Item Estrategias para mejorar la competitividad del Arándano Colombiano en el mercado internacionalRojas-Abril, Hugo Ferney; Pinto-Torres, María Fernanda; Aguilar-Galeano, EstíbalizThe purpose of this study was to analyze and propose a series of strategies to make the Colombian blueberry more competitive in terms of international marketing. For this, the research was carried out based on the four levels of systemic competitiveness of Klaus Esser, examining under the meta and micro levels how it is that Colombia has favorable conditions for production, such as a favorable climate and an adequate geographical position to cultivate blueberries throughout the year, has not yet managed to establish itself as one of the countries with considerable volumes of production and marketing. Likewise, the competitive conditions that Colombia has to make its blueberry competitive were analyzed within the framework of Esser's macro and meso levels. As a result of the research, some strategies were proposed from the meta and micro levels of Esser for the production of blueberries in Colombia and for their growth in international trade and under the macro and meso levels, other strategies were exposed so that the Colombian blueberry is more competitive internationally. This made it possible to observe that the cultivation of blueberries, although it is growing, can seek more opportunities to improve production techniques, marketing and thus position itself or project itself in the future worldwide as one of the coveted countries of international markets in terms of from exportation.Item Estrategias que aporten al desarrollo económico y comercial de la actividad turística en el departamento del Chocó (Colombia)Frasser-Vera, Angy Yuberly; Ruiz-Rodríguez, Yessika Viviana; Herrera-Duarte, Angie Vanessa; Aguilar-Galeano, EstíbalizThe current investigation document is a study of the general conditions related with the importance of the private and public investment resources in economic, commercial and touristic activity in the Chocó department. The investigations take as reference the Cluster model by Cristina Varisco which indicates that is possible to improve life quality of people through local development and productive agglomerations to increase investment and potentiate the economy, productivity levels and tourist offer. For the development of this investigation we focus in a qualitative and descriptive analysis, doing a documental study and analysing categories such as production, socio-territorial organization, value chain, levels of tourist interaction, investment, public-private resources and tourist activity in the Chocó department. The information above allows to propose strategies that promote secure and innovate sustainable tourism taking in advance the greatness and diversity of this natural resources and manage properly the financial resources to get the Chocó department known in an international level and the tourism sector be one of the principals and biggest sources of incomes and educative, economic, commercial and social development for Chocó.Item Fortalecimiento de cadenas de valor de productos agroecológicos, caso del banano en Tibacuy (Cundinamarca)Diaz-Nuñez, Jennyfer Geraldine; Aguilar-Galeano, EstíbalizAgroecology and bioeconomy currently play an important role in providing alternatives to improve and encourage new processes of sustainable development, guaranteeing the conservation of natural resources and helping to combat the effects of climate change. The objective proposed for the research was to identify strategies that strengthen the value chain of organic farming businesses to increase exports, for the specific case of bananas produced by the Tibacuy, Cundinamarca sectional Agrosolidaria association, in order to contribute to innovation processes, which lead to recognition in new markets. The theoretical framework chosen for this research refers to the bioeconomy and the sustainable value chain as an option in the recovery of ecosystems and as an opportunity for economic growth, for which we worked from a descriptive qualitative approach, where Data collection processes without numerical measurement and participant observation of the population were carried out in order to create new strategies for the growth of associations. Regarding the main strength, it was found that these products in the market in general have a great acceptance due to their positive impact and because they favor sustainable consumption, as the main disadvantage it was found that since consumers are aware of the distribution and sale they are time-consuming processes, for which their economies may be affected because they depend on the products they sell.Item Internacionalización Lehit LtdaBlanco-Blanco, Oscar Javier; Moreno-Araque, Diana Gisell; Aguilar-Galeano, EstíbalizThis work presents the study of the commercial opportunity towards the countries of the Andean Community of Nations - CAN for the company Lehit Cosmetics dedicated to the production and distribution of hair products at national level, by means of the export, it is oriented to the commercialization of these products towards the CAN countries, as key objective is to identify the market opportunity with greater potential, taking into account the model of Porter's diamond which clearly shows the competitive position against the competition and the market to reach. A qualitative approach was used where the feasibility of internalization is evidenced. Additionally, a descriptive approach of Colombia's relationship with the CAN countries is proposed, for its commercialization it was evidenced that the countries present similar economic sectors. An analysis of the business and growth opportunity in the export sector and international trade is presented, as well as an analysis of the competition, distribution channels and characteristics present in the market to be served, identifying the key aspects for exporting. The above mentioned contributes to the project of export and commercialization of hair products to the CAN member countries, which have strategic alliances that facilitate the possibilities of entering these countries.Item Producción y comercialización nacional e internacional de bolsas ecológicas hechas en ColombiaRuiz-Gasca, Jasbleidy; Aguilar-Galeano, EstíbalizAt present, environmental pollution affects various regions of the planet and its causes are multiple; For example, the use of plastic and its waste has become a serious problem due to its long-term impact and impact on the environment. For this reason, for this research it was proposed as a general objective, to analyze the marketing opportunity of biodegradable bags made in Colombia, likewise, the production and related industries of ecological bags were proposed as specific objectives and identifying the national and international market for bags. ecological in order to determine the opportunities and possible obstacles for the commercialization of these. Likewise, a qualitative approach methodology of a descriptive type was approached with the collection of information from secondary sources and through some categories of analysis. As the main result, it was found that Colombia has the opportunity to manufacture and market ecological bags abroad since it has the basic inputs, as well as innovation and raw materials, which would lead to new business solutions and growth opportunities.
