Item Actualización del programa de gestión de elementos de protección personal en la empresa ALBATEQ S.A.Nieto-Murcia, Mariluz; Rueda-Jimenez, Yury Andrea; Rodriguez Rojas, Yuber LilianaThe primary objective of the update of this program of management of personal protection elements in the company ALBATEQ SA, arises as an educational proposal in compliance with the development of the integration project required in academic settings and in search of solving internal needs at the organizational level, generating tools and protocols to control the allocation, use, storage, disinfection, custody and final disposal of personal protection elements (EPP). Accompaniment and management was provided, making the organization focus its efforts on the supply of PPE that meet the technical, regulatory characteristics in force in the country and satisfying the protection needs according to the work activities developed, in order to prevent accidents of work (TA), occupational diseases (EL) and decrease the resources that were being invested in EPP.Item Análisis causal de las no conformidades detectadas en las auditorías internas y externas del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015 en el periodo 2022-2025 en una empresa de vigilancia y seguridad privada en la ciudad de BogotáOsorioMarin-Viviana; Gissel Dainne Vivas MolinaThis work addresses, from a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), the causes of the nonconformities presented in the audit processes, both internal and external, of the quality management system under the ISO 9001:2015 standard in a private security and surveillance company in the city of Bogotá, during the periods 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. To this end, a documentary review of internal audit reports was carried out, as well as the audit reports issued by the certifying entity ICONTEC, thus leading to a characterization of the nonconformities where it was possible to identify the processes involved, the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard that were not being met, type of audit and year in which the nonconformity was raised, under the findings found. Subsequently, similar nonconformities were grouped together, and a causal analysis was performed using the Cause-Effect methodology or also called Ishikawa Diagram, which then allowed for a statistical analysis of the causes that originated the nonconformities. Finally, an improvement plan was proposed to address the root causes of these nonconformities, reducing their potential likelihood of recurring in the future, and contributing to the improvement of the organization's quality management system.Item Análisis de causalidad accidentes laborales en el contrato de prestación de servicios entre casalimpia s.a. y la universidad de los andesRojas Bautista, Liceth Fernanda; Orozco Vanegas, Ana Delfa; Rodriguez Rojas, Yuber LilianaGeneral services employees are exposed to several risks and dangers due to his employment nature. The objective of this project was to identify the causes of work accidents subject to service performance contract between Casalimpia S.A. and Universidad de los Andes companies, in order to generate recommendations to remove or mitigate the risks linked to the work accidents or incidents analyzed. Casalimpia workers survey was used as methodology along with risk matrix to verify in each area the accidents reasons using NTC-3701 and GTC-45 standards. The main accident reasons identify were chemical substances, muscular problems, object fall and slips, in which it can be concluded that workers does not apply health and security recommendations provided by Casalimpia S.A, also it was revealed that the vast majority of accidents are between elderly people.Item Análisis de Coherencia del Sistema Jurídico de Movilidad Respecto del Peatón Años 2013 a 2023Oliveros Melo Ferley; Vivas Molina Gissel DainneThe high number of pedestrian deaths in Colombia highlights the state's failure to guarantee quality public services in terms of road safety. This problem has remained constant over time, normalizing a situation that should generate an urgent response from society and institutions. Statistics for the period 2013-2023 show no significant reduction in the number of pedestrian deaths, indicating a lack of effective action to address the causes of the problem. From a constitutional and legal point of view, this situation is unjustifiable, as the Colombian legal system has clear rules aimed at protecting pedestrians as particularly vulnerable users of the road system. Consequently, the problem does not lie in the absence of regulation, but in the insufficient enforcement and control of constitutional and legal mandates that impose on the State and private individuals the duty to guarantee the safety and integrity of pedestrians. This situation allows us to infer two possible explanations: either the authorities are unaware of their obligations towards pedestrians, or there is a lack of effective control mechanisms to ensure compliance with their duty to protect them.Item Análisis de las causas en la conducta suicida en jóvenes de 15 a 24 años en Bogotá durante 2024, a partir de datos secundarios de fuentes oficialesGuanume Barrera Liliana Rocio; Morales Pinzó Zulanyi Katerin; Pinzón García Paula Daniela; Gissel Dainne Vivas MolinaThe World Health Organization (WHO) defines suicide as the act of intentionally taking one's own life (Unicef, 2017). In this regard, it is defined as the act of deliberately causing one's own death. However, one of the most recent definitions states that suicide is death resulting from a harmful self-inflicted behavior when the individual intended to die as a result of that behavior (Crosby, Ortega, and Melanson, 2011). This suggests that there is global consensus on the concept, but not on the ideas and behaviors associated with it (Rangel and Cárdenas, 2022), which makes it understandable that it remains a topic of research, even though it is taboo and stigmatized by many. It is estimated that around 800,000 suicides occur worldwide each year: one every forty seconds, with twenty suicide attempts for each death (Rangel and Cárdenas, 2022). Furthermore,suicide is currently one of the three leading causes of death among people aged 15 to 44 (Therapyside, 2022) and is the second leading cause of death among the 15 to 29 age group, after car accidents (Unicef, 2017). The present