Propuesta recorrido turístico en torno a historias, mitos y leyendas urbanas de La Candelaria

The proposal of a tour around stories, myths and urban legends in the town of La Candelaria, aims to publicize and take advantage of tourism and heritage resources with the account of the area. Based on the surveys that were conducted, it was found that there is a lack of knowledge on the part of residents and tourists about the stories, myths and legends that encompass the locality, for this reason, they chose to work on this project to publicize these places that, in turn, are patrimonial interests that, throughout history, have forgotten and that have lost their cultural value. Likewise, the results show that most of the respondents are interested in knowing the area with this type of route. The solution to this problem is to design a tourist route with strategic points different from those that are already exploited in this sector, in order to make known another part of La Candelaria that has remained in the past and to relive its history through an activity with guided accompaniment. According to the check list, an inventory of the possible places was made and it was found with these, it fulfills the conditions of structure for the entrance and the pedestrian access that allows to make a guided tour of said area. Finally, the tourist route was designed, delimiting the strategic points through a cartographic map, to transmit the geographic information in a visual way, and also, to measure the duration time of a point to point and of the route in general.

The ethno tourism in Cota allows tourists to know other cultures, where they can interact with communities that have very different lifestyles, for their food, traditions, language, among others. This type of relationship gives the tourist a great travel experience. The municipality of Cota lends itself to realize this type of tourism due to the ethnic and cultural wealth that it possesses; For this reason, it is necessary to implement the services offered by the municipality of Cota, where the community can be trained to present a tourist service.

Propuesta para la potencialización del turismo cultural en el sector la candelaria de la ciudad de Bogotá a través de una aplicación móvil

In Colombia, it has been shown that tourism has been a very important factor for its growth and economic development since it is classified as the second most important link in the gross domestic product. Looking closely at the movement of tourism in the sector of La Candelaria, in Bogotá, it is observed that the type of tourism that takes place in this area is cultural tourism and several factors that can be improved to make the experience of the tourist is better, as are security, transport and information, this last item is on which this project is based to be developed and give a different initiative to help the district progress. The proposal of the mobile application developed in this work has the most important tourist attractions in the sector of La Candelaria, as well as a detailed study of the needs of tourists, it will also be known how technology has impacted the tourism sector and in the same way the tastes and preferences of the current market of La Candelaria. The application is developed under GPS and tourists can see images of the main attractions in times past, so you can establish a comparison with what is present today. Likewise, the application contains tourist information in Spanish and English and it is planned in the future to incorporate other languages that are strong in the tourism that takes place in the Colombian capital.
Propuesta para el diseño de un producto turístico para fomentar la cultura vinícola en el municipio de Villa de Leyva Boyacá

The present research work focuses on studying different variables that allow to identify the wine culture that can occur in the municipality of Villa de Leyva, wine tourism is a type of tourism quite striking and known in wine countries, covers different service providers that complement the activities focused on wine, and allows this contribution economically in these countries, in Colombia wine tourism is little known, however it has been detected that in Villa de Leyva some activities focused on wine are made that are quite striking and of interest for the tourists who visit this municipality, for this reason and for what has been said above, this work aims to create a tourism product that encourages the wine culture in the municipality of Villa de Leyva, generating tourists unique and eye-catching experiences that increase their interest in wines. For the creation of this work should study different variables, such as supply and demand, to know the service providers that currently exist focused on wine and potential tourists for the realization of these activities, which will assess whether this product tourism is viable and in turn, if the implementation of it contributes to tourism and different variables that favor the municipality, this allows a new tourist growth in Villa De Leyva, contributing to a different tourism for people.

