We worked on the proposal for the implementation of the quality management system in the Educational Institution la Floresta (Mosquera), through the EFQM tool that facilitated the diagnosis of the current situation and the identification of the processes as a starting point for the continuous improvement, aimed at achieving customer satisfaction to improve the service.
