    The company FINCA LOS CRISTALES LTDA. Dedicated to providing the service of animal benefit for many years, certified by Invima for the execution of this activity since 2004, located in the municipality of Mosquera - Cundinamarca, is recognized nationally for the slaughter of equine animals although Also provides the service for bovine animals. The competition in this mark is of little demand and very few are authorized to carry out this activity. Due to the production of these products in particular, it covers potential customers from different regions and even the embedding of new foreign markets; is currently associated with clients from countries such as China and Peru. The company is dedicated solely and exclusively to the sacrificial service, does not market or distribute this product, nor does it offer the sale or purchase thereof. The company seeks customer satisfaction and loyalty; it is for that reason that day to day it works in the improvement of its processes and procedures. The company is willing to accept proposals that contribute to the improvement and growth of the same, thus achieving a better quality service in the processes, optimizing delivery times and working for customers; Guaranteeing them an excellent service from their reception until the final delivery of the product, allowing them to expose their nonconformities and suggestions. With the arrival of the new international markets and the free trade agreements in Colombia with strategically competitive countries worldwide, this slaughter service has shown a very rapid advance in the entry of technologies with more machines that are efficient and with Updating these change. Meat from certain parts of the equine are for human consumption and the waste is processed in a different way, for example in the case of bones to be calcined and the viscera that after being processed are used for the production of animal products. Therefore, from this point we find an opportunity for improvement from the engineering career to present proposals that contribute to the improvement of them and the growth of the company. The quality costs will be focused on topics that satisfy the customer, improve expectations and create new needs, through a total quality TPM system; Tool that with a history of the stops of the machines allows us to implement improvement options, following up the causes, with which recurrence occur and scheduling the corrective actions; Follow up and control returning to the cycle from the beginning. The plant does not have a schedule of preventive reviews to the machines and this maintenance is only carried out when this no longer works, the times of loss are high because these arrangements make them a third. The proper planning of this maintenance is necessary to avoid unproductive times and to improve the quality of the service with the daily control formats that show if the activities are being carried out including the observations of the person in charge. An employee's training on the part of the company would support the work to diagnose the problems that are present, in addition to daily cleaning, lubrication and adjustment routines.