study, entitled 'Analysis of Suicidal Behavior among Youth Aged 15 to 24 in Bogotá in 2024, Based on Secondary Data,' aims to investigate the scope and characteristics of youth suicide in the context of Bogotá through the analysis of statistical data obtained from institutional and publicly accessible sources. The study was conducted using a quantitative and descriptive approach, based on the use of secondary data obtained from organizations such as the National Department of Statistics (DANE), the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and other official reports related to youth mortality and mental health. (National Administrative Department of Statistics, 2023)Item Asesoría pensional a estudiantes de posgrados de la Universitaria Agustiniana sede TagasteDaza Daza, Nini Johanna; Escobar Tranchita, Esther Zugey; Trujillo Macana, Ingrid Carolina; Rodriguez Rojas, Yuber LilianaThe objective of this work was to broaden the knowledge of postgraduate students of the University of Augustin on the subject of pensions, for this purpose it was used as dissemination strategies the preparation of a brochure, a digital booklet and the creation of a Facebook page, with all the most relevant and vitally important information on the pension issue, which allowed the students to know more about this topic. According to the results obtained in the survey of 168 postgraduate students, it was evident that pension funds did not provide information at the time of enrollment, which has contributed to a high level of ignorance about the pension issue; According to these results, it was sought to expand the knowledge on the pension issue in the students and that they became replicators of this information with relatives and acquaintances. What is sought is to provide key communication tools and easy access as most have access to Facebook, being a way to keep the information updated and where you could address your questions quickly. It is shown in the implementation of the survey that the students who participated mostly are between 26 and 35 years old, evidencing that there is a high percentage of students who have already started their working life and it was important that they knew the characteristics and benefits offered by these entities, for their own benefit and that of their family nucleus.Item Diagnóstico del nivel de cumplimiento del sistema de gestión del Centro de Diagnóstico Automotor CDA SURANDINO LTDA frente a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015Nogales Peláez Jorge AndrésThe development of this work aims to diagnose the level of compliance of the quality management system of the Centro de Diagnóstico Automotor CDA SURANDINO LTDA with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This organization, located in the department of Huila, focuses on providing Technical-Mechanical Inspection and Pollutant Emissions services for motor vehicles and motorcycles in accordance with current legal regulations. It presents a quality management system based on the requirements established in the international standard ISO 9001:2015, which has shown a series of non-conformities, highlighting the need to thoroughly review the current maturity level of the Quality Management System. The diagnosis will be carried out through the development of a checklist, which will include detailed observations regarding the level of compliance or non-compliance with each requirement specified in the standard. Subsequently, the compliance level of the quality management system with each of the standard's clauses will be quantified, along with a global evaluation of the system as a whole. Finally, based on the review carried out, improvement opportunities will be identified that the organization can adopt to ensure total compliance with the requirements.Item Diagnóstico institucional del sistema de gestión de la calidad para la empresa Alta Visión S.A.S. basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015Guerrero-Castro, Dafne Lorena; García-Cedeño, Geraldine; Gómez-López, Lealis María; Vivas-Molina, Gissel DainneThis paper evaluates the feasibility of implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) in Alta Visión S.A.S., an ophthalmology Healthcare provider located in Bogotá that provides services to private patients and plans to expand into other specialties. Based on an analysis of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and an institutional assessment, deficiencies and opportunities for improvement were identified in internal processes related to quality of care. Given the context of the Colombian healthcare system, characterized by low operational efficiency and user dissatisfaction, the adoption of a QMS is proposed as a key strategy to optimize institutional performance, strengthen patient safety, and align the institution with international standards, without the need to seek formal certification. The diagnosis made it possible to evaluate the level of compliance with the standard and its applicability in the organization. A mixed approach was used, with qualitative and quantitative methods, through interviews with employees and managers, patient satisfaction surveys and direct observation. The results show partial compliance with the standard, identifying deficiencies in process documentation, stakeholder management, internal communication, and follow-up of survey results and nonconformities. It is recommended to apply tools such as DOFA and PESTEL, establish periodic controls, update regulations and use KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. The implementation of the QMS is considered feasible because the institution is growing and requires structured processes that increase quality, trust and sustainability.Item Diagnóstico organizacional y propuesta de mejora para la creación de una cultura organizacional enfocada a la calidad para la empresa VANEN S.A.S.Bogotá Sanchez, Nicolás; Botina Martinez, Dayan Andrea; Pérez sierra, Gabriel Alberto; Prada Vargas, CarolinaThe company VANEN is a simplified stock company (SAS) belonging to the real sector of the economy created in September 2000 by Jorge Eliecer Bogotá Gutiérrez, in terms of size it is a small private sector company that offers the service of design and impression. The organization presents different problems associated with the lack of implementation, management, control, and monitoring of quality, the lack of specification of