Análisis de la asignación salarial para el diseño del manual de funciones del personal en las Unidades de Trabajo Legislativo en el Honorable Senado de la República

The objective of this study is to analyze and determine if the current salary allocation for positions in the Legislative Work Units of the Senate of the Republic is consistent with the functions, tasks and responsibilities of each of the positions. To carry out this analysis, the information regarding the positions of assistant and advisor in national and international entities was taken into account, specifically, entities of the same magnitude in Latin America in order to evaluate and compare the functions and the required requirements, analyzing levels of experience and schooling, which were modified and recorded in the attached functions manual which additionally allowed to verify if the salaries were equitable with the functions by assessing the positions by the factor and point method. This method allowed us to analyze which positions received more or less income with respect to their functions and their importance in the Unit, thus determining which positions required modifications, in order to find a correlation between the score obtained and the salary received. The increases and decreases were made in an equitable manner in order to maintain the general budget which is determined for each Congressman under article 388 of the 5th law. The corresponding modifications generated a variation of $ 1,449,726, which generated an increase in attendees III, IV and V and a decrease for the same value between the positions of advisor I, VI and VII and assistant I.
Propuesta de gestión para el mejoramiento de la distribución en el área de ensamble del regulador para gas R203 de la empresa metalmecánica Industrias Humcar S.A.S

This work contributes to a proposal for improvement in the assembly area for the most representative regulator for Industries Humcar S.A.S. which is R203, it was made based on the current area. The company is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of accessories for gas which is located in the city of Bogotá and distributes nationally and internationally. In the first part, the identification of the problem is shown, which consists in the company having to produce parts at a low cost in order to win tenders, therefore, if it does not, it can lose the market. Then an analysis of the distribution factors in the plant in the assembly area, a study of time, material path, and 5S study was performed. When studying the situation it is proposed to make a U-cell in such a way that unnecessary records of the material within the assembly area are reduced, also proposing an adequate 5s, strategies to reduce the bottlenecks and specifically a JIT in order to have a continuous, synchronized and balanced flow.
Implementación de un apiario sustentable en una base tecnológica

In the present work we will present our beekeeping entrepreneurship project which presents a business model focused on the sale of honey and the development of a business idea that allows the inhabitants of the municipality of Icononzo to obtain additional income. Due to the above, AmiAbeja intends to lead and develop the aspects that are part of some of the sustainable development objectives such as: decent work and economic growth and life of terrestrial ecosystems. This venture is based on the model of automatic flow hives that allow the preservation and conservation of the life of bees and respect their honey production without resorting to their exploitation and help the flora and fauna of our country. It is also important to recognize the impact that is intended to be achieved in society, specifically in the inhabitants of this municipality, since they will have access to free training through a web page created for them who will be the internal clients and for the external clients who are those who want to acquire quality honey.

The main objective of the document is to propose a mathematical model that allows the reduction of distribution times in the company BBINKA S.A.S.; to carry out the development of the project, information was collected which allowed the analysis of all the current variables that were affecting the operation and in the same way to understand the commercialization structure of the company. With this information, It was possible to graphically construct routes, distances, and the number of daily orders, both delivered and delayed, and with all these variables it was possible to approximate the total number of kilometers traveled daily by the company's only vehicle. Based on all this, It was determined the key variables and parameters, time windows, operation time, and distances between clients, among others. Research was conducted on the different operations investigation models with a focus on solving transportation and distribution problems, in order to establish the model, heuristics or metaheuristics that best fits the problem presented by the company in question. It was determined that the TSP-TW model with metaheuristics of the ant colony is adapt to the problem posed and through its entire methodological structure an improvement can be proposed. The model proposed in this document was validated with several sensitivity analyses to test the stability, which meets all constraints such as time windows and identify the optimal solution for each daily route.
Propuesta de mejoramiento para el proceso de gestión de inventarios en una comercializadora de calzado en Bogotá combinando el enfoque Harrington y las técnicas de control de stock

The present degree work was developed in order to design a management proposal that allows controlling the inventory stock in a Footwear Trading Company. For the development of the project, real information from a shoe trading company in the city of Bogotá was used, which was listed as a leader in the footwear business in 2018 according to Portafolio magazine (2019) along with two other companies in the sector. However, throughout the document there is no mention of the commercial name or its business name at the request of the company. Therefore, the information in the document was handled anonymously in order to maintain its Good Will. As for the methodology used for the development of the project, engineering tools were used such as: the problem tree, which was used to diagnose one of the flaws presented by the company, in addition to using other techniques such as inventory recoding, ABC analysis for the categorization of items, analysis of the installed capacity of storage space, security stock management and reorder point On the other hand, it was decided to combine the Harrington methodology with the different techniques of stock control, in order to establish a guide or steps to follow to assimilate and implement in the best way the change of the process in the inventory management, and of This way reduce resistance to change in all areas of the company.

