In this research, the interaction between these actors has been analyzed; this research is not only supported by the regulations and previous studies of the sectors that comprise these products, but also by interviews and surveys. This research follows a descriptive approach that allowed discovering the perception of the norms established by the regulatory entities. Through the applied use of tools such as demand forecasts, inventory control, evaluation matrices and balanced scorecard, the model was defined and the alternatives were evaluated to determine the best option that adapts to the current needs of the company through a cost-benefit analysis.Item Propuesta para el mejoramiento de proceso misional de la Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Loreto enfocado de plan de evangelizaciónOrjuela-Solano, Martha Patricia; Tamayo-Rojas, LinnaThe Nuestra Señora de Loreto parish is a church located in the town of Kennedy in the El Amparo neighborhood. The church is one of the best known in the town for its life testimonies of its parishioners. Currently the parish is in the process of documentation to be the Basilica of Loreto, but due to several problems that threaten the community it has not been possible to make the transition, however the parishioners have the trust in God that the parish will become basilica. That said, this document seeks to assess and evaluate the management and expressions of the groups that currently make up the Nuestra Señora de Loreto parish. Taking into account the diagnosis made in this improvement plan, the project seeks to demonstrate the results obtained in terms of the values that parishioners have in their proposals to evangelize the community. Based on this, managers of organizations around the world take as an alternative the telework model in a temporary way, so that people can continue to exercise their work responsibilities in the most effective way possible. Therefore, the question arises of implementing the telework model in a permanent way in a company of the health sector, more exactly the Nueva EPS. The following work has as objective to know the viability of this implementation and what advantages would have for Nueva EPS to implement the telework model in a permanent way. Once the process of investigation, analysis and approach of scenarios with its respective matrix SWOT, the following conclusions are reached: 1. It is important to know the teleworking model, so that it can be implemented correctly in the organization, for this the company must carry out the corresponding training regarding the teleworking model. 2. The telework model is a model that came to stay, it provides benefits not only to the company, also to the collaborators, it is dynamic and adapts easily.Item Percepción del clima organizacional en los funcionarios de planta y contratistas de la Secretaría de Hacienda de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca 2020Hernández-Montero, Yuly Tatiana; Chavarro Miranda, FernandoThis research work aims to publicize the perception that plant officials and contractors have of the Secretary of Finance of the Government of Cundinamarca 2020. For the present research work it was carried out in four phases and it is composed as follows; Phase 1: through the review of the report generated from the measurement of organizational climate of the Plan for the Improvement of Organizational Climate of the Government of Cundinamarca "Let's Improve Together" 2018, in which it was possible to make visible those categories of analysis used for the interpretation of the results that said report produced and that they served as the primary source of information for the present investigation; Phase 2: by reviewing information sources such as these, monographs, the state of the art is built around the measurement of the organizational climate, which allows generating new points of observation and verifying the approaches made by the academy regarding this construct in In particular, on the other hand, the theoretical framework is delimited from the review of the theoretical proposals derived from the line of research called "Organizational Theory and Culture" in this case the theory of behavior in Administration, and added to this a brief review of emerging theories that are also located in the lines of research (Humanist Theory of Administration, General Theory of Systems). In addition to this, the theoretical review carried out shows the complexity involved in the unification of criteria regarding the concept of organizational climate, for which different definitions are offered that may serve the reader for consultation purposes or in the theoretical production again knowledge in administration; phase 3 the methodological support of the present investigation is located in the qualitative approach, of a descriptive type, and in consonance with the purposes of the present investigation phase 4: development of the research objectives through focus group and application of survey to 69 plant officers and contractors.Item Propuesta de planeación estratégica para el Laboratorio Dental GrajalesSalazar Peña, Angela Marcela; Pulido Reina, Jason SteveThe objective of the research is to identify the course that the laboratory should take in the future to adjust to the changes and which is the most appropriate proposal according to the demand, the environment and its internal structure which will help to favor the successful results and their continuity over time. The research presents a review of the literature on strategic planning models in different