The emergence of quality is given in the first moments, as a business management system, guided to production, where its main objective was to adjust the services or products, in order to reduce costs while maintaining the similarity and standardization established by the company. This work proposes a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015, where the Management System includes: process, identification, organization and a monitoring and continuous improvement phase. The Project arises as a need of SIGA Ingeniería SAS in order to establish a design of the quality management system to improve and standardize the processes within the company, generating increase in the bidding power and have greater competitiveness in the market. Many times, when organizations fail to perceive the expected results in relation to what is planned, they omit the fact that they are not aware of their surroundings and their context. This is why institutions such as ISO have proposed various standards that seek standardization in certain impact areas to facilitate the development of the objectives proposed by the organizations, based on the understanding of each activity that is performed and its interaction with the external and external environment in favor of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and high performance. Under this premise, it is necessary to mention that the development of this work allows to identify in a methodical way the elements that interact with Construcruz E.U., an organization located in the tertiary sector of the economy, dedicated to activities related to plumbing in urban and civil works on a large scale, the above with the aim of contributing in an orderly proposal for the implementation of a quality management system. The present work makes a proposal of quality improvement for the BBVA colseguros office. Which, despite its extensive commercial experience as a provider of financial services to natural and / or legal persons of savings, credit products and other securities or financial figures issued by the bank, currently shows some dissatisfaction in the response to customer requests, delay in the collection of money from the office, lack of effectiveness in the collection processes and deficiencies in the documentary part. All these negative findings in the management processes have come hand in hand with low growth in the office's goals with respect to its BBVA counterparts. It is a company under the Simplified Stock Companies (SAS) model, it was created in Bogotá (Colombia) ten years ago, This company wants to carry out a study for the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Most of the world's companies, large or small, must have their entire quality system based on the ISO 9001 series, the last update of which was carried out in 2015, where their ability to provide products and services that meet the needs of its clients, in addition to taking into account all the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the environment, in which the company operates. This serves to increase customer satisfaction through process improvements, counting on the best human team, and where they must be duly qualified for the evaluation in accordance with all production, administrative and commercial processes. In this integrative work, each and every one of the guidelines of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards will be addressed to apply them to Comercializadora Montgreen S.A.S. and thus obtain some advantages such as low costs in raw materials, greater profitability and always aiming towards continuous improvement of all processes, stakeholders and management indicators.Item Propuesta para la mejora continua del sistema de gestión de la calidad en la empresa Royma Ingeniería, basado en la ISO 9001:2015Bustamante-Bello, Leandro; Peña-Rodriguez, Johana Alexandra; Solano-Díaz, Ruth Marina; Camacho Camacho, HernandoThis paper raises the proposal for the continuous improvement of the quality management system in the company Royma Ingeniería, based on ISO 9001: 2015, as a mechanism to achieve more effective and efficient processes, close gaps against compliance with the standard and generate added value to the service provided by the company. It was elaborated under the qualitative research methodology, using the observation method, with collection of information from interviews, field work and consultation of company records, the data was analyzed quantitatively with the application of statistical processes. In development of the work, three processes were characterized, the EFQM / MG diagnosis was carried out, an audit program was proposed, with the respective documents, risk management was analyzed, initiatives for the CSR program were proposed, the command matrix was designed comprehensive, the Lean Manufacturing implementation plan and the communications management plan were prepared.