The present project called the tourist route proposal for eco-friendly activities in La Mesa Cundinamarca, is aimed at the environment of the municipality, in order to improve and make use of natural areas, raising awareness and motivating residents and tourists to have education in as regards the environment, achieving little by little contribute in some way to its conservation. The eco-friendly interpretation is considered the way to contribute to environmental development through the care and conservation of environmental wealth, which is why local people and tourists must have a relationship with the environment, to generate mutual benefits. Therefore, by means of the field trip it was possible to show the interest of tourists, local inhabitants and people of the mayor's office to develop the present work. Finally, you will find the features and services of the tourist route of eco-friendly activities in La Mesa Cundinamarca, along with a script indicating the step by step that the tour guide should follow when making the tour, where it will be explained to a group of minimum 10 people on environmental riches, sensitizing each person on how to conserve and preserve the environment in La Mesa Cundinamarca
Propuesta de un circuito agroturístico en el municipio el Rosal

The objective of this document is to show a proposal that helps to improve and recognize one of the most productive municipalities in the department of Cundinamarca, the Rosal - Cundinamarca. In order to carry out this proposal, a field work, a market study, a visit to each one of the people involved in the project, in company and with the support of the municipal mayor's office, the department of welfare and tourism formulated a tourist circuit which is structured with diverse Agro-tourist activities (activity where the processes of agriculture are involved), interactions with crafts ,gastronomy and culture of the municipality, in addition to the tourist sites that the place offers. It also presents an investment budget, pilot plans of the different routes to offer. This document contains a simulation of how to offer the proposal of a tourist circuit in the municipality of El Rosal, in order to achieve recognition and promotion of tourism in the department of Cundinamarca.
Propuesta para el fortalecimiento en la prestación de los servicios turísticos en el Resguardo Indígena Maguaré ubicado en el departamento del Meta mediante la creación de una cartilla didáctica

The purpose of this work is to be able to achieve that the Maguaré Indigenous Reserve located in the department of Meta achieves to strengthen the provision of the tourist services that offer through the proposal that will be presented to them based on clearly normative criteria. It is found in the first chapter a diagnosis applied to the community through checklists to identify the pros and cons in 4 different services they provide. With the information gathered an analysis was made through an Internal Factors Assessment Matrix (IFAM) where we found that in the food and drink service, camping site and tourist guide are above the average which indicates that the development of these services is not of bad quality and with respect to the service of travel by the Black River in canoe if it is below the average which tells us that they have aspects to improve more than everything in the safety part. Then we start with the comparison between the Resguardo Maguaré and two communities, one with similar conditions also located in Colombia and another better positioned that would be a model that can be matched if you work hard and follow the rules. Finally, the improvement proposal is explained by means of a booklet so that the Resguardo Maguaré adapts the criteria that are presented there, so that they provide a good quality service to their visitors in the 4 modalities previously exposed.

In this Project, our purpose is make a tourist package in El Paraiso farm in La Mesa Cundinamarca. This location have an interest and great tourism potential to develop every single activity. Firstable, we focused on the easy access to get into the place, knowing this farm its just 1 hour away from the city. our mission is make a tourism organized taking advantage all the resources from this place and making a good offer with all the fresh fruits, tree and seeds sowing and harvests, etc. this project aims restore a qualified infrastructure with a strict quality control on garbage, porcicola cleaning and collect fish.
Propuesta de turismo creativo a partir de la artesanía en cerámica del municipio de Ráquira Boyacá, que contribuye con el aprendizaje significativo de los niños.

The tourist practice that takes place in Raquira's municipality from Boyacá Colombia, allows crafts to be taken as a resource only for economic consumption purposes, and does not give tourists, particularly children, the possibility to interact and participate in the cultural experience of crafts. Tour operators do not consider children as travelers, only as companions, thus losing the possibility of developing tourism products that promote learning and cultural appreciation in children. Taking into account the above, the applied methodology was mixed, that is, quantitative (counting data through surveys) and qualitative (narrative method, qualities and characteristics), among the objectives was characterized the process of artisanal manufacture of ceramics in the municipality of Ráquira was characterized, it was sought to know the perception of parents regarding the participation of children in a proposal of creative tourism based on handicrafts in Ráquira and finally a protocol was designed for the elaboration of a creative clay handicraft, aimed at the children of the San Miguel Arcángel school (Mosquera / Cundinamarca) based on the artisan tradition of Ráquira Boyacá. Tourism can be seen as a strategy or instrument for the meaningful learning of school-age children from the artisanal clay work carried out in the municipality of Ráquira, in the same way, it generates early awareness about the importance of national cultural manifestations and the role of tourism in its recreation, conservation and dissemination.
Efectos de la utilización de la oferta de Airbnb sobre la industria hotelera en la localidad de la Candelaria en la ciudad de Bogotá

