To undertake this, the actions of the private sector before the SDGs were taken into account according to the Global Compact Guide, and those that were being carried out by companies were identified, through the application of a structured survey, according to the responses obtained it is evident that a large part of the organizations focus their strategies on the reduction of the use of natural resources required for the manufacture of their products, and although there are many processes that are carried out under sustainability criteria, it is essential that they apply aspects such as the incorporation of inclusive businesses and some very important objectives for the development of the sector in the social, economic and environmental dimensions of the country.Item La agroindustria del Cannabis medicinal en Colombia entre los años 2010 y 2020Acosta-Melo, Angelica Rocio; Villamizar-Pérez, Jorge Eduardo; Gómez Rodríguez, Dustin TahisinThe objective of this degree work is to characterize the cannabis agroindustry in Colombia between 2010 and 2020. The methodology is qualitative and the method is a document review by matrices. The main conclusion is that the inclusion of medicinal cannabis in the Colombian health system could be a great advance, since it has achieved certain successful cases in people and animals with different diseases, helping to improve their quality of life; Also from the economic point of view, medicinal cannabis can be a great indicator of exports of the gross domestic product, since there is a very large international demand and Colombia has a privileged location and climate for its production, in addition to This has a high variety of products derived from cannabis such as oils, products for the skin and hair, among others, allowing it to be marketed very easily throughout the country and other continents, generating employment, and a great economic boom.Item Alternativas de desarrollo sostenible para dinamizar la economía en Aguazul-CasanareSantamaría-Montaña, Daniela; Rodríguez-Laverde, Luis EduardoThe agricultural sector is a fundamental activity for the progress of the inhabitants of a region. Thanks to the products obtained from the fields and the hard work of farmers, food security is strengthened and fresh food is available throughout the year. Over the years, this activity has been affected by the lack of opportunities and support for those involved, due to the importance given to other economic activities, such as oil. The objective of the document is to provide possible alternatives to boost the agricultural sector of the municipality of Aguazul to avoid future economic problems due to dependence on hydrocarbons, ideas were generated from observation and research which focused on entrepreneurship, sustainability and use of new materials for the elaboration of by-products through agriculture. For this, a characterization of the municipality was carried out to know its structure and economic development, likewise, by means of the FADO matrix, an approach to the conditions of Aguazul was obtained. The most representative crops are mentioned to identify the possible alternatives to present, and finally, four alternatives focused on organic agriculture, the cattle raising, the llanera culture and the transformation are exposed, being the last option the recommended one because of the positive impact that can be generated at the moment of developing the proposal.Item Análisis comparativo entre la cadena de valor agroecológica y tradicional asociada a los sistemas de producción de panela en Pacho CundinamarcaAldana-Becerra, Juan Diego; Granados-Garcia, Sebastian; Salinas-Moya, Freddy Ricardo; Lopez-Rodriguez, Campo EliasIn Colombia, various tactics have been developed for the production of panela from sugar cane, two of them are traditional and sustainable production, where their most important difference is care for the environment. Now, the subject of the investigation is the comparison between the traditional value chain and the agroecological value chain in the production of panela in Pacho Cundinamarca, this in order to identify the benefits of agroecological production. For this, the agroecological producer "Pacho Panela" was visited, where It was found that the management that is given to the production processes is very rigorous to reduce the negative effects on the environment. Additionally, it was found that this type of producers manage a minimum level of waste, since everything can be reused and they can be created. variety of products derived from panela. When analyzing in detail each physical space and way of working in Pacho Panela, the optimization and management of resources used in each phase of the raw material transformation process stands out as the main factor, which are highly structured with the purpose of having adequate conservation and easy handling. Therefore, a research was carried out with topics such us the socio-economic background, what were the impacts that these women and their relatives had as a result of the company closure and what they had to do get ahead- “undertakings” -. It works based on a reciprocal epistemological formula that is subject-object-subject because the relation of knowledge in the administration is constantly nourished from the object to the subject and again from the subject to the object, in addition, the social aspect is strongly linked to the development of the discipline today.Item Análisis del clima laboral como factor motivacional clave en el desempeño laboral presente en los empleados del Banco Davivienda S.A de la sucursal de Kennedy en la ciudad de Bogotá D.CChavarro-Meek, Wilman Leon; Muñoz-Varon, Juliana; Rueda-Tavera, John Sebastian; Gaviria-Benavides, Maria FernandaThis document has as objective to analyze the working environment as a motivational key factor in job performances of Davivienda S.A bank’s employees located in Kennedy’s office, Bogotá, D.C. For its development, two substantiated questionnaires were carried out in a qualitative approach where, at first place, they were identified some motivational elements in the employees and, at second place, they were determined the main characteristics of working environment at that work place. This has as a purpose to establish the incidence of motivational elements in the working environment and to understand the key elements to achieve an ideal job performance. In this way, the next question is laid out: what are the motivational key elements that have an incidence in the job performance of Davivienda bank’s employees located at Kennedy’s office, taking into the account its connection with working environment? The