The Josan metal industry is a company dedicated to the manufacture of different products and services in the metalworking field; today, industries find challenges that they need to overcome in order to be competitive and grow in increasingly globalized markets, which leads them to re-evaluate the organization of the company and focus on improving production. This project sought to orient the company towards the implementation of industrial engineering tools, such as the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing, focusing on the processes in which waste, delays, transport or movements were evident. Unnecessary, among other opportunities for improvement. For the development of the project was paramount the study of the productive environment and to make a diagnosis of the area of production to identify all the waste and flaws present in the equipment and area s of work so that it was possible to develop a plan of improvement that manages to establish an effective organization of the work space in the handling of the raw materials and the wastes, in addition, to implement training tools that allow the reinforcement of the concepts and the methodologies for the continuous improvement , in order to achieve the optimization of the company's processes. Every company is susceptible to improvement, especially those of the industrial sector, for this reason, by means of the application of tools of industrial engineering and Lean Manufacturing, like 5 ' S, distribution in plant, analysis of cause-effect, advised and support to the Metal industry Josan, who provided the information and permits for the periodic visit to the facilities, which allowed to identify the flaws in the productive area s, with the purpose of this investigation to achieve the degree of observation necessary to carry out the analysis both quantitative and qualitative, generating a proposal focused on the effective management of the material, technological, economic and human resources present in the company. The management of these resources are essential to implement improvements aimed at improving quality, productivity, supply, reduction of waste and utilization, which are the basis of this research so that In evaluating them allow the correct development of the project and which met the needs present in the metal industry Josan to increase their competitiveness and profits.
Propuesta de mejora para la planeación y ejecución de la producción a través de un sistema MRP en la empresa Extra Granos del Campo S.A.S

Extra Granos del Campo S.A.S. is a Colombian company that belongs to the industrial manufacturing sector, for about 4 years; this company is dedicated to the elaboration of toilet products, by means of an analysis made to the manufacturing processes of the company, inefficiencies in the production system were identified, which guided the organization to take action on the problems affecting the delivery of orders and the limitation of materials for manufacturing. For the development of this work is based on the use of engineering tools, allowing in this way to establish a proposal for improvement of processes. A proposal based on material requirement planning (MRP) is therefore defined, which in turn required the use of the Master Production Plan (MPS) tool with the aim of efficiently determining the demand for materials according to production.

The main objective of this degree project is to present the Strategic Road Safety Plan's proposal using the tools provided by the NTC ISO 39001 in the transportation process of the company Albergue Sukurame S.A.S.; For the development, was made a general diagnosis of the transportation process of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S. in Bogota's facility; later, an audit is made where the current status of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S. can be evidenced against the NTC ISO 39001. Based on the results obtained, the Strategic Road Safety Plan was drawn up, which includes the execution of activities that can help increase road safety for officials, users and other road actors. Finally, and in accordance with the Strategic Road Safety Plan proposed, a financial analysis was made and a budget was presented parallel to this that allowed finding the economic viability of the project (100% viable). And for finish, some basic recommendations are established that include the continuous improvement of the PESV, the need for the support of senior management and the commitment of all the employees of Albergue Sukurame S.A.S to increase road safety as a social responsibility.

The pharmaceutical industry presents its customers with products that require conservation of the cold chain, such as biologicals and reagents. The conservation of this chain is key to the preservation of its pharmacological characteristics and consequently, the effectiveness of its application. In this industry, distributors face a problem related to the distribution of medicines that require different temperatures for their conservation, in situations where aggregate orders are generated. In these cases, there is no specialized packaging with which the two temperatures are handled so that said delivery can be made simultaneously. This results in problems such as loss of quality in medicines, customer returns, and transportation and packaging costs for the distribution of medicines in separate vehicles. This work aims to propose a packaging alternative to improve the deliveries of products that need to be transported with conservation of the cold chain and room temperature, for the company Biotoscana S.A.S. In this way, it seeks to improve customer satisfaction both in terms of time and product quality and also achieve a reduction in transport costs.