processes, lack of knowledge when it comes to innovation and the absence of tools or tools that allow knowing the perception that customers have of the service and products offered by the company. For this reason, the project that will be carried out is "Organizational diagnosis and improvement proposal for the creation of an organizational culture focused on quality for the company VANEN S.A.S". Its purpose is to provide to the top management of the automotive trading company, an input that allows making informed decisions related to: operational adjustments, resource optimization, continuous training, risk and opportunity management, process control and achievement of objectives. The aforementioned with the purpose of strengthening the capacity of the trading company to deliver compliant products that meet the customer's requirements and guarantee their satisfaction. This study aims to implement a workplace well-being program based on employee experiences, opinions, and ideas gathered through an in-person focus group. Additionally, it outlines what Banco Santander should avoid in its vehicle loan sales area to foster a positive work environment, as this is essential for talent retention, goal achievement, and contributing to the organization's productivity. The goal is to develop a robust proposal tailored to the company's specific needs. An initial diagnostic assessment was conducted using direct observation and a questionnaire administered to employees. This assessment identified gaps related to order, cleanliness, and the disposal of obsolete or non-process items. The program includes technical guidelines, assignment of responsibilities according to the organization's established hierarchy, and a defined frequency and evaluation system. This will allow for monitoring and prioritization of corrective actions and promote a cycle of continuous improvement. Ultimately, the program provides Bio D with a solid framework that will enable the organization to implement this methodology in the future. The emergence of quality is given in the first moments, as a business management system, guided to production, where its main objective was to adjust the services or products, in order to reduce costs while maintaining the similarity and standardization established by the company. This work proposes a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2015, where the Management System includes: process, identification, organization and a monitoring and continuous improvement phase. The Project arises as a need of SIGA Ingeniería SAS in order to establish a design of the quality management system to improve and standardize the processes within the company, generating increase in the bidding power and have greater competitiveness in the market. The proper implementation of the model aims to generate important advantages in any organization, focused on the application of the culture of quality of all processes established in it, providing products and services that meet the requirements, needs and expectations of all interested parties. This improvement proposal contributed to the organization as it allowed it to expand its competitive horizons, incorporating aspects of risk prevention, approach to processes and the structuring of improvement based on the cycle Plan – Do – Check - (PDCA); Likewise, it promotes the maintenance of win-win relationships with its customers and suppliers, generating value and confidence in the products and services it offers.Item Elaboración de la Información documentada de los procesos de producción y logística para la empresa El Cortador Textil S.A.S.Prieto Arias Paola Andrea; Soraca Galindo Yensy Yaneiry; Gissel VivasIn order to guarantee quality products and services, and recognizing the importance of documentation production processes, this project was developed at El Cortador Textil S.A.S., a Colombian company in the textile industry that currently lacks standardized and documented processes. This situation has led to problems such as disorganization, rework, duplication of functions, low operational efficiency, and delays in order delivery, which sometimes results in customer dissatisfaction. Based on the above, the main objective of this project is to establish a documented foundation for improving and optimizing key production and logistics processes through document management, analysis, and the development and design of clear and structured operational processes. This document serves as a fundamental tool for decision-making, staff training, and the strengthening of continuous improvement. The ISO 9001:2015 standard is used as a reference for the development of this project, with the aim of highlighting the importance of maintaining properly documented and up-to-date process standardization. Adopting this standard allows companies to be more productive and competitive by promoting the standardization of documents used in different processes, the use of clear and understandable language, and improved communication with both internal and external clients. All of this contributes to strengthening continuous improvement, tailored to the company's operational reality, and striving for a higher quality of working life.Item Estrategia de información sobre el Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral a Madres Comunitarias de la localidad KennedyAngulo-Rodríguez, Diana; Cortes-Diaz, Laura Milena; Montaña-Coronado, Karen Viviana; Rodriguez Rojas, Yuber LilianaThe main goal of this Project is to elaborate a strategy to manage to increase the information about integral system of social security addressed 14% associations family welfare Colombian institute homes program, which groups community mothers located at Kennedy locality taking into account the recent formalization of their work as a formal job and the low knowledge about it. For this purpose, some intervention strategies were stablished directed to develop an inclusive project and meet the specific goals. Hence, some management steps were taken in order to have contact with the associations and the required permissions to apply the surveys through which socio demographic characterization of the target population was taken into account and the level of knowledge about the Integral system of security was identified. Based on the results, it was set that the best strategy is to make an information plan and the creation of informative pills as a didactic tool.
