Estudio de caso en la compañía Rappi: Condiciones laborales de los Rappitenderos y su importancia en el clima organizacional

This research work is based on identifying what are the labor and performance factors that influence the organizational climate of the Rappi company, showing that since the entry of collaborative economies through digital platforms as sources of job creation, they have given rise to new hiring dynamics around those that were traditionally known, and which are affecting working conditions in the sense that it ceased to be an additional source of income to become a full-time job. A documentary review is made of different articles, books related to the organizational climate and working conditions of the Rappitenderos found on reliable platforms such as Redalyc.org, Scielo.org, Dialnet and other public channels of social information such as Facebook and Instagram, An analysis of the data is carried out, factors that directly influence the dissatisfaction of workers in their working conditions are determined and characteristics are identified to give recommendations from the organizational point of view.

A study is presented on the progress made by companies in the brick industry in the municipality of Soacha in terms of strategic management, and its possible relationship with their sales success. For this purpose, a qualitative study of the strategic processes of the companies selected for the research is combined with a quantitative analysis of the sales of these companies. It is concluded that the main factor that determines the incorporation of the principles of strategic management in this sector is the size of the organization, with greater strategic management in larger companies, which in turn have a higher level of income from their operational activities.
Propuesta diseño sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) FRANCACHELA S.A.S

This document shows the activities carried out in the period of the professional internship that was developed in the organization FRANCACHELA SAS, which had as its main objective the development of a proposal for the implementation of the management system of safety and health in the workplace (SG- SST), initially emphasizing the development of the SG-SST manual and proposing strategies for subsequent implementations. In order to achieve this objective in the first instance, a diagnosis was made to measure the current situation of the company against the minimum standards required by Colombian regulations. Tools such as the SWOT matrix and technical annex 1 of Resolution 1111 were used for this diagnosis. From 2017, based on the results obtained, the components of the safety and health at work management system manual were developed, developing elements such as the objectives of the programs relevant to the (SGSST), the safety and health at work, the policy of prevention and control of alcohol, tobacco and drug consumption, the hygiene and industrial safety regulations, until the development of the procedures for the conformation of the occupational safety and health committee ( COPASST) +and the procedure of conformation of the committee of coexistence, fulfilling in this way with the objectives proposed in the p resent professional internship and contributing to the process of formalization of the organization in occupational health and safety issues.
Creación del Plan Estratégico de la Compañía Instaelectricos RMS S.A.S.

El presente trabajo es el resultado de un proceso de practica empresarial correspondiente a la opción de grado que tiene como principal objetivo la creación de un plan estratégico que permita a la compañía Instaelectricos RMS S.A.S disponer de una estructura organizacional mucho más clara, la cual les va a permitir tener más conocimiento de proyección empresarial y los objetivos a cumplir resaltando que estos serán tendientes al fortalecimiento y mejora de los procesos estratégicos. En primera instancia se realiza una recopilación de toda la información de la empresa para tener un panorama más amplio del estado actual de la compañía, para realizar este diagnóstico se utilizan diferentes métodos como: matriz DOFA, matriz MEFE, matriz MEFI, las cuales permiten conocer factores internos y externos de la empresa en general. Se hará una revisión contextual de diferentes documentos, artículos, datos estadísticos y páginas web con el fin de analizar el mercado y el sector al que pertenece la empresa, facilitando de esta manera la creación del plan estratégico para contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa se van a implementar políticas, organigrama, misión, visión y valores corporativos. Con el plan estratégico la empresa tendrá un alcance significativo de diagnostico mediante la formulación, implementación y desarrollo de estrategias de responsabilidades y funciones, razón por la cual la compañía se va a beneficiar porque tendrá una estructura mas concisa permitiendo asertivamente definir las responsabilidades y funciones de cada una de las áreas con las que cuenta la empresa.
Propuesta para la implementación del sistema de control interno en una compañía del sector real

The work presents a methodological proposal to implement the Internal Control System, in a company of the real sector, which provides technological solutions for the processing of means of payment; aligned with the regulations required by the regulatory bodies of its clients, such as the Financial Superintendence of Colombia. The implementation is based on the COSO internal control model (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Standards Commission). For the implementation proposal, a preliminary diagnosis was made that allowed analyzing each component of the internal control system such as: Control environment, control activities, information, communication, risk management, monitoring and control guidelines for technology management and accounting management; Based on these results, a proposal was elaborated that contemplates the actions, policies, methods, procedures, prevention, control, evaluation and continuous improvement mechanisms that will allow the company to have a reasonable degree of security to achieve its objectives.
Plan estratégico orientado al desarrollo de proyectos de construcción de A+C

The objective of the internship was to establish a series of guidelines such as processes, head count, leadership in the organization, which allow the company to change its economic activity, i.e., to go from making repairs or maintenance to being a VIS construction company, based on the agile methodology, which seeks to carry out the project with monitoring and evaluation. All this was achieved from a joint work with the general manager, where points such as the writing of processes, the writing of functions by position, an organizational chart that seeks to give responsibility to those responsible, continuous training of employees were established; a more organized internal structure was achieved that led in the last half of 2020, to complete the first stage of transformation to a construction company.

