Item Implementación de un apiario sustentable en una base tecnológicaParra-Beltran, Brigite-Manuela; Ospina-Barrera, Luisa-Daniela; Cruz-Villarraga, Nelson-HumbertoIn the present work we will present our beekeeping entrepreneurship project which presents a business model focused on the sale of honey and the development of a business idea that allows the inhabitants of the municipality of Icononzo to obtain additional income. Due to the above, AmiAbeja intends to lead and develop the aspects that are part of some of the sustainable development objectives such as: decent work and economic growth and life of terrestrial ecosystems. This venture is based on the model of automatic flow hives that allow the preservation and conservation of the life of bees and respect their honey production without resorting to their exploitation and help the flora and fauna of our country. It is also important to recognize the impact that is intended to be achieved in society, specifically in the inhabitants of this municipality, since they will have access to free training through a web page created for them who will be the internal clients and for the external clients who are those who want to acquire quality honey.Item Propuesta de mejora de ruteo para entregas de pedidos diarios en Bogotá D.C. de la empresa BIG BRANDS IN KEY ACCOUNTS SAS.Riveros-Cabezas, Diana Andrea; Vargas-Rodriguez, Yeisson Andres; Rodríguez, William CamiloThe main objective of the document is to propose a mathematical model that allows the reduction of distribution times in the company BBINKA S.A.S.; to carry out the development of the project, information was collected which allowed the analysis of all the current variables that were affecting the operation and in the same way to understand the commercialization structure of the company. With this information, It was possible to graphically construct routes, distances, and the number of daily orders, both delivered and delayed, and with all these variables it was possible to approximate the total number of kilometers traveled daily by the company's only vehicle. Based on all this, It was determined the key variables and parameters, time windows, operation time, and distances between clients, among others. Research was conducted on the different operations investigation models with a focus on solving transportation and distribution problems, in order to establish the model, heuristics or metaheuristics that best fits the problem presented by the company in question. It was determined that the TSP-TW model with metaheuristics of the ant colony is adapt to the problem posed and through its entire methodological structure an improvement can be proposed. The model proposed in this document was validated with several sensitivity analyses to test the stability, which meets all constraints such as time windows and identify the optimal solution for each daily route.Item Propuesta de mejoramiento para el proceso de gestión de inventarios en una comercializadora de calzado en Bogotá combinando el enfoque Harrington y las técnicas de control de stockPacheco-Castro, Jenniffer Amanda; Sánchez Tovar, NolanThe present degree work was developed in order to design a management proposal that allows controlling the inventory stock in a Footwear Trading Company. For the development of the project, real information from a shoe trading company in the city of Bogotá was used, which was listed as a leader in the footwear business in 2018 according to Portafolio magazine (2019) along with two other companies in the sector. However, throughout the document there is no mention of the commercial name or its business name at the request of the company. Therefore, the information in the document was handled anonymously in order to maintain its Good Will. As for the methodology used for the development of the project, engineering tools were used such as: the problem tree, which was used to diagnose one of the flaws presented by the company, in addition to using other techniques such as inventory recoding, ABC analysis for the categorization of items, analysis of the installed capacity of storage space, security stock management and reorder point On the other hand, it was decided to combine the Harrington methodology with the different techniques of stock control, in order to establish a guide or steps to follow to assimilate and implement in the best way the change of the process in the inventory management, and of This way reduce resistance to change in all areas of the company.Item Análisis de la asignación salarial para el diseño del manual de funciones del personal en las Unidades de Trabajo Legislativo en el Honorable Senado de la RepúblicaLópez-Sánchez, Angie Ximena; Ruiz González, Julio FaenzThe objective of this study is to analyze and determine if the current salary allocation for positions in the Legislative Work Units of the Senate of the Republic is consistent with the functions, tasks and responsibilities of each of the positions. To carry out this analysis, the information regarding the positions of assistant and advisor in national and international entities was taken into account, specifically, entities of the same magnitude in Latin America in order to evaluate and compare the functions and the required requirements, analyzing levels of experience and schooling, which were modified and recorded in the attached functions manual which additionally allowed to verify if the salaries were equitable with the functions by assessing the positions by the factor and point method. This method allowed us to analyze which positions received more or less income with respect to their functions and their importance in the Unit, thus determining which positions required modifications, in order to find a correlation between the score obtained and the salary received. The increases and decreases were made in an equitable manner in order to maintain the general budget which is determined for each Congressman under article 388 of the 5th law. The corresponding modifications generated a variation of $ 1,449,726, which generated an increase in attendees III, IV and V and a decrease for the same value between the positions of advisor I, VI and VII and assistant I.Item Propuesta de gestión para el mejoramiento de la distribución en el área de ensamble del regulador para gas R203 de la empresa metalmecánica Industrias Humcar S.A.SPeña-Guzmán, José David; Cruz Villarraga, Nelson HumbertoThis work contributes to a proposal for improvement in the assembly area for the most representative regulator for Industries Humcar S.A.S. which