Access to the needs in the progress and improvement of the national industry in accordance
with the management systems and the security of competitiveness, this study proposed the
diagnosis of the management system of safety and health at work in the company. Spa, where
with the support of the current legislation of decree 1072 of 2015 and the ISO 45001 of 2018,
against the requirements demanded by the Colombian regulations, the risk analysis is carried
out in the organization by means of a sociodemographic survey and of felt morbidity, an
initial study based on the baseline, hazard and vulnerability matrix and an audit under the ISO
19011/2012 standard, in order to promote awareness in the company and anticipate
occupational risk.
