The purpose of this study was to design a Preventive Culture and Self-Care Program for Hotel Mirador del Recuerdo S.A.S., aimed at strengthening healthy lifestyle habits and reducing risk factors among employees. To this end, an organizational diagnosis was conducted using the FANTÁSTICO Test, administered to all 12 employees. This allowed for a comprehensive evaluation of different lifestyle dimensions, such as physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and self-care behaviors. The results showed that the company is generally at a "good" level, with an average score of 77, reflecting the presence of healthy practices among most employees. However, opportunities for improvement were identified in specific areas such as physical activity, nutrition, and some behavioral traits. Similarly, no critical risk levels were recorded, providing a favorable foundation for strengthening preventive measures. Based on these results, the "Vital Balance" program was designed, focused on promoting healthy habits and strengthening the preventive culture, contributing to comprehensive wellbeing, reducing absenteeism and ensuring the long-term smooth operation of the hotel.

Visual fatigue constitutes a phenomenon that increasingly affects workers across diverse occupational settings. Although the body of research addressing this issue remains limited, the integrated analysis of environmental, individual, ergonomic, and psychosocial factors provides a comprehensive framework for understanding a problem that must be incorporated into occupational health and safety programs. Prolonged exposure to screens and technological devices places workers at risk of developing a constellation of symptoms that may culminate in Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). Visual therapy programs have proven to be effective interventions for disorders of the visual accommodation system. The methodology employed in this study was based on a systematic literature review across multiple academic databases, including PubMed, Scielo, and Dialnet, as well as peer-reviewed articles and scientific journals. The inclusion criteria encompassed studies focusing on adult workers who use digital screens, particularly call center employees in Latin America between 2015 and 2025, who exhibited alterations in the visual accommodation system and were diagnosed with accommodation disorders through the CVSS-15 questionnaire or optometric evaluation. Ultimately, visual disorders associated with digital screen use must be diagnosed and treated promptly, employing strategies that ensure favorable long-term outcomes. Scheduled optometric examinations are indispensable for preventing the onset of symptoms related to CVS and other visual system impairments.
