Desarrollo de una aplicación móvil como apoyo académico en ciencias básicas para el área de permanencia estudiantil de la universitaria Uniagustiniana

The text proposes that for Uniagustiniana a mobile application that promotes instruction in basic sciences, allowing punctual and short term classes. The current method of obtaining academic assistance is delayed and administered through a Google form. Students of the Software Engineering Technology degree identified the potential to enhance the efficiency of this method and perfect the work within student permanence. The application will integrate features such as, including secure enrollment of students and instructors, verification, profile management and a mechanism for organizing tutorials. Students will have the option to seek and request help from tutors, while tutors will monitor their availability and maintain direct dialogue through an internal messaging system. The implementation uses the Mobile D methodology. The innovation includes a simple and easytouse interface, complemented with a selfassessment that the student can give to the teacher so that they can also see the evolution of the process.
Implementación de un apiario sustentable en una base tecnológica

In the present work we will present our beekeeping entrepreneurship project which presents a business model focused on the sale of honey and the development of a business idea that allows the inhabitants of the municipality of Icononzo to obtain additional income. Due to the above, AmiAbeja intends to lead and develop the aspects that are part of some of the sustainable development objectives such as: decent work and economic growth and life of terrestrial ecosystems. This venture is based on the model of automatic flow hives that allow the preservation and conservation of the life of bees and respect their honey production without resorting to their exploitation and help the flora and fauna of our country. It is also important to recognize the impact that is intended to be achieved in society, specifically in the inhabitants of this municipality, since they will have access to free training through a web page created for them who will be the internal clients and for the external clients who are those who want to acquire quality honey.

The main objective of the document is to propose a mathematical model that allows the reduction of distribution times in the company BBINKA S.A.S.; to carry out the development of the project, information was collected which allowed the analysis of all the current variables that were affecting the operation and in the same way to understand the commercialization structure of the company. With this information, It was possible to graphically construct routes, distances, and the number of daily orders, both delivered and delayed, and with all these variables it was possible to approximate the total number of kilometers traveled daily by the company's only vehicle. Based on all this, It was determined the key variables and parameters, time windows, operation time, and distances between clients, among others. Research was conducted on the different operations investigation models with a focus on solving transportation and distribution problems, in order to establish the model, heuristics or metaheuristics that best fits the problem presented by the company in question. It was determined that the TSP-TW model with metaheuristics of the ant colony is adapt to the problem posed and through its entire methodological structure an improvement can be proposed. The model proposed in this document was validated with several sensitivity analyses to test the stability, which meets all constraints such as time windows and identify the optimal solution for each daily route.

The central objective of this project is based on demonstrating visual development a videogame summarizing important events in the life of San Agustin with an interaction of questions and answers that will be given throughout the tour historical places will be recognized in nine different scenarios previously established with the project director Ing. Nidia García; throughout the document details and descriptions of the tools used, likewise the instructions for a correct use of the established controls, the various characters that you come across and how their interaction with the main character can change the course of the story, an organized methodology related to video games such as SUM was followed where the execution times of each procedure to be performed were met. This project helps to better understand the concepts of the game and visual result, with a tactical analysis a positive effect is given when demonstrating in different videos a correct aesthetics and following the theme to the letter.

Over the last decade, the use of the internet and technological tools have been adapted for any person, regardless of the place or time can be accessed communication and information tools, that is why the vast majority of companies They bet to mount and upload their portfolio to the network, with which customers can consult, acquire and visualize any product or service interactively, in addition to improve the professional image of the company, and automate processes. The web portal is developed for the company OG Ingeniería Medica in order to streamline the processes of acquiring services and products taking aim to cover a larger market with respect to the imaging The project is developed as an internship by the students Mateo Ospina and Juan Pablo Bernal, University Uniagustiniana. The project was developed using the Scrum methodology, which allowed for updates of each stage of the project, maintaining defined roles and practices for feedback with the company and ensuring the success of the project, using the HTML, PHP, CSS and JS tools. The project concludes that the use of technological tools speaking entrepreneurially I generate the following benefits which are: improvements in profits and hiring, improved interaction with customers and suppliers, improved image professional of the company, projecting it not only locally but also internationally, I streamline that the company's internal processes improved substantially.
Propuesta de mejoramiento para el proceso de gestión de inventarios en una comercializadora de calzado en Bogotá combinando el enfoque Harrington y las técnicas de control de stock