Airbnb is a digital platform which is responsible for providing hosting services in several countries of the world, emerged from an innovative solution to common problems is one of the most successful systems of the collaborative economy, this system allows the user to find accommodation with a difference It will not be a regular hotel but the home of a person who is offering the service. The problem addressed in this investigation is whether Airbnb is causing a negative or positive effect on formal hotels in the town of Candelaria in the city of Bogotá. The offer of formal and informal accommodation in the town of Candelaria was characterized by explaining how many formal hotels exist in that sector and how many Airbnb are available and the characteristics of the services they offer, the indicators of the formal and informal offer of average rates are established and occupations that the city had in a certain time and the benefits of the Airbnb offer on the indicators of the formal hotel industry are addressed. As a research methodology it was based on a mixed approach since two types of research were used that were qualitative and quantitative where numerical data were analyzed as occupancy rates and rates, a type of explanatory research knowing the cause and effect as it was analyzed a subject little investigated in this locality.
Propuesta ecoturística para la preservación del bosque alto andino y el páramo de Guerrero en Zipaquirá

The present investigation is based on the ecotourism proposal to preserve the high Andean forest and the Guerrero páramo, where various factors are going to be identified, which have impeded the adequate tourism development in the place, also it is denoted that Zipaquirá’s territorial arrangement planning wants to have a better environmental and economic exploitation from these places. Following the previous idea, in the first instance, a detailed analysis was performed of the paramo’s current conditions which make possible the development of ecotourism activities. In the second instance, the Guerrero paramo’s potential was established to help shaping an ecotourism offer, for its realization, some research tools were proposed which gave a reliable and truthful diagnosis; whereby, as a start point, we started off with the realization of technical sheets for tourism inventory found at the place, also from the most representative fauna and flora of the site, at the same time, an interview was performed, created for the local tourist guide providers, its main objective was to identify the advantages and disadvantages of ecotourism at the páramo. On the other hand, a study was conducted to find out the potential demand interested in carrying out ecotourism activities in the páramo, for which a survey tool was used in order to determine the interested tourist profile willing to partake these ecotourism activities. By last, the ecotourism product was elaborated for the Guerrero páramo which contributes to its preservation.
Propuesta de desarrollo turístico a partir de la tradición gastronómica de los amasijos en el municipio de Fómeque Cundinamarca.

Fómeque is a municipality located in the department of Cundinamarca. It has a diversity of doughs within its gastronomic tradition, which mostly has Sagú flour (extracted from the Sagú palm) as the ingredient principal. This research aims to encourage tourism in Fómeque through its masses since the municipality lags in tourism development. To achieve this purpose, a gastronomic route was proposed, which values its traditions and the Sagú, seeking an approach to the masses and their community. In this case, the research is carried out based on the descriptive method developed from the qualitative research, which allowed the collection of pertinent information to obtain favourable results regarding the development of gastronomic tourism in the municipality. This made it possible to meet the objectives outlined in the research. With this, a proposal for a gastronomic route was executed with a marketing structure, which aims to encourage and promote the development of the gastronomic way in Fómeque among tourists.
Propuesta para el desarrollo de un sendero de turismo de naturaleza en el municipio de Sibaté

This work is done with the aim of developing a proposal that contributes to the development of tourism, through activities that are directly related to nature tourism in the municipality of Sibaté. Considering that Sibaté has a large number of ecosystems that allow the development of this activity. To begin with, theories related to nature tourism, sustainability, the community, natural resources, the profile of the eco-tourist and natural attractions were taken into account. To continue, the methodology used for the academic activity was a mixed approach. In this way, it was possible to identify activities and places that make up a tourist product. Finally, a natural tourist trail was created involving natural and cultural aspects around the Muña Reservoir in the municipality of Sibaté, in order to raise awareness among tourists and residents about the care that must be taken with the environment and the consequences that can be generated if these are not properly managed.

