    Datacenter Colombia SAS is a company in the technology sector, dedicated to the development of software and applications, as well as the provision of technical support services for the points of sale of its main client Grupo Empresarial en Línea SA. The growth that the company seeks in the market creates new challenges in the organization, in order to expand the service portfolio and get new clients, which proposes the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) In accordance with the provisions of decree 0312 of the year 2019, the present work seeks the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system in the company Datacenter Colombia SAS, to safely execute the tasks established for each position and in optimal conditions. Fro the development of the Project, the compliance of the company was reviewed through the PHVA cyle against the mínimum starndards established for the implementation of the SG-SST according to resolution 0312 of 2019, taking this into account. It was identified that the company inly complies with 16.3% of the standards due to the lack of suitable personnel for the implementation of the system and the requirements the this entails.