The present degree work was developed in order to design a management proposal that allows controlling the inventory stock in a Footwear Trading Company. For the development of the project, real information from a shoe trading company in the city of Bogotá was used, which was listed as a leader in the footwear business in 2018 according to Portafolio magazine (2019) along with two other companies in the sector. However, throughout the document there is no mention of the commercial name or its business name at the request of the company. Therefore, the information in the document was handled anonymously in order to maintain its Good Will. As for the methodology used for the development of the project, engineering tools were used such as: the problem tree, which was used to diagnose one of the flaws presented by the company, in addition to using other techniques such as inventory recoding, ABC analysis for the categorization of items, analysis of the installed capacity of storage space, security stock management and reorder point On the other hand, it was decided to combine the Harrington methodology with the different techniques of stock control, in order to establish a guide or steps to follow to assimilate and implement in the best way the change of the process in the inventory management, and of This way reduce resistance to change in all areas of the company.

This document describes the design and development of a website, which allows knowing if a motorcycle or a part that is part of it, was stolen. This website is developed with various information management technologies, tag languages such as HTML are implemented, this being the base and structure of the site, style development technologies are also applied, to give a more aesthetic appearance to the website, also information management technologies and databases were implemented, through PhpMyAndmin, which was our manager and facilitated several processes to simplify the operation, Php programming was also implemented, in order to generate a communication channel between the website and the database, and last but not least, using the XAMPP server tool, we implement the Apache web server to perform the entire simulation. All the proposed activities were carried out in order to find the operation of the website, and lay the foundations so that in the future the website is implemented on the Internet and this is a benefit for the entire Colombian population at the national level.
Análisis de la asignación salarial para el diseño del manual de funciones del personal en las Unidades de Trabajo Legislativo en el Honorable Senado de la República

The objective of this study is to analyze and determine if the current salary allocation for positions in the Legislative Work Units of the Senate of the Republic is consistent with the functions, tasks and responsibilities of each of the positions. To carry out this analysis, the information regarding the positions of assistant and advisor in national and international entities was taken into account, specifically, entities of the same magnitude in Latin America in order to evaluate and compare the functions and the required requirements, analyzing levels of experience and schooling, which were modified and recorded in the attached functions manual which additionally allowed to verify if the salaries were equitable with the functions by assessing the positions by the factor and point method. This method allowed us to analyze which positions received more or less income with respect to their functions and their importance in the Unit, thus determining which positions required modifications, in order to find a correlation between the score obtained and the salary received. The increases and decreases were made in an equitable manner in order to maintain the general budget which is determined for each Congressman under article 388 of the 5th law. The corresponding modifications generated a variation of $ 1,449,726, which generated an increase in attendees III, IV and V and a decrease for the same value between the positions of advisor I, VI and VII and assistant I.

This work contributes to a proposal for improvement in the assembly area for the most representative regulator for Industries Humcar S.A.S. which is R203, it was made based on the current area. The company is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of accessories for gas which is located in the city of Bogotá and distributes nationally and internationally. In the first part, the identification of the problem is shown, which consists in the company having to produce parts at a low cost in order to win tenders, therefore, if it does not, it can lose the market. Then an analysis of the distribution factors in the plant in the assembly area, a study of time, material path, and 5S study was performed. When studying the situation it is proposed to make a U-cell in such a way that unnecessary records of the material within the assembly area are reduced, also proposing an adequate 5s, strategies to reduce the bottlenecks and specifically a JIT in order to have a continuous, synchronized and balanced flow.

