Item Propuesta recorrido turístico en torno a historias, mitos y leyendas urbanas de La CandelariaGonzalez Hernandez, Maria Fernanda; Torres Martinez, Erika Camila; Leon Cardenas, Mauricio JavierThe proposal of a tour around stories, myths and urban legends in the town of La Candelaria, aims to publicize and take advantage of tourism and heritage resources with the account of the area. Based on the surveys that were conducted, it was found that there is a lack of knowledge on the part of residents and tourists about the stories, myths and legends that encompass the locality, for this reason, they chose to work on this project to publicize these places that, in turn, are patrimonial interests that, throughout history, have forgotten and that have lost their cultural value. Likewise, the results show that most of the respondents are interested in knowing the area with this type of route. The solution to this problem is to design a tourist route with strategic points different from those that are already exploited in this sector, in order to make known another part of La Candelaria that has remained in the past and to relive its history through an activity with guided accompaniment. According to the check list, an inventory of the possible places was made and it was found with these, it fulfills the conditions of structure for the entrance and the pedestrian access that allows to make a guided tour of said area. For this end, it was investigated in depth about the importance of this tourism branch, how it is linked to the social-economic development of the communities and its contribution to the cultural and historical recognition of the societies who created these pieces. Equally, various research sources were taken as a basis from the professors of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC) about the main findings in the Muisca fences area in Tunja, which are publically exposed nowadays. For the formation of a route, it was primarily investigated about the connection between these remains and the stories of Muisca mythology to tell their tales, lifestyle and religious practices. Then, through an elaborated survey, the potential market was evidenced in getting to know and exploring these attractions, to later on create guidelines of a tourism route, an itinerary model and the costs that would be incurred to provide this service, from the obtained feasibility results in the surveys conducted. It is concluded that it is possible to operate this route, which would foster significance towards indigenous cultures, greater protection of archaeological remains and it would generate an expansion opportunity for Tunja’s and Villa de Leyva’s tourism offers, as a part of the proposed objectives in their respective development plans.Item Plan de mejoramiento para el cargo de guías turísticos en la empresa Pure! For the development of the project, theories on improvement plan, tourist guidance and tour guides were taken into account. The methodology used was descriptive research, which allowed us to investigate the internal processes of the company Pure! Colombia, with respect to the tourist guides who work there. Finally, a proposal for a structured process for the position of tourist guide was generated. For this standardization, a booklet was designed describing the process of hiring and training a guide. In view of the above, it is highlighted that Cundinamarca is the epicenter of floriculture in the country, producing 85%. It is for this reason that the Sabana de Bogotá has become the area with the greatest floricultural development, constituting for several decades as one of the most important sectors of the Colombian economy, having a presence in international markets. Therefore, this investigation aims to design tourism development activities that encourage floriculture with tourism in the municipality of Tenjo. Which aims that both tourists and the community find a tourist and economic alternative improving the quality of life and promote the arrival of visitors. This research was born due to the need to potentiate the floricultural activity, this being the main source of economic income in the municipality of Tenjo, through tourism development. That allows not only the recognition of the municipality, also promote this activity and the economic, cultural and social rise of Tenjo. Mentioning this, it can be affirmed profoundly in an investigation carried out of a descriptive type, with a qualitative approach, by which, first measure, defects were investigated were the aspects to be strengthened within the cultural identity in the community, followed this, the causes that caused this wane in their cultural identity were identified and finally a proposal was presented for the fulfillment of the general objective. This proposal was made for to achieve a strengthening focused on different aspects of the Kichwa community; it proposes the development of tourist activities with the objective of consolidating and making its culture more widely known. With this, it is intended that the new generations take the responsibility of transmitting their culture and the interest of promoting the recreation of these same people outside their community. Finally, with this proposal and degree work, it will be modified to motivate the young generations of the community to take on the responsibility of keeping their culture and identity alive, transmitting it principally within its own community, with the new generations that are arriving and with all possible people external to them. Additionally, it will be possible to demonstrate that tourism is a key factor for the transmission and recognition of these cultures or indigenous communities within the country, emphasizing that it must be carried out with the greatest respect and responsibility so as not to generate negative impacts.Item Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un ecolodge en