Item Aplicación de metodologías ágiles, para evaluar el impacto del cambio de lubricante en planta de producciónJosé Luis Mosquera Alzate; Luis Fernando Sierra MartínThe purpose of this article is to present a study analyzing the impact of applying agile methodologies to industrial project management, specifically focusing on lubricant changes in gearboxes at a powdered detergent plant. Research indicates that the problem stems from current operational failures, high maintenance costs, and significant environmental impacts associated with poor lubrication practices. In this context, the main objective is to design a proposal based on the Scrum framework to manage lubricant changes in a structured manner, thereby enabling the evaluation of their technical, economic, and environmental effects.Item Propuesta de modelo ágil para procesos de co-creación en microempresas de impresión 3DIngrid Vanessa Hernandez Pineda; Jeisson Camilo Urbina Martinez; Sandra Milena Villamizar VillamizarThis research proposes an integrated management model to optimize co-creation processes in a micro-enterprise producing personalized decorative objects through 3D printing. The initial problem consists of empirical management that generates gaps or inconsistencies resulting in rework and operational inefficiency. Methodologically, a descriptive-propositive approach is adopted, focused on the analysis of a 3D printing startup in Colombia. The proposal integrates the implementation of both Design Thinking tools in the ideation phase and Scrum and Kanban boards for agile production management. Additionally, a system of key performance indicators (KPIs) is formulated to control the operation and generate inputs for growth, scalability, and adaptability.