The next research project was carried out in order to determine the aspects that should be taken into account to design a logical structure of a CRM management model, in order to improve the quality of customer service in the IST SAS company, the important aspects of analytical data and its main components were identified in the theoretical framework. As a starting point for the development of this project, a diagnosis is made to know in the first instance, the perception of the external client regarding the quality of the service provision, and then assess the internal client’s perception of process management. The results of this study allowed to identify the aspects necessary to propose the design of the management model CRM, which as a complement is proposed the development of the methodological tool like the 5s, that would help to generate organizational culture and continuous improvement. That said, by designing the CRM management model, to improve the quality of customer service in the IST SAS company, the aim is to develop a technological tool structure which will enable the company to adequately meet the expectations and needs of customers, as well as improving the performance of the organization through active participation and constant commitment on the part of the staff, making this an effective achievement in the quality of customer service.
Elaboración de un estudio de vigilancia tecnológica para la determinación de un sistema de purificación de aguas subterráneas en el municipio de barranca de Upia en el departamento del Meta

The main objective of the project is to determine the best system for the purification of groundwater in the municipality of Barranca de Upia in the department of Meta Vereda Las Moras, since the inhabitants are constantly responsible for the intake of water, due to the fact that does not comply with the parameters established for resolution 2115 of 2007. Families also use the results for the water supply, for which, in this document, it is a surveillance study for the protection of adequate people to make use of it. suitable. The resource for human consumption, with the aim of finding the best system for the purification of groundwater, located in the aquifers of the region. To achieve this, a bibliometric study is carried out. In this phase information is gathered from different databases where there are approximately 120 articles related to water purification, this is done through the databases called IEEE and Dart Europe. After this, we will carry out the patent study where we select the technology that contributes the most value to the problem, to then gather the results and develop a technical study with engineering tools to obtain the best purification technology, to adapt it in a filter unit. Multiple phases that adapt to the needs of the population, with the aim of guaranteeing access to affordable safe drinking water as one of the objectives of sustainable development proposed by the ONU.

In the present project they are applied and deepen the concepts belonging to the program Industrial Engineering, based on the need to create added value to the industry, in this case, the company Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. opens the doors with the purpose of engaging in a relationship that will enable to propose and design improvements in each one of the processes and areas with which account the same, this allows to investigate in the textile sector and in this way to evaluate the possibilities of projection industrial in future in the company, the elaboration and synthesis of the proposed improvements and the analysis of the most viable investment options making the technology, the flow of information, quality and industrial processes are addressed jointly to the same goal: The industrial growth through the integrity of processes between yes including of the company. In Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. It seeks mainly study the current state of the company, its principal customers and standards of response in quantity and quality during a certain period of time, complying with the orders of release and levels of satisfaction of the end customer, as well as the study of the contracted suppliers as the main source of material of initial work, then through due process of handling textiles up to obtain a final product that supplies the current market and complies with the standards of quality; in this sense, the project in question will examine and analyze each one of the stages of the process and its proper information for decision-making major improvement, making reference to: cycle times, quantities per batch, quality in each stage, organization, displacement of the material, movements of operators, among others executed, and described in depth in the present work. There is a need to grow industrially and to establish principles of competitiveness in the organization to enable it to be introduced in the market today globalized, which drives to find complementary solutions between yes, under technology parameters, resource utilization, care of the human resource and environmental, standardization of processes, and continuous improvement, as well as the importance of the implementation of strategies engineering as the Just In Time, or the adoption of philosophies based on Lean Manufacturing, among others taken as reference and the base of the large industries for their sustainability and maturity in the market.

The mobility of the students of the night shift from the Uniagustiniana to their homes is affected due to the low frequency of the public transport system, which causes prolonged times in waiting for a bus that carried out the mobilization service, generating in turn exposure to external risks such as attempted theft or exposure to extreme climates such as cold or rain. Due to this problem, it is intended to prepare a proposal for the implementation of school routes that mobilize the Augustinian community from Uniagustiniana to the vicinity of their homes, determining the reliability of the respective service through surveys that will be carried out on a population sample, additionally allowing establish the points of the homes of those who are interested in acquiring this service and where the school route must pass. It is intended to design routes through the data obtained from the surveys by means of a mathematical model of vehicle routing applied to school buses, known as OCVRP (Open Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem) using two Heuristics as solution methods, one is the algorithm sweep and the other is the closest neighbor algorithm. With the application of these Heuristics, it is intended to find a feasible route, seeking a lower cost and saving distances in the mobilization, complying with established parameters such as vehicle capacity and non-return to the distribution center.