Catering as a service provider must be highlighted by the quality of its production processes, each of the areas that make up this organization must be aligned to the fulfillment of the organizational objective that is the delivery of a service in optimal conditions, with respect to to this objective the maintenance area of the catering company has a problem in the management of maintenance because there is no model that guarantees the fulfillment of the internal objectives within the area, focused on the maintenance of the assets. The lack of a maintenance management model has led to the presence of problems between the different areas since the guidelines for programming and executing the activities that have to be focused on reliability are not followed. Within the development of the work will present the different elements that are part of operational reliability focused on maintenance with respect to each of the elements, will develop a management model based on the four perspectives that have the Balanced Scorecard tool, which allows the creation and implementation of indicators (KPI`s), for the measurement and traceability in the management model that will be developed.
Sostenibilidad del recurso hídrico mediante la siembra de plantas nativas a partir de la agricultura esbelta - en el municipio de San Juan de Arama (Meta)

In this research, we review the problems and the main causes of shortage of the surface water resource in the municipality of San Juan de Arama Meta. The main objective of the research is to implement the development of the project called "SUSTAINABILITY OF HYDRICAL RESOURCE THROUGH THE SOWING OF NATIVE PALNTAS FROM THE ESBELTA AGRICULTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN DE ARAMA (META)". After the investigations carried out by the students, several conclusions have been reached about the possible causes for which these drawbacks are presented within some of the town's sidewalks, the whole community agrees that the shortage of surface water. In the main micro waters of the municipality is due to the indiscriminate felling of native forests in the areas surrounding the water sources, also the community manifests with the nonconformity of the presence of some mineral exploiters in the region, which are the cause of the problem. The mitigation of this problem will be achieved through the implementation of techniques and tools that have been acquired throughout the industrial engineering career of the project executors through the implementation of lean agriculture, with the application of Kanban, just in time, 5 s, and total quality. Doble Click Consultores is an entertainment organization that offers training and consulting services through training and well-being based on Neuro-didactics, generating high-impact results in organizations. The purpose of this work is to diagnose the current state of the organization in terms of occupational health and safety requirements with the aim of presenting a proposal for the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system to comply with the Colombian current regulations of Decree 1072 of 2015 according to resolution 0312 of 2019 presenting a work plan in accordance with the minimum standards established. A diagnosis was made to determine the status of the company, also a data collection that allowed to see in a physical and documentary way the compliance or progress that the company has to date and additionally demonstrate the risks or dangers to which the workers are exposed. A schedule of activities was made that allowed to see the status of the organization and perform all the necessary requirements to carry out the proposal, where finally an annual work plan and an infogram was made that shows the step by step for the implementation of the security system and occupational health to meet the objectives.

This project is developed in the logistics operator MCT SAS, located in the municipality of Funza Cundinamarca, with the purpose of knowing and diagnosing the supply chain using the SCOR reference model. The SCOR model is made up of four phases, phase I called higher level is characterized by the identification of the processes that make up the supply chain, additionally in phase II or configuration level the activities with which the processes are carried out are determined, On the other hand, in phase III or level of process elements, the information flow is evidenced and the activities are broken down; additionally, in phase IV an improvement proposal is made. It is worth mentioning that throughout the development of the SCOR model methodology, attributes are proposed and metrics are identified; however, in this document phase I and II will be developed. Firstly, for the development of the model, the processes that are important for the company are identified by means of a flow chart and the application of the VSM (Value Stream Map). Then, the attributes are evaluated according to the indicators that the company manages and a board of indicators is created to diagnose the supply chain and the quality of the information managed by the company.

Fast & System Solutions is a company dedicated to the maintenance and sale of computers and several accessories, which has some problems with its purchasing process and inventory management. In order to identify its problems, it was necessary to use historical sales information to calculate the sales volume and the charge generated between July 2021 and July 2022, finding that there was a large difference between the total invested each month and the recovered value in the same period. The entire methodological process was designed using mixed research, taking as its beginning the collection, standardization and analysis of all the information. Additionally, it allowed defining the appropriate variables to develop a functional tool to achieve correct inventory control
Propuesta de implementación de las herramientas Lean Manufacturing para la mejora de la productividad en la empresa textil Acis’2 Jeans

