Análisis de la asignación salarial para el diseño del manual de funciones del personal en las Unidades de Trabajo Legislativo en el Honorable Senado de la República

The objective of this study is to analyze and determine if the current salary allocation for positions in the Legislative Work Units of the Senate of the Republic is consistent with the functions, tasks and responsibilities of each of the positions. To carry out this analysis, the information regarding the positions of assistant and advisor in national and international entities was taken into account, specifically, entities of the same magnitude in Latin America in order to evaluate and compare the functions and the required requirements, analyzing levels of experience and schooling, which were modified and recorded in the attached functions manual which additionally allowed to verify if the salaries were equitable with the functions by assessing the positions by the factor and point method. This method allowed us to analyze which positions received more or less income with respect to their functions and their importance in the Unit, thus determining which positions required modifications, in order to find a correlation between the score obtained and the salary received. The increases and decreases were made in an equitable manner in order to maintain the general budget which is determined for each Congressman under article 388 of the 5th law. The corresponding modifications generated a variation of $ 1,449,726, which generated an increase in attendees III, IV and V and a decrease for the same value between the positions of advisor I, VI and VII and assistant I.

A data center stores, protects and distributes information through the use of tools to analyze data that allow better decisions to be made within organizations. The current environment requires companies to have policies aimed at information security, which represents a decisive role for its correct operation, guaranteeing the three fundamental pillars of information; confidentiality, integrity and availability. For this research, the analysis of the risks and vulnerabilities of a data center in Colombia was carried out through the elaboration of a risk matrix under the parameters established in the ISO 27001: 2013 standard, through which controls were listed for the risk performance, monitoring, operation and effectiveness of a data center, taking into account the constant improvement of information security.

The main objective of this work is to analyze two alternative solutions to a problem of unsatisfied demand for thermally shrink wrapped products of the company MULTIDIMENSIONALES S.A.S. Initially, a demand study will be carried out to demonstrate that the increase in demand is not temporary due to any promotion or for a special month, after it is determined whether or not this temporality occurs over the demand, the respective analysis for each alternative where a logistical, technical and financial study will be carried out. The logistic study will demonstrate the required import and export procedure with their respective costs. The technician corresponds to everything necessary to implement the two alternatives and the capital that would be needed for the technical part. The financial study will collect the information corresponding to the costs of the aforementioned studies and finally the respective recommendation will be made on the alternative to choose according to the results of the studies described above. For this, we counted on the collaboration of the marketing, demand planning, manufacturing and maintenance departments of the company MULTIDIMENSIONALES S.A.S.

The present work presents an analysis of radio links, the propagation phenomena and the technical characteristics of the transmitting stations of the Cirsa telemetric system (STC), based in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, the system transmits by radiofrequency in the VHF band and its The function is to transmit meteorological data. The system consists of two central stations and twelve remote stations, as well as five remote stations of the telemetric system, which were visited to make the technical information survey of each one of their physical conditions and transmission characteristics. Once the measurements of each station have been sent to the Mobile software radio with the real technical values to perform the simulation of their radio links, this in order to make a comparison of the results and to be able to establish the percentage of the accuracy or reliability of the simulation software.

The purpose of this document is to contextualize and analyze a wireless optical communications link in free space (FSO) as a solution to the existing connectivity deficiencies between the Augustinian University and the Colegio Agustiniano Tagaste improving access and quality of services on the network. For this work, the requirements for transmission and reception in this type of communication were defined with the objective of analyzing and executing the simulation of this link using Optisystem software, measuring parameters such as bit error rate (BER), quality and power of the optical signal in free space in previously established test scenarios with the objective of analyzing the final results and being able to make the link viable and generate reliability for the development of future projects with this technology.

The following document presents the development of a project focused on testing the efficiency of high-performance parallel computing through vulnerability analysis. It utilizes a Kubernetes cluster consisting of four Raspberry Pi computers running Kali Linux, along with several open-source software programs that analyze a server with active services in a laboratory network, simulating real-world and enterprise environments. This document gathers information about the configuration and necessary procedures to set up a parallel computing cluster and how to use it to conduct vulnerability analysis. The objective is to compare vulnerability analysis performed on the same laboratory network with a personal computer that has similar hardware and cost to the Raspberry Pi cluster, using the same analysis software. The aim is to verify the usefulness and effectiveness of high-performance parallel computing.

The objective of this document is to carry out an analysis of the impact on the structure of the supply chain and on the consumption habits of processed coffee in Colombia during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to determine results were the links most affected. To carry out this research, consultations were made in secondary information sources, likewise, a survey was carried out in order to know the possible changes in the consumption habits of the people who live in the city of Bogotá. For development, a characterization of the local supply chain of the coffee agroindustrial sector in Colombia was developed, establishing the necessary structure to consider the effects of the pandemic at each stage. The results indicate that the "consumers" link was the most affected due to the measures taken by the National Government to prevent the spread of the virus, taking into account that the establishments that sell coffee products closed, causing the consumer will adapt to the new conditions.

