With this, we also seek to know all the times of operation and thus seek an efficient improvement and according to the quality guidelines of the company, and also an economic study that makes the alternative of improvement and return of investment made by the company. Once the problems that overwhelm the company were identified, we proceeded to select one of them to be the focus of the investigation, in our case it was the current order presented in the warehouse and the two mini markets, in order to face this problem it was decided use the tool of the 5s with a complement in retail management to be able to give an optimal solution to the problem of profitability, the pertinent inquiries were carried out to be able to offer a proposal for the implementation of the 5s, which in the case of to be implemented will generate a benefit in terms of costs which, when calculated annually, generate a considerable value that the company could save and at the same time increase its profits.Item Propuesta de aplicación de metodología 5Spara disminuir la duración del proceso de montaje en el taller de mecanizados de Ajover 2019.Cala-Agudelo, Laura Cristina; Ribero-Prieto, Jorge Elias; Quiroz Castellanos, Carlos AndresThe company AJOVER S.A is a manufacturing company dedicated to the transformation and manufacture of petrochemical products, a multinational plant with plant distribution around the world. For the development of its production process, the company requires molds and tools that are produced by various suppliers, among which is its own metalworking workshop called "Dumar workshop", located in the city of Bogotá. Currently, the workshop has presented delays in the delivery times of the molds due to a high variation between the planned time and the time executed in the manufacturing process, which puts them at a disadvantage compared to their competition. The following research work aims to implement and implement a 5S program that contributes to the best continuous mode of the Dumar workshop processes. 5S is a Japanese management technique based on five basic principles that are classified, sorted, cleaned, standardized and discipline of the technique. Before beginning the implementation, a diagnosis of the current situation was made, for which the logbooks provided by workers were analyzed and it is evidenced that the factors that generated more leisure time were the search for tools, bad location of the tools, lack of information of the plans. Once the critical factors have been identified, they will be developed with the proposal of implementation, with the objective of reducing or eliminating these leisure times, as well as improving the aspect of order and cleanliness of different work areas.Item Propuesta de mejora del proceso productivo de Lactiquesos S.A.S por medio de herramientas Lean Manufacturing.Rodriguez-Rodriguez, Daniel Alejandro; Villalba-Vidales, Diego Fernando; Rubio-Gonzalez, Ivan Andres; Cruz Villaraga, Nelson HumbertoThe degree project has been carried out in order to describe everything that does not generate value and determine which Lean Manufacturing tools will help improve the productive process of Lactiquesos SAS. In principle, the research problem was to identify the variables that are involved in the proliferation of low productivity in the organization, all in order to design strategies that will help Lactiquesos SAS: In the first instance recognize foci of low productivity, followed by a development of improvements through the use of Lean tools and finally evaluate these improvements as feedback. The work methodology is correlational. Making (1) a diagnosis by means of a modal analysis of faults and effects, in addition to the (2) application of a Lean diagnosis, followed (3) by the use of the 5's tool, and with these diagnoses to obtain the current state of the company, (4) design possible strategies for the improvement of the production process, generating path and process flow diagrams, in addition to proposing Poka Yokes and visual control through Andon, determining the value flow through VSM and proposing rapid tool change SMED, all this with the (5) purpose of reducing demand dissatisfaction, increasing the amount of money received annually by involving all staff in the productivity improvement project. Thanks to the above, data could be obtained to simulate the production process with possible improvements.Item Propuesta para el mejoramiento de los procesos productivos de la empresa PCI mármoles, piedra y granito mediante el análisis de sus recursos y herramientas del lean manufacturing.Moreno-Cobos, Cristian Camilo; Jiménez-Benavides, Jhojan Steven; Peña Vargas, Luis HéctorThe purpose of this degree project is to identify and describe all those problems that generate the delay of the production processes of the company PCI Marmoles, Piedra y Granito. It begins with a diagnosis that allows identifying the variables that lead to low productivity. Through a Lean audit, it is intended to diagnose the current state of the organization against tools such as the 5’s, Poka Yoke, Visual control (Andon), SMED, TPM, Gemba Kaizen and obtain the current state of the company. After making the analysis of the factors involved in the process that decrease productivity, a selection and analysis of the possible improvement of these that contribute to the improvement of the productivity of the company is carried out. Based