This work is carried out for the company "La Parrilla Express" whose objective is the elaboration of a proposal for the implementation of an administrative management model for the organization located in the city of Bogota. The methodology used will be the one proposed by means of a descriptive study developed in three phases corresponding to the diagnosis, situational analysis and elaboration of the proposal of the administrative management system in the processes of human talent management and logistics management. For the development of this proposal, different positions of authors such as Belluomo (2018), Bejarano (2013) and Drucker (s.f.) were taken into account, among others, in order to generate changes that contribute to the development and improvement in the quality of the service, since efficiency and effectiveness are part of the mission of the company, in order to make progress by helping the restructuring of processes and compliance with the objectives.
Propuesta plan de mejora actividades criticas Hogar comunitario “Mis pequeños genios”

The present work consisted of generating a proposal for the improvement plan for critical activities in the community home "My little geniuses" that is attached to the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare ICBF, an entity dedicated to the care of infants from 2 to 5 years of age; in which a diagnosis was made identifying the critical activities that are being developed in the community home and with them a proposal for an improvement plan was proposed with some indicators of achievement in order to comply with the requirements of the ICBF. As the main objective, a proposal was designed to meet the guidelines required by ICBF for community homes, thus identifying critical operations in accordance with the Technical Administrative and Operational Guidelines for community homes in all their forms (FAMI, Family, Group, Multiple, Multiple Business and Social Gardens) to care for children up to five (5) years of age, and to help community mothers to provide a better service and thus seek to expand the association in new venues in the town of San Rafael .

The present investigation was carried out from documents related to leadership, this is due to the fact that in organizations it is vitally important to generate competitiveness and fully comply with the objectives proposed by the organizations. To carry out the analysis it was necessary to resort to a qualitative methodology, in search of obtaining a deeper knowledge of leadership; by means of which it was possible to demonstrate the lack of theoretical elements to implement an effective leadership. Taking into account the most important aspects, such as theories, types and exponents of leadership, information that provides a detailed view of the elements of leadership. The document shows the analysis of the various theoretical elements that are exposed in each type of leadership, identifying the necessary elements to achieve effectiveness in organizations. Proposing a new type of leadership that achieves optimization and effectiveness; naming it as Effective Leadership.

This research aims to establish and explain the hypothesis raised and proven that the perception of the proposed programs for neurological programming has contributed to the development of the company Animarte recreación y eventos. The instrument taken into account to measure and explain the impact of NLP on the development of competencies in the company is a quantitative study with an explanatory scope because it also makes it possible to become familiar with the theoretical referent and go beyond a description of variables. The sample that was opened for the investigation was 30 employees of the company, all of them from the functional areas of the organization. It was possible to establish with the research carried out that the NLP, in addition to proposing practices that alter the organizational culture, has a positive impact on employees, which in turn can be reflected in a better working environment.

Inside the fitness world, there are many kinds of disciplines oriented to improve the live quality, in order to satisfy the need of achieve the objectives of the stereotypes created by the society in terms of the measurements and the perfect weight, having as referents models and public figures. Or simply in order to achieve an ideal result and in certain way fit in a society were to be admire and highlight. Taking into account the previous, is important to identify which are the physical needs, in the population which physical needs to be satisfied may improve their live quality and health or allowed to achieve a model of a person standardized by the society. If the discipline called Calisthenics, can satisfy these requirements, through all the multiple benefits the practice of this sport allowed. The focus of this investigation is to find how the Calisthenics can be can became a business opportunity, by identifying the necessities of a sport population or with healthy goals. Once this investigation is realized it OS seduces that is factible y/o create a gym of calisthenics because of the los costs that this business requires for an initial investment which is 100% job capital without the necessity of recurring un credits or loans. There was found interest in the population studied for practicing calistenics and to pay for realicing practices in a guided way.

In this work, a diagnosis of the current situation of the OET Group and a documentary review of the agreement with the concepts and variables of quality, service, customer service and service quality were made. The tools that will be used for the collection of information were the review of documents from articles, books, academic web pages, based on the methodology that is deployed. The result obtained is a proposal to improve the quality of customer service in the Logistics Assistance area of the OET Group, which has a set of strategies so that its implementation can be based on the management indicators established for such fin In conclusion, this document contributes in practice to improving the quality of customer service in the Logistics Assistance area of the Grupo OET company and, in this way, makes a difference compared to companies in the sector that have similar characteristics. in the services offered.

The present research work is a compilation of a study that was carried out on the way in which used tires can be reused, where the manufacture of new products was analyzed, looking for the most profitable one for an investor and which can achieve greater positioning in the market, in the first part we will find everything related to the generalities of tires, their history, their evolution, characteristics, classification, indicators of their use both globally and nationally, then talk about recycling and the environmental impacts that generates the mishandling of this product and the regulations that are currently, we will also have a summary of all the specialized machinery that is used for decomposition and in this way obtain the raw material for the products that are going to be manufactured, then we will begin to study product by product, a market, cost, and investment study was carried out to its manufacture, the largest competitors in the market were also analyzed, in order to reach the conclusion of finding a leading, innovative and quality product.
Plan de mejora para reducir el índice de Nptts producido por el área de programación, de la empresa Berlitz S.A

The purpose of this work is to develop a proposal for improvement to intervene in the problems that currently affect the operational process of programming lessons from the company Berlitz S. A, for this purpose, a description and approach of the problem to be solved was made and some objectives were established that were reached after the development of this work. In order to fulfill these objectives, several information gathering instruments were implemented such as Focus Group to all the staff of the programming area, interviews to the leader and supervisor of the area, to obtain a wide knowledge about the whole operational process of lesson programming and later on, evaluation matrices such as MEFE were used, MEFI and DOFA identified the main factors that affect the programming area and contribute to the growth of Nptts (No Productive Time Teachers). The need to implement a proposal for improvement based on contributing to the proper functioning of the area was identified, therefore seven key proposals were suggested, which were training plan, incentive plan, reorganization in delivery times, work climate scheme, back up staff, SMART methodology and development of a platform for programming lessons, which allow to intervene the shortcomings detected in the area.
