An improvement proposal was made for the Quality Management system of the company Gate Gourmet Bogotá based on a diagnosis according to the chapters worked in the process of specialization in quality management, applying each and every one of its components. Initially, an analysis was carried out to identify current compliance with the quality management system, then the tools provided by the academic exercise were used to make decisions that would allow us to generate improvement proposals for the organization.
