Item Diseño de las políticas de abastecimiento de carne de pollo en la empresa Granja Avícola Avimar con el propósito de optimizar su nivel de servicio al clienteOrtiz-Rodriguez, Camilo Andres; Ballen-Parada, Juan Diego; Rojas Larrota, José DulfoThis degree work was developed in order to obtain a strategic design for the purchasing and inventory areas of the company Granja Avícola Avimar, taking into account that it does not have standardized processes within these areas to control cash flow and inventory. The development of the project was based on the real information of a company that has been in the market for five teen years, but has never kept a record of its purchases, sales and inventories in a systematic way. As for the engineering tools that were used to carry out the project, the following were developed: problem tree, which was used to identify the company's problems with respect to inventory management. On the other hand, techniques such as 80/20 analysis, product coding, product tree, demand analysis, safety stock, ABC analysis, among others, were used.