is R203, it was made based on the current area. The company is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of accessories for gas which is located in the city of Bogotá and distributes nationally and internationally. In the first part, the identification of the problem is shown, which consists in the company having to produce parts at a low cost in order to win tenders, therefore, if it does not, it can lose the market. Then an analysis of the distribution factors in the plant in the assembly area, a study of time, material path, and 5S study was performed. When studying the situation it is proposed to make a U-cell in such a way that unnecessary records of the material within the assembly area are reduced, also proposing an adequate 5s, strategies to reduce the bottlenecks and specifically a JIT in order to have a continuous, synchronized and balanced flow.Item Diseño para la implementación de un modelo de gestión de servicio al cliente (CRM) que permita atraer y retener clientes en el área de reparación de la empresa IST SAS.Pachon-Hernandez, Brayan Steven; Corredor-Amezquita, Martha Liliana; Mendoza, Diego ErnestoThe next research project was carried out in order to determine the aspects that should be taken into account to design a logical structure of a CRM management model, in order to improve the quality of customer service in the IST SAS company, the important aspects of analytical data and its main components were identified in the theoretical framework. As a starting point for the development of this project, a diagnosis is made to know in the first instance, the perception of the external client regarding the quality of the service provision, and then assess the internal client’s perception of process management. The results of this study allowed to identify the aspects necessary to propose the design of the management model CRM, which as a complement is proposed the development of the methodological tool like the 5s, that would help to generate organizational culture and continuous improvement. That said, by designing the CRM management model, to improve the quality of customer service in the IST SAS company, the aim is to develop a technological tool structure which will enable the company to adequately meet the expectations and needs of customers, as well as improving the performance of the organization through active participation and constant commitment on the part of the staff, making this an effective achievement in the quality of customer service.Item Elaboración de un estudio de vigilancia tecnológica para la determinación de un sistema de purificación de aguas subterráneas en el municipio de barranca de Upia en el departamento del MetaRubiano Arevalo, Cristian Camilo; Cordero Romero, Andrés Felipe; Yepez Gonzalez, Nelson VladimirThe main objective of the project is to determine the best system for the purification of groundwater in the municipality of Barranca de Upia in the department of Meta Vereda Las Moras, since the inhabitants are constantly responsible for the intake of water, due to the fact that does not comply with the parameters established for resolution 2115 of 2007. Families also use the results for the water supply, for which, in this document, it is a surveillance study for the protection of adequate people to make use of it. suitable. The resource for human consumption, with the aim of finding the best system for the purification of groundwater, located in the aquifers of the region. To achieve this, a bibliometric study is carried out. In this phase information is gathered from different databases where there are approximately 120 articles related to water purification, this is done through the databases called IEEE and Dart Europe. After this, we will carry out the patent study where we select the technology that contributes the most value to the problem, to then gather the results and develop a technical study with engineering tools to obtain the best purification technology, to adapt it in a filter unit. In Tintorería Megaprocesos y Terminados S.A.S. Due to this problem, it is intended to prepare a proposal for the implementation of school routes that mobilize the Augustinian community from Uniagustiniana to the vicinity of their homes, determining the reliability of the respective service through surveys that will be carried out on a population sample, additionally allowing establish the points of the homes of those who are interested in acquiring this service and where the school route must pass. It is intended to design routes through the data obtained from the surveys by means of a mathematical model of vehicle routing applied to school buses, known as OCVRP (Open Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem) using two Heuristics as solution methods, one is the algorithm sweep and the other is the closest neighbor algorithm. With the application of these Heuristics, it is intended to find a feasible route, seeking a lower cost and saving distances in the mobilization, complying with established parameters such as vehicle capacity and non-return to the distribution center.Item Propuesta diseño de mejora en el proceso de picking en Ventas & Marcas S.A.S., basada en la implementación de la metodología DMAIC.Torres-Soto, Daniela; Peña Flórez, Luis AlfonsoThe objective of this research work is to improve the picking process in the company Ventas & Marcas S.A.S., based on the implementation of the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). In the define stage, the aim is to identify the variables Y (output) and variables X (input), which directly impact the sale, costs and expenses of the company, additionally, project deliveries are defined taking into account, those involved and team building. In the measurement stage, the aim is to carry out a mapping of the current process in detail, to carry out a time study, to identify the rhythm of work performed by the workers. Additional evaluation of the capacity of the picking process for boxes and units. In the analysis stage, we seek to apply various Lean Manufacturing techniques to identify and analyze through statistics the possible causes that are generating the problem of the picking process. In the improvement stage, the improvements made through one of the Lean Manufacturing techniques called Kaizen are evidenced, which allows knowing the results of the improved process. And finally, it seeks to control the improvements (variables) made through the plan and daily monitoring of the picking process. The IPS and the hospitals its main clients. Currently, in the package