In order to elaborate a proposal where the historical and cultural heritage of the town of Usme can be preserved, through a didactic museum by means of the archaeological findings of the Hacienda del Carmen, we inquired about the patrimonial impact that represents the same property, represented by its tourist activities and archaeological findings, thus, a qualitative type of research development was considered, which was developed in the instruments of the interview and observation, representing their findings through the presentation of the literal answers to the questions, together with the detailed explanation of the activities carried out in the hacienda and compiled in the field research, as important inputs at the time of developing an innovative and creative proposal framed in the execution of a museum, with activities aimed at the general population and school population, with didactic pedagogical activities
Propuesta para el mejoramiento turístico del municipio de Vergara Cundinamarca

Abstract The main objective of this project is focused on achieving a tourist positioning in the town of Vergara (Cundinamarca) specializing in extreme sport tourism given the great natural wealth this place has. It was necessary to generate a diagnosis to determine the critical points and possible failures that could be found in order to apply a development proposal and possible course of action to solve the evidenced problems. The cluster concept was used as a starting point due to its direct correlation with the exploratory investigative approach, which required data collection to generate a more detailed analysis of the situation, resulting in the use of the deductive method as the best research tool to carry out this project. From the obtained results, it was possible to demonstrate that the town of Vergara (Cundinamarca) has the potential to position itself as a sustainable tourist destination due to its remarkable number of providers and great tourist offer
Propuesta de producto turístico deportivo enfocado a la oferta de fútbol de la ciudad de Bogotá

Through this work a sport tourism product will be made based on the offer that the city of Bogotá has on cultural and sporting issues, highlighting the colonial infrastructure that captures each one of the tourists with its majestic streets and paths filling them with history in its happening; in sports subjects, there are sports venues and major leagues that make up professionals and apprentices of football. Through a long investigation it was possible to obtain information of the profile of potential client that we wanted to handle for our study, by means of surveys and interviews to the members of the different schools external to the city of Bogota, taking as object of study that residents in the city of Medellin which is where the greatest football player receives; managing to highlight that both women and men are part of these schools and not only as players but as part of the administrative area or support in the family field with child and junior delegation in most cases, highlighting the importance of sharing this cute sport with their closest loved ones and contributing to the tourist growth of the capital that although it is quite recognized, rarely take the time to learn more about the Bogota culture.
Propuesta para el desarrollo integral del turismo en el municipio de Togüi (Boyacá)

In the municipality of Togüi Boyacá there is no great knowledge of the tourist field and therefore do not have a development of it; Given this premise, a research question is posed as follows: How to formulate a proposal for the integral development of tourism in the municipality of Togüi Boyacá? For this, the research project begins with the approach of a series of objectives that allow to answer the research question; These objectives are divided into a general and specific objective, where the general objective is to formulate a proposal for the integral development of tourism in the municipality, and the specific ones are to characterize the tourist potential of the municipality of Togüi Boyacá, identify the limitations that the municipality has Togüi for tourism development and finally propose an action plan based on tourism potentials and limitations in the municipality of Togüi Boyacá. In order to support the research, reference frames are proposed, such as the theoretical framework, geographical framework, conceptual framework and legal framework that allow to know and direct the development of the same. The methodology used for the present investigation is a qualitative approach, because it allows to reach the pertinent information to achieve the objectives set and focuses on descriptive research.