A proposal to improve productivity is presented in the textile company Acis ́2 Jeans, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of jeans for women, from the implementation of lean Manufacturing tools. For its development, a current diagnosis of the organization is generated where strategies are identified and analyzed for the optimization of its processes, activities, indicators and associated costs that prevent its growth. The research focuses on process improvement following a quantitative, qualitative, descriptive and exploratory methodology, which allowed the analysis of variables and their approach to the organizational operational reality. Considering in this way the benefits that lean Manufacturing entails with its application by allowing a scope of the entire productive system, generating an economic and financial profitability within the company and the sector. Within the proposal, an implementation of the 5s, TPM, VSM and the standardization of processes is presented, which allowed the reduction of processing times of units and the optimization of transports that generated waste in the value chain. As a result, the increase in productivity and the increase in the company's profits are estimated.

The company Inversiones VICPAG S.A.S. dedicated to the commercialization of groceries, grains and cleaning products, in addition to all the products of the family basket, is characterized by the quality of it’s products, competitive prices and good customer service, located in the town of Suba. The present work aims to determine what characteristics should have a proposal for the implementation of a management system for safety and health at work in accordance with resolution 0312 of 2019. Performing an initial selfassessment where the current state of the company is established according to the minimum standards of the resolution; in this way the improvement plan and the annual work plan are developed, focused on improving the qualification and projecting the functional occupational safety and health management system for the company, using as a method the PHVA cycle for these activities.

Quality management is used to ensure customer satisfaction, commonly it is the strategies implemented in companies through improvements in services or products, this requires to meet the standards that provides quality, one of them is to apply control measurements, which is to use tools to evaluate the performance of the activity, in order to meet the objective of the organization and if necessary take corrective action for any problems or errors that may be generated. We also find the performance of tests is useful for inspections and performance, also identifies the difficulties or defect of the service or product all this in order to meet customer needs. Quality management ensures that company procedures are carried out properly, complying with the standards it establishes, this involves planning, improving, and controlling continuously with the purpose of making organizations efficient in their operations. ISO 9001:2015 is a standard that defines or stipulates the requirements necessary to manage quality, including evidence-based decision making, internal and external communication, internal audits, control activities, etc., to implement corrective measures. The purpose of this international standard is continuous improvement in order to foster trust with customers and achieve efficiency in companies.

The following work has as its main objective, to design and prepare the documentation for the Quality Management System of the company D&J Ingenieros S.A.S, under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001:2015 standard, in order to achieve the proposed objectives, a systematic work plan was constructed to achieve this purpose. As a first step, a diagnosis of the company's compliance with the requirements of the standard was made, this was carried out for each of the chapters that make up the standard, elements were drawn up corresponding to the planning of the quality management system, mission, vision, quality policy and objectives, the organization chart was designed and from this document the map of processes, characteristics and other documents required by the standard and indispensable for compliance with company processes Building organizational DOFA and stakeholders, with the information resulting from this exercise, the matrix of risks was constructed, as were roles, responsibilities and authorities, control of documented information, Finally, in order to be able to monitor the performance of the Quality Management System of D&J Ingenieros S.A.S, the necessary procedures were developed for the conduct of audits, follow-up of the client's satisfaction and actions improvement.

At present the company ABS Cromosol LTDA. The process of chromium plating for ABS plastic parts (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and polycarbonate is an economic activity. which manages a low standard of production and quality, an incorrect layout, every day the competition is stronger and the demands to stay within the market are focused to the satisfaction of customers who increasingly become stricter and look for costs low, but with an optimum level of efficiency in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction. With the foregoing, we want to apply the knowledge that has been learned throughout the career in the daily life of ABS Cromosol and to be able to show how the industrial engineering manages to contribute to the improvement of the processes. What is intended with this project is to implement the Lean manufacturing philosophy that benefits the company ABS Cromosol in factors of production, standardization in the quality and a better distribution in plant with help of tools and the due knowledge Acquired. Currently the management chooses to look for alternatives of improvement that are based on a better functioning and development of the Organization, at the moment the company has certain failures that cause unbalance in deliveries and consequent loss of customers due to failures in previous administrations, for these reasons very low indicators are obtained. In the last five years of having installed the pre-electrolytic production line a contract was obtained with the company EBEL and as a result of this we noticed the different failures in the different sectors of the company. xii This project documents a before and an improvement posed through the philosophy Lean manufacturing including tools like the Kaizen, the SMED, the 5s and Layout with the purpose of being a more competitive and profitable company, improving from the inside of this and Everything that is necessary for the customer to be satisfied with the results of your order.