companies. Strategic planning is a process of diagnosis, method, analysis and decision making of an organization. The benefits of the planning are duly documented academically, the current panorama of the laboratory is shown, the strategic matrices are applied, the results obtained allow to identify that, to greater realization of formal strategic planning, the laboratory is favored above all in terms of innovation in products and services, followed by innovation in operational processes and finally in its administration. The conclusion of the strategic planning model will help the continuity of the business, jointly achieve the goals that are proposed, plan what is going to be done, where to go and make your wishes come true.Item Propuesta para la construcción de un plan de gestión ambiental en los fruver del barrio Castilla y sus alrededores en la localidad de KennedyBeltrán-Cañón, Natalia Sofía; Gaitán Méndez, Jorge EliecerThis research presents a proposal for the construction of an environmental management plan, based on actions that aim to mitigate the environmental impacts generated by the activities of the Fruver of Castilla neighborhood and surroundings in Kennedy locality. Supported by a quantitative methodology, using a descriptive approach, in terms to represent significant facts and studies in the environmental context, allowing the reader to contextualize the issues that relate to each other directly or indirectly with the object of the study and an exploratory approach. We found that there is not a previous tool, we decide to design a tool for the determined population, therefore, it is necessary to develop instruments such as a fishbone diagram, a survey and a matrix of environmental effects and impacts, the purpose is to diagnose, investigate and recognize the impacts caused by the activities of the establishments, resulting in the guidelines for the design of the environmental management plan. Finally, it is important to highlight that the environmental management plan will contribute to the establishment's processes being carried out more efficiently and helps to establish environmentally friendly practices.Item Análisis del clima organizacional en los docentes del Colegio Colsubsidio ChicaláGómez Sánchez, Laura Carolina; Mendoza Rojas, Yenny Tayded; Cubides Mora, Quilian JoséThis work pretends to show the process of investigation and analysis of the working climate of teachers of the Colsubsidio Chicalá School, identifying the perception that they have of their work environment, and highlighting the importance and affectation of the carried-out tasks. At the beginning of the investigation, an enquiry of the organizational climate antecedents were exanimated, and the theories and studies previously made about the subject where identified. The characteristics, types, symptoms and causes of a good or bad work environment were also determined. Thanks to this, the following question was posed: What is the state of the organizational climate of the teachers of the Colsubsidio Chicalá School? question that is established in order to respond to the needs of the institution to improve the working environment of the teachers. To show the results, observations and surveys were made, and the factors that influenced the harmony of the organizational climate were identified, according to the variables established by the IMCOC. This allowed to establish opportunities for improvement in compliance with time in the planning of activities during the school year, with the incentives for teachers, and with the implementation of new recreational and sports activities for the strengthening of interpersonal relationships. Because this issue is quite worrying not only in Colombia but in many Latin countries where many people enter a higher education institution but do not complete their university studies, it is essential to identify the variables that students face to make this decision. To determine the university dropout factors, a bibliographic review was carried out taking into account different documents such as articles from scientific journals, web links such as Min Educación and SPADIES, reports from government entities, among others. Thanks to this, we obtained information on what is observed in each Latin country and the Colombian region. We present the factors by reviewing the studies of each author and comparing the influencing factors in Colombia concerning Latin America. In conclusion, we can affirm that the economic factor is relevant when the university student decides to abandon their studies. This occurs not only in Colombia but also in Latin America. The company Suramericana de Seguros (SURA) headquartered at calle 93 carries out the management of its inventories in an empirical way, without any kind of model to follow, where it is found that continuously buying corporate stationery and merchandising without taking into account the stock. In accordance with the problems identified, a review and adaptation of the spaces dedicated to product storage is proposed, complemented by the redefinition of functions for the position of business assistant, who is responsible for the process of inventory and product acquisition. According to the findings for the control of this type of inventory at the South American insurance company (SURA), located at calle 93, a series of guidelines are defined that focus on the reduction of expenses associated with the business unit's budget, and the reduction of lost inventory, which can be seen as a contribution to the reduction of the company's environmental impact.
