At present due to the boom of the tourist sector and the high agricultural potential, it is begun to take advantage of the Agrotourism. Generally speaking, the tourist value of a specific destination is generated by a system of elements that work with each other, in other words, the value is given from the activity of a tourist value chain, and knowing its operation is vital if you want improve or develop the future potential of any place. The purpose of this document is to analyze the behavior of the tourist value chain of the municipality of Tabio, as well as its composition, advantages, shortcomings and solutions proposals, within a context of continuous improvement in favor of enhancing local tourism. Taking into account all types of qualitative and quantitative relevant variable from the analysis, and, by proposing a value chain model for the municipality, as well as a subsequent field work through tourist surveys and checklists to the providers of tourism services, in turn the current status and the field of improvement to the value chain system in general of the municipality, evaluating in turn the latter place in an attractive, organized and with a varied offer and versatile for all types of tourists. First, the creative and cultural industries are analyzed in this moment of the music industry. Likewise, reference is made in Festivals to the park (Salsa, Rock, Hip hop and Colombia) and even international concerts for the positive influence on the cultural tourist behavior of the city, becoming an attraction for the capital. The creation of tour packages for the concerts, Rock al parque 2017 and Ed Sheeran was done in 2017. This work fulfills the function of investigating the impact that the mass events of the Teusaquillo locality can generate; It also highlights the cultural, economic and social exchange that brings the development of these shows. As this is one of the municipalities with the highest growth in social events, we want to take advantage of all available resources, to contribute to its socio-economic development, based on quality, excellent service and adequate prices. As an initial part, an analysis was carried out to establish whether they consist of adequate factors, in addition to norms and legal bases that support the viability of the project; in the second instance, the theoretical bases necessary to develop the project are investigated; to determine feasibility. On the other hand, the respective market study is also carried out where the existing supply and demand is investigated to determine the unsatisfied part of the latter and to be able to cover it; In addition, the necessary projections are made to know in advance a perspective of the market to attend. All this supported by field research applying surveys to the inhabitants of the municipality of Chía, in order to obtain information on the social events that take place there. With the positive responses that were obtained from the market and technical studies, the financial projection is carried out, forecasting the costs and profitability of the project.Item Analisis del festival de danza de Bogotá como nueva alternativa de turismo cultural en la ciudadBeltran Ramirez, Olga Maria; Neuta Ortega, Alvaro Javier; Duarte Dueñas, Luisa Fernanda; Cárdenas Mora, Giovanna CarolinaThe following research paper presents an analysis of Bogota Dance Festival as a new cultural tourism alternative in the city. This analysis is divided into three sections which develop one to one certain phases and characteristics of itself. In the first chapter, the bases are listed from the cultural side towards tourism events. We made a characterization of the festival, placing in that order who make posible the event, where it’s going to be and who organize it. Taking into account the value proposition of the festival, which is the great variety and range of multicultural events, as several genres of dance´s are integrated into one single festival. In the second chapter, the tourism market is the base, that includes elements such as offer (goods and services that generate tourism experience) and demand (consumers of tourism products and services). A reference is made to the public to classified them in two different types: first one is the current market, that are all persons residing in Bogota and the second one is the potential market, where in this case are the people you want to reach towards of their profile, their tastes and preferences. In this case we name it receptive tourists, they are foreigners who come to the city looking for cultural activities that allow them to have fun and stay in town for at least 24 hours. Finally, in the third chapter, we propose a media plan taking as a reference the potential market that we just defined in the second chapter (tourists as customers and the value proposition of the festival). Also the branding that identifies the festival, in this case the name of the fest will be: “10 years of Bogotá in moving: ¡the festival is yours!” The media plan focuses on digital marketing, and within the social networks using it as tools of propagation and promotion of the event in Bogotá. For this purpose surveys have been used to identify the variables that determine the customer profile and interviews that indicated the contribution of the museum for San Bernardo. Finally, it shows a proposal of a tour based on the previous results in order to increase tourism and improve the tourist experience while visiting the municipality.Item Análisis del producto turístico avistamiento de aves en Bogotá Región y sus posibilidades de desarrolloHernández Lizarazo, Laura Cristina; Pachote Rodriguez, Jennifer; Velásquez Venegas, María Lucía; Hernández Vargas, CarolinaThe project conceives bird watching as a tourist activity of great growth in Colombia, so we proceeded to analyze the activity in the capital of the country: "Bogotá" which was still a city, has different bodies of water (wetlands), which provide a perfect environment for bird watching. Thus perceiving the possibility of expanding the tourist portfolio of Bogotá. For its analysis, different variants that make up the value chain of an adequate tourist bird watching product were taken into account, which were identified from different examples of products of this kind of tourism at an international level and from the model proposed by ProColombia, entity responsible for promoting tourism in the country; as a second measure they were valued. Achieving thus propose a model for the proper execution of the activity in mention. On the other hand, two natural sites were proposed outside Bogotá because the city is usually promoted as Bogotá region; These places were: Pionono Ecological Park in Sopó and Encenillo Biological Reserve. To choose them, their tourism vocation was taken into account as natural destinations and the inventory of birds that they possess, in addition, due recognition was made of the places and in them specific surveys were made for later purposes of the project. The third chapter of the project includes all the promotion tools that could be implemented according to the results obtained in chapters one and two.Item Análisis reflexivo de la percepción del patrimonio cultural en los museos de la CandelariaRestrepo-Tafur, Manuela; Mora-Forero, Jorge AlexanderThe main objective of the document is to reflect on the factors that influence tourists' interest in learning about the cultural and historical heritage in the museums of La Candelaria, in Bogotá. Research