Currently Técnicos Asociados has the integration of ISO 9001-2008 Seeing the need to make the transition to ISO 9001-2015 as it brings new benefits to the organization as an analysis of the more global context and risk management, allowing both top management and the workers themselves to know more about the organization, by identifying the risks, a contingency plan can be created and so in case of that any of these occurs will not affect the process of providing the service decreasing setbacks of the final delivery to the client. Within the modules that make up the present work, there are the following: Design and management of processes, neuromarketing, quality, competitiveness and innovation, strategic verification of the quality, quality and corporate social responsibility, management excellence, monitoring and measurement of quality, continuous improvement and organizational consultancy. Each module contains an analysis of the activities of the company to strengthen its business and its existence in the market. The Quality Management System is seen as an opportunity for improvement for the company and an added value for the customers, make them loyal and keep them.