Análisis de vulnerabilidades a un servidor usando un clúster de computadoras Raspberry pi y software libre

The following document presents the development of a project focused on testing the efficiency of high-performance parallel computing through vulnerability analysis. It utilizes a Kubernetes cluster consisting of four Raspberry Pi computers running Kali Linux, along with several open-source software programs that analyze a server with active services in a laboratory network, simulating real-world and enterprise environments. This document gathers information about the configuration and necessary procedures to set up a parallel computing cluster and how to use it to conduct vulnerability analysis. The objective is to compare vulnerability analysis performed on the same laboratory network with a personal computer that has similar hardware and cost to the Raspberry Pi cluster, using the same analysis software. The aim is to verify the usefulness and effectiveness of high-performance parallel computing.

The objective of this research work is to improve the picking process in the company Ventas & Marcas S.A.S., based on the implementation of the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). In the define stage, the aim is to identify the variables Y (output) and variables X (input), which directly impact the sale, costs and expenses of the company, additionally, project deliveries are defined taking into account, those involved and team building. In the measurement stage, the aim is to carry out a mapping of the current process in detail, to carry out a time study, to identify the rhythm of work performed by the workers. Additional evaluation of the capacity of the picking process for boxes and units. In the analysis stage, we seek to apply various Lean Manufacturing techniques to identify and analyze through statistics the possible causes that are generating the problem of the picking process. In the improvement stage, the improvements made through one of the Lean Manufacturing techniques called Kaizen are evidenced, which allows knowing the results of the improved process. And finally, it seeks to control the improvements (variables) made through the plan and daily monitoring of the picking process. Ending the project, the lessons learned from it are documented.

This is why the purpose of this project focuses on the development of a software to optimize the pedagogical and administrative processes of the educational institution Centro Académico de Estudios Virtuales (CAEV S.A.S) that once certain needs have been identified, I consider the creation of a software that met these needs and allow a better organization of its resources.
Propuesta de mejoramiento para el proceso de sellado de tabletería en la Central de Adecuación de Medicamentos de la Empresa Audifarma S.A. mediante la filosofía de Lean Manufacturing

The purpose of this project is to make an improvement proposal for the Medication adequacy Center of Audifarma S.A., a company dedicated to the wholesale and retail trade of pharmaceutical products, providing a broad portfolio of services, included adequacy and dispensing of different medicines. The IPS and the hospitals its main clients. Currently, in the package area located in Bogotá, shortcomings, waste and reprocessing were identified that did not allow a continuous flow in production, especially in the process of sealing the tablets, since the machines used for this work did not generate the expected performance. In addition to other factors such as lack of training, preventive maintenance, staff turnover and the reduced space that made work more complex, therefore, as a result of this, it is proposed to make a proposal for improvement that benefits the area in general through Lean Manufacturing tools.
Desarrollo de una aplicación web para la recopilación de información de la fundación San Ezequiel Moreno

The main objective of this degree project is to develop a web application for the collection of information of information from the San Ezequiel Moreno foundation, for this initial implementation at the main headquarters in the city of Bogotá. The main needs expressed by the officials were identified, including the centralization of information generating reports and consulting the reports of the requested modules, considering that they are people who do not have extensive knowledge of systems. Based on the information provided, a work plan was developed, and the web application was developed for the officials of the San Ezequiel Moreno foundation, which facilities the collection and consultation of information. As a result, a functional web application is obtained for users where they can easily access through the interface that is intuitive, search for information in real time and contribute to productivity within the foundation.
