For this reason, the project that will be carried out is "Organizational diagnosis and improvement proposal for the creation of an organizational culture focused on quality for the company VANEN S.A.S". Laboratories Legrand S.A. has several opportunities for improvement from the guidelines of ISO 9001: 2015 allowing it to be more robust in its Quality Management System. For this, the project was based on the business principles of management which contains the program of specialization in Management of the quality and our experience as managers of companies and marketers. Of course we endure in the tools pertaining to business management to have not only a more accurate diagnosis but also an effective solution to the problem present within the organization in accordance with the rules and principles of total quality and sustainable management.