el Agroparque los SochesHuertas-Castiblanco, Leidy Tatiana; Castaño Ramirez, SoranyThe purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of an Ecolodge in the rural area of Agroparque los Soches located in the town of Usme Bogotá. An analysis of aspects was carried out such as: the characteristics and potential of tourist destinations, the environmental impacts that could be generated and preventive actions, current market characteristics and the definition of the potential client's profile, technical, administrative and legal aspects for its operation and finally the financial structure. An exhaustive investigation was carried out, ranging from the basic concepts of sustainability, its development and presence in Colombia to the Ecolodge models that exist at the international and national level, and nature tourism in Colombia. For methodology, different methods and tools that exist were investigated, selecting the most suitable for the development of this study. A market, technical, administrative, legal and financial study was carried out. All the information gathered about the activity of bird watching in the world and how it has been developed in Colombia and especially in the municipalities of Cundinamarca was special to develop the first objective set as it is to define the tourism potential in the municipality of Sopó, where it was evaluated the resources with which they are counted and characteristics of each one of them, the taxonomy of the birds was also valued where a brief description of the birds that are there is given in which some of them are endemic and others are recognized at the level world. In order to carry out these activities, the needs of the determined population were identified, making interviews to specialists of the topic such as teachers and family members, and the municipality's need to attract public for tourism was identified, which in this case we decided to focus on social tourism, this because the municipality has the attractions but not with the distribution of adequate information for their knowledge.Item Propuesta de circuitos turísticos de cata cervecera artesanal en la zona TPrieto Salinas, Viviana Carolina; Rodríguez Ortíz, Juan Pablo; Barriga Barriga, Claudia LilianA touristic circuit is a combination of attractive or strategic places that aloud give knowledge of a touristic destiny. Those circuits focus on a specific thematic or final objective that comes to generate diversification of the tourist offer and the increase of visitors of a determinate zone. For this graduate project it has been made a proposal of different touristic circuits with a thematic, it focus on the draft beer that offer the establishments of the Zona T in the city of Bogotá. The draft beer is an alcoholic product base of barley malt, which shows differences by its manual production and unique organoleptic characteristics gived by its fabrication process, unique ingredients and naturals and its fermentation. For be an alcoholic drink too much especial and important, it have been made four different touristic circuits inside the chosen zone, that focus in the tasting of every single one of the beer that was artisan way produced and its respective pairing, so the tools used for the research taking about of the establishments was the application of technical sheets, interviews with experts on the beer topic and polls to the public or potential client, to which could be addressed the project. So it was analyzed that the circuits can be made to all kinds of customers or public, since this drink does not present any problem in its consumption. But we want to focus mainly on people aged 25 years and older, since at these ages people are more receptive to the knowledge of tasting and pairing and they can appreciate more fully and deeply the taste for high quality beverages. When carrying out the respective study of the establishments of the T zone, it was possible to know the different kinds of beers and preparations that they offer and the main physical characteristics and service provision to be able to give a unique experience to the visitors. Although, museums have different ways of cultural expression to give away knowledge, they should consider how is the way to invite students and their interesting to empower of their huge cultural wealth bring us. The subject of this study is designing a motivational purpose for public students of the city of Bogotá, to recognize and empower of the big historical and inherited wealth which keep different museums from Candelaria’s zone. This research has been applied to students of 8°, 9°, 10° and 11° grade from public schools and where were asked about the importance of visiting museums located in the historical downtown of Bogota. An interview was carry on to teachers, about their point of view of different cultural samples through visiting a museum. Also, different historical museums of the city were visited and it was evident a beauty and an amazing historical and inherited wealth that every single place keep in it. The answers received were enough evidence that students have a few interest in historical, patrimonial and cultural wealth which can be generate trough visiting museums.That is the reason to pretend creating and running a didactic book that allows students create an interest on visiting and at the same time gain knowledge out of a class room, all of this visiting regularly museums located in the downtown of the city.Item Plan estratégico de revenue management para el hotel Viaggio Nueve TrezCárdenas-Baquero, Ana María; Vásquez Bernal, Jairo AlbertoThe purpose of this document is to establish a revenue management structure at the Viaggio Nueve Trez hotel, through the study of various markets, the demand for supply and competition, the economic sector and the other factors that influence the take of decisions of the potential client when choosing a hotel of preference.
