    Propuesta de mejora para la Revisión y actualización de la documentación en Quala bajo la Norma ISO 9001 versión 2015.

    This project is based on the documentation of the processes that must remain registered and updated in the company Quala S.A. It has been evident that they have several internal processes which documentation is not periodically updated. This does not allow optimal performance especially with new people. Quala is a proudly Colombian multinational company which is dedicated to the production and marketing of consumer products where it manages a portfolio of more than 30 products. They have several leading brands in the market. Due to their excellent marketing strategy, in 2009 they received the Great Place to Work recognition. Quala is not certified, but that does not mean that they fail to comply with the require-ments to operate in a controlled manner. There are some actions that can be improved one of them is the focus of this project. For the development of this project, the Iso 9001 2015 Standard was taken as a basis in or-der to raise awareness of the importance of keeping the process information documented and updated.