instruments such as interviews and questionnaires were employed to understand the perspectives of both tourism providers and tourists visiting this area of the city. Varied results were obtained regarding tourists' interest in experiencing this type of tourism; however, challenges were identified that prevent this activity in museums from being carried out consistently. In fact, for this work it is worth mentioning that the main objective was carried out an analysis on the effectiveness of the country brand "The Response is Colombia" with respect to the growth of receptive tourism: Aviatur case, the strategies used by Marca País "The answer is Colombia", to incentivize receptive tourism in Colombia, aviatur's perception of the effectiveness of the country brand was known the Response is Colombia, and finally an improvement plan was made that allows Aviatur to articulate the country brand effectiveness to tourism marketing strategy.Item Aplicación de los indicadores turísticos para la sostenibilidad de la OMT en el embalse de Tominé - GuatavitaRobayo-Martinez, Isman David; Díaz-Gómez, Juan Gabriel; Díaz Valbuena, José AlfredoThe project is developed in the municipality of Guatavita-Cundinamarca and in the reservoir of I took as a study instrument, thanks to the tourist potential evidenced in previous research, the need to check the sustainability index with the one that counts the tourist attraction. For this, it began with the description of the destination, its characteristics and location; Subsequently, the conceptualization of the term “indicator”, its uses, was determined. characteristics, categorization and importance in tourism as a measuring tool, Management and control. The research is carried out through a field diary as a tool fundamental for researchers in the action plan at destination, in the field diary You can find all the information collection, the testimonies of operators, the different views of public and private entities, and the general impact on all those involved with the tourism union when assuming and entailing the closure and privatization of the Tominé reservoir, by the Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR), EMGESA, and the Bogotá Energy Company. Then, the risks and management indicators for sustainability were established, applied to each present or future problem encountered, a weighting of according to the methodology and the action plan, these indicators were analyzed and evaluated. Finally, the conclusions of the work carried out and the recommendations for the different actors in the problem and situation presented.Item Apropiación cultural por parte de los residentes del municipio de Soacha, Cundinamarca, a partir del turismo sobre su patrimonio arqueológicoDurán-Salgado, Derly Sofía; Perez-Rico, Eliana Caterinne; León Cárdenas, Mauricio JavierThe present document is a proposal aiming for the cultural appropriation of the municipality of Soacha, Cundinamarca, by its habitants, for the development of archaeological tourism through it. To carry it out, a mixed methodological approach was used, which allowed the recognition of the archaeological attractions that the municipality has, being the main reference the SAR (known in Spanish as Sitios de Arte Rupestre) distributed between the 11 archaeological zones and the archeological Museum. In addition to this, the perception of the inhabitants of the municipality regarding tourism as a possibility of cultural appropriation was known, and finally an action plan for the management of tourism in the municipality was created. This research pretends to generate a better perception of the municipality for the creation of tourist products, care of the pictograms and archeological areas which this counts with. This research was carried out along with the community, which allowed to know their perception and knowledge in relation to archaeological attractions, with the support of private entities that allowed obtaining information about the state of the attractions and weaknesses they possess.Item Circuito turístico en el municipio de mariquita, a partir de sus recursos culturales e históricosAguiar-Mahecha, Laura María; Sáenz-Villanueva, Patricia; Villamarín Ramos, Héctor DavidIn this paper is possible to observe the cultural and historical touristy in Mariquita-Tolima; a municipality that has a great potential to generate its development. The main objective of this paper is to identify the possibilities of tourism development in the municipality. Firstly, characterizing the cultural and historical attractions through a tourism inventory. Secondly, identifying the tourist profile that could be interested in any product that holds these characteristics. Thirdly, creating a tourist circuit that covers the historical and cultural aspects that the town offers. In order to reach the main purpose, a descriptive research with a qualitative approach was applied in which several processes were carried out (inventories of the tangible and intangible touristy elements and attractions) to map the tourist circuit. Moreover, aiming to obtain data to identify the client's profile, a set of Surveys were handled to find out if there is a possibility for foreign people to be interested and invest in the tourist circuit of Mariquita. Finally, a considerable amount of information was gathered through field trips that allowed us to implement a tourist circuit, in which a map was included. From this point of view, it was considered convenient to design a tourist route that was called Bogotango-Salsa Tour, "A local experience to live "which is made up of the most representative musical attractions and is complemented by artistic activities developed by the main musical cultural institutions of the city.Item Diagnóstico de competitividad turística del municipio de Guaduas - CundinamarcaGil Guillen, Diego Fernando; Gonzalez Robles, Andres Felipe; Pérez Ramírez, PatriciaThe objective of this work is to make a diagnostic of the tourist competitiveness of the municipality of Guaduas, because this municipality represents an important historical and cultural value for Colombia, this could become a successful destination in the tourist market. This work is done by adapting the model of Dwyer and Kim which provides the tools to develop the diagnosis of competitiveness, firstly, the current state of the municipality and the tourist potential is known, determining the generalities of the municipality through documentary study, where it synthesizes information of its development and what is the current state. In addition to this, an inventory of the attractions and providers of tourist services is developed. Subsequently, the tourism sector is analyzed and evaluated. This through the approved methodology for the elaboration of tourist inventories of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, which provides the criteria for the evaluation of quality according to the classification of attractiveness. In addition to this, tourists are surveyed, interviews with public entities of the municipality and interviews with providers of tourist services in order to have a more complete view of the real state of the municipality. Finally, a diagnosis is made where the level of competitiveness of tourism in the municipality of Guaduas is identified, by means of the analysis and evaluation of the main internal competitiveness criteria of the municipality, in order to propose strategies that can give an idea of how the destination could be better.