motivational elements extracted from the theoretical framework were identity, communication, relationships, cooperation, recognition, reward, conflict and structure, from which it was determined that, according to employees, the only one that represents an ideal level of motivation is the last category. In terms of working environment characteristics, elements such as infrastructure, leadership and incentives, while interactions, recognitions, equality and conflict treatment are not properly executed. Those low levels are due to lack of employees’ adaptation because of damaging motivational conditions presented by all work place members.Item Análisis del clima organizacional en los docentes del Colegio Colsubsidio ChicaláGómez Sánchez, Laura Carolina; Mendoza Rojas, Yenny Tayded; Cubides Mora, Quilian JoséThis work pretends to show the process of investigation and analysis of the working climate of teachers of the Colsubsidio Chicalá School, identifying the perception that they have of their work environment, and highlighting the importance and affectation of the carried-out tasks. At the beginning of the investigation, an enquiry of the organizational climate antecedents were exanimated, and the theories and studies previously made about the subject where identified. The characteristics, types, symptoms and causes of a good or bad work environment were also determined. Thanks to this, the following question was posed: What is the state of the organizational climate of the teachers of the Colsubsidio Chicalá School? question that is established in order to respond to the needs of the institution to improve the working environment of the teachers. To show the results, observations and surveys were made, and the factors that influenced the harmony of the organizational climate were identified, according to the variables established by the IMCOC. This allowed to establish opportunities for improvement in compliance with time in the planning of activities during the school year, with the incentives for teachers, and with the implementation of new recreational and sports activities for the strengthening of interpersonal relationships. It is for this reason that the purpose of this work is to propose an analysis of the business administrative process focused on an SME dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of beverages such as juices and mineral water, located in the Ducales sector, in Soacha, Cundinamarca; During its development, 3 phases were established in the research methodology, for this purpose, it was necessary to apply a guide of observation, interview and survey, instruments that allowed to evaluate the internal panorama of the company and the opportunities of improvement. Secondly, an analysis of the information is carried out in order to have a business horizon for JUGOS-ITOS S. A.S with the aim of focusing on problems. In relation to the results obtained and the analysis of the information, a strategic plan and administrative adjustments are proposed with guidelines for improvement in the mission, vision, organizational policies, creation of corporate values, strategic objectives, process map, organization chart defining the hierarchical levels as well as integrating a function manual and a logo, in this way proposing improvements to the company. In accordance with the above, the expectation of the research is to convert the administrative weaknesses into strengths in favor of the growth of the company where it develops its economic activity.Item Análisis sobre el desempeño laboral a partir de la aplicación de incentivos en la empresa Telesentinel LTDALeal-Zamora, Angie Daniela; Sabogal-Clavijo, Johanna Marcela; Benavides-Ortiz, Diana JanethThis paper presents the analysis of a research regarding the incentives implemented by the company Telesentinel Ltda. related to the theories about incentives and those linked to motivation in order to have a basis of how they can affect labor productivity. The main thing is to identify those characteristics or circumstances that achieve beyond a good work performance a personal satisfaction in the individual. Telesentinel Ltda., is a company located in the city of Bogota in which the analysis was conducted through an interview with the head of human resources, to know what incentives they manage to motivate their workers, which of these have not been implemented again or were modified due to the pandemic and its effect on the performance of workers. The questions asked are background, knowledge and opinion. Thanks to this analysis between the theories and what was obtained from the research study, it was concluded that the company has worked incentives empirically and that over the years they have brought the expected results from the workers, but as a result of the pandemic it was decided to suspend some of them because most of them were aimed at interpersonal relationships. To carry out this research, the general history of sensory neuromarketing was identified, where it is evident that most of these criteria reflected only the loyalty and recruitment of external clients, leaving aside the human talent of companies; Likewise, different endomarketing models are evidenced as an innovative strategy that seeks to improve relations between managers and subordinates, giving priority to the internal client and in the same way fostering their motivation and commitment. Quantitative surveys are carried out to employees of call center organizations such as Metis and Scotiabank Colpatria where certain disagreements are evident, especially with economic remuneration because most of the personnel have higher education, which is the main topic of a great staff turnover. According to the above, a plan based on the main science is developed that bases the research with the objective of increasing job satisfaction and personal and professional growth of organizations. The bakery subsector has a significant participation in the industry, composed mostly of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which in large percentage are family-type structures, where administrative processes has an empirical management. Regarding the development of administrative procedures used in this kind of companies, studies propose opportunities for improvement in the logistics area, where the inputs supplies and purchase management, integrates the collection, handling, storage and distribution, where evidence the lack of protocols and policies established for the development of these activities, In the present work, a characterization of the stages of the supply process of the Mipymes bakeries in the sector of Fontibón in Bogotá.
