    Propuesta de implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental basada en la norma ISO 14001:2015 para la Asociación Reciclemos

    In this research work, the problem expresses the following: How to implement an environmental management system for the Reciclemos Association applying the ISO 14001 standard? For this, it is significant to analyze in depth how this standard can influence correctly in the development of good practices and environmental management for the company. ISO 14001 is a standard constituted in an international framework based mainly on the necessary requirements for the implementation of an environmental management system. The objective of its implementation is the development of an environmental policy that constitutes the realization of strategies within the organization that commit all personnel to work in environmental awareness, increasing in turn the efficiency in the use of natural resources, reducing costs in the treatment of waste and reducing the use of energy and raw materials. The research is descriptive of a quantitative type, its purpose is that through studies it can be shown that the incidence of the application of the norm increases the competitiveness of the company. Finally, the quantitative process will be carried out, which consists of the analysis and interpretation of the data collected in the investigation. The result of this research is to show how the correct application of the standard can positively influence the Reciclemos Association.
