    Diseño de una guía metodológica para la estandarización de la gestión de proyectos en una entidad pública que otorga préstamos educativos en Colombia

    Project management in the Colombian public sector faces persistent challenges, including fragmented processes, weaknesses in planning and monitoring, limited accountability, and difficulties in controlling project execution, which increase the likelihood of delays and cost overruns. In response, this study proposes the design of a standardized methodological guide, adapted to the institutional context and national regulatory framework, as a tool to support the formulation, documentation, and monitoring of projects across organizational areas. The standardization of procedures and formats aims to enhance coherence, transparency, and effectiveness in institutional results, reduce operational errors and duplication of efforts, optimize execution times, and ensure consistent quality levels. Additionally, the guide enables Planning Offices to systematically track activities and indicators, contributing to more efficient management of public resources and the achievement of strategic objectives.
