, their culture, their economy, their geography, to their population; however in terms of logistics and access routes Colombia is not adapted to follow the step to Ecuador as it does not have the necessary capacity to transport and to interconnect with other countries. In the second chapter the comparison of trade balances analyzes the economic relationship between these two nations, showing the benefits of having close allies in which the main import and export products of each were compared. From this, the panorama of cannabis worldwide was analyzed and the commercial profiles of the companies that currently make this type of investment in the cannabis industry in Colombia were identified. The objective of this research is to analyze the obstacles that Colombian economic activity has in its process of internationalization towards countries of the Pacific Alliance from 2013 to 2017. To reach this objective, quantitative data is collected about the production and productivity of rice in Colombia, as well as the behavior of the subsector's trade balance in the Pacific Alliance to later analyze the growth of said factors, and the reason for the low competitiveness of international trade in said subsector is explained, In addition, the obstacles to commercial internationalization of the product. Based on network theory proposed by Johansson and Mattsson in 1988; this theory highlights the focus the audiovisual products sector in the markets has allowed for it’s internationalization specifically soap operas that have been constantly rewarded worldwide. As a result, this national subsector is now catalogued as a power in the production and commercialization of soap operas in America, Europe and Africa. In the same way, in fact it provides a research and analytical contribution to the soap operas market giving the importance it deserves for the national economy, the promotion of Cultural and Creative Industries. According to the above, the audiovisual products are great promoters of new markets in the world which are great generators of growth opportunities in the economies.