area located in Bogotá, shortcomings, waste and reprocessing were identified that did not allow a continuous flow in production, especially in the process of sealing the tablets, since the machines used for this work did not generate the expected performance. In addition to other factors such as lack of training, preventive maintenance, staff turnover and the reduced space that made work more complex, therefore, as a result of this, it is proposed to make a proposal for improvement that benefits the area in general through Lean Manufacturing tools.Item Desarrollo de una propuesta de automatización en la empresa Dotaciones Zolu para la reduccion de cuellos de botellaRodriguez-Aguillón, Joan Sebastian; Pulido-Caceres, Julian Guillermo; Suarez, Ruth MilenaThis technical work contributes to the business field with the help of an automation proposal for the company Dotaciones Zolu, dedicated to the manufacture of work clothing. For its development, the current situation of the company, its needs and the benefits that could be obtained through the proposal were taken into account. An analysis of the company was carried out, where a direct observation of the production processes was made. From this, opportunities for improvement that can be achieved through automation were identified. In this context, important areas where it is possible to optimize are highlighted. The carton labeling process, currently done manually, is susceptible to human error, consumes valuable time, and can lead to inconsistencies in product identification. The implementation of an automated system would allow for fast, accurate and standardized identification of each box, optimizing inventory management and reducing the possibility of errors in order preparation and shipments. This would improve operational efficiency and also strengthen the company's professional image. On the other hand, manually transporting materials from the production line to storage areas leads to downtime for stockists, increases physical fatigue, and causes bottlenecks. The introduction of automated conveyor solutions, such as conveyor belts, would significantly optimize this flow and free up stockists for more strategic tasks. These improvement processes are carried out using some Lean Manufacturing tools that allow identifying shortcomings, weaknesses and eliminating them from production, seeking continuous improvement of the mill's production process. Taking into account that in the production of the La Secreta farm there are processes that are not viable for the coffee grower, an exhaustive analysis must be carried out, in order to be able to determine which tool to implement in each process that generates a delay in both production and in product quality. Thus determining the possible solutions that systematically generate an increase in net profits in each of the coffee growers. The product on which the investigation is focused are the nail polishes of the company Cosméticos Belier, the main client of BECAPRO that has been presenting problems in the stock of packaging materials, specifically with the glass container which presents breakage of stock, stopping the production of the order and therefore the supply chain of that product line. As a first instance, a diagnosis is made of the current situation of the company and the causes of stock breakage of the container, then, it is proposed to use an inventory model adjusts to the nature of the product and the company for this problem and that allows the company to be prepared for its orders, along with an inventory plan. This boom means that these companies operate in an integral way, always looking for a quality in their products and processes, that is to say, to obtain profits, to be competitive through the implementation of technologies, and manage to adapt to the dynamism of the market. It has become necessary for companies to operate strategically, and it is there where emphasis is placed on the logistics area; which is of great importance when it comes to customer service in order processing, management of deliveries and internal control of inventories, among other processes that seek benefits, resource optimization, increased competitiveness, sustainability and business success. To achieve the established in the project, a diagnosis of the main technical problems that present the company's forklifts AM&M Forklift, also defined the pillars and or tool of TPM that were used to perform the maintenance management of the company, along with a cost-benefit analysis obtained by the maintenance, ending with the concrete explanation of the results obtained in the implementation of the principles of TPM under the pillar autonomous maintenance in the company AM&M Forklift.Item Propuesta de redistribución, diseño de sistema de orientación para invidentes y toma de tiempos y movimientos en el supermercado Cooratiendas del barrio primaveraPlazas Bermeo, Cristian; Hoyos, Manuel GuillermoThe Supermarket Cooratiendas of the neighborhood Primavera - Tintal is an establishment that provides attention to the population of the sector offering a wide variety of products necessary in the day to day of the people, inside the place it has been evidenced the presence of people in a state of blindness which presents difficulties in mobilizing for the realization of their purchases generating a restriction to the access of this population, and disrespecting their rights of inclusion and consumer, that is why by applying engineering tools such as distribution in plant, the times and movements, the study of consumers and the design of a guidance system for the blind is aimed at making a design proposal that guarantees access and improves the mobility of this target population within the supermarket. The development of this project increased the information about the current lifestyle of the blind, the difficulties they present when carrying out their daily tasks, the mechanisms of inclusion by the government, but the lack of work in the generation of new aid that guarantee access anywhere in the city. The simulation carried out by means of a design software evidenced the improvements made to the supermarket both in its distribution and in the realization of the orientation system in order to seek its implementation, the research project is quite versatile which has the consequence that be adopted by another supermarket that presents this problem to part that seeks to set a precedent to the state for the linking of standards that ensure the integration of guidance mechanisms for people in a state of disability.