In this degree project the development of an economic analysis will be found, which describes a supply alternative for the advertising sector in Bogotá, through the adaptation of ceramic mugs with liquid polyester, produced in Bogotá. Faced with the current import of this product from China, through analysis of demand, supply, price analysis, the supply process, logistics and the transformation process, in order to provide the study of costs and investment and the comparison of these two supply processes. The study of supply and supply chains of companies is a fundamental element in the analysis of a certain economic activity. The redesign of supply chain networks starts from the consideration of aspects such as the concentration of suppliers and supply sources, the interconnectivity between them, and the dependence or ability to substitute a supplier (Campos, 2020).
Análisis y comparación de las recomendaciones de la UIT sobre la propagación de señales milimétricas

This chapter presents an analysis of ITU recommendations related to the propagation of millimeter signals, which are of interest due to the use that will be given to them in the fifth generation mobile telephony networks and that is why the researchers of the Telecommunications Engineering program of the Universitaria Agustiniana conducted a research to validate the use of ITU recommendations in the Colombian territory. As a member of the IDESTIC research group, I supported the aforementioned research, identifying twelve ITU recommendations related to millimeter waves, then these recommendations were analyzed with respect to their relevance, calculations involved and therefore their level of complexity. Thanks to this analysis, recommendations 2001-3, 1409, 1815-1 and 452-16 were discarded, and it was suggested to use recommendations 1411-5, 618-13 and 1238-10 in the validation they plan to do.

This project is developed in the logistics operator MCT SAS, located in the municipality of Funza Cundinamarca, with the purpose of knowing and diagnosing the supply chain using the SCOR reference model. The SCOR model is made up of four phases, phase I called higher level is characterized by the identification of the processes that make up the supply chain, additionally in phase II or configuration level the activities with which the processes are carried out are determined, On the other hand, in phase III or level of process elements, the information flow is evidenced and the activities are broken down; additionally, in phase IV an improvement proposal is made. It is worth mentioning that throughout the development of the SCOR model methodology, attributes are proposed and metrics are identified; however, in this document phase I and II will be developed. Firstly, for the development of the model, the processes that are important for the company are identified by means of a flow chart and the application of the VSM (Value Stream Map). Then, the attributes are evaluated according to the indicators that the company manages and a board of indicators is created to diagnose the supply chain and the quality of the information managed by the company.

The main objective of this project is to apply the Lean Startup methodology for the production of dog houses based on recyclable products with the purpose of make a product that is to interest by people, achieves their real needs and creates liking and impact on the market. With the above will be done a characterization of the target client looking for patterns and datum that allow us identify people tendencies, once analyzing all the costumer aspect, dog houses will be produced based on recyclable carton, according to market needs make the all material selection process and prototype production, validate it in front of costumers, improve it according to customer feedback and define if the idea is restructured or is maintaining until getting a product that achieves real customer needs.

The application will have the display of the different components that a Wi-Fi network has, since when loading a file on a platform called Firebase, the Json file will be loaded, which will have all the information of the Wi-Fi networks, where three APIs are generated. which will be loaded to the application, when loaded, it will be possible to view all the different components that a Wi-Fi network has (MAC, Ip Address, name, SSID). The SACUW software is presented for the academic community, designed to operate as a tool for WIFI network data analysis captured with the Kismet sniffer. For its construction, the Dart language and the Flutter Framework were used, which allow us to move in the development of a WEB page and an application for mobile devices that work with the Android and IOS operating systems. In the same way, it is intended to collaborate in the creation of a collective awareness around cyber security, showing the information that can be obtained from the frames captured and analyzed in large volumes.

The data collection instruments such as the interview, the survey, the observation are applied and according to the results, the use case diagram, the class diagram, the deployment diagram and the package diagram are carried out in UML. The applied method corresponds to the Scrum methodology emphasizing the application of Sprint to carry out specific tasks in a given period of time where increments are obtained in the project and modules can be tested. The project web application consists of a login page, Crud interaction views for products, services, clients, users and administrator. The development software used is proprietary and corresponds to Visual Studio.Net with C # language For the Front-end and Back-end, SQL Server for the database; access to the data is available in Url through an Api service.

Study the airport needs of airlines Cargolap Logística S.A clients regarding their organization, merchandise control, inventories and offices to provide solutions through a web application that adapts to the needs of the client and allow improvements in each of these processes. In this way we will ensure that the company can To be recognized in the software development sector oriented to airport entities. For To carry out this, meetings were held with some clients and we were allowed to know the difficulties they presented regarding the management and handling of goods in special warehouses, With this, problems were identified in the dispatch of goods and their location in the warehouses, given the high traffic, the high handling and the amount of inventory handled. Given this situation was thought of a web application that would meet each of these needs, managing to control the goods from the time they arrive at the warehouses until they are dispatched, recording the traceability of the merchandise and thus having precision in the information.

The central objective of the work is to determine the impact that internal factors have on the competitiveness of automotive repainting workshops. In order to carry out this identification, a series of surveys were carried out, field visits which resulted in the main problems that directly affect the competitiveness of the workshop, worker safety, high turnover, loss of raw materials or excess of using these, it was evidenced that by not continuing with the processes that are already standardized, reprocesses, guarantees are presented, which means that the client does not have a good image of the workshop and the quality of the materials. On the other hand, it is evident that, although the workshops seek to have highly reliable and qualified personnel, they do not have constant training about updates of the techniques or safety standards and the importance of the use of personal protection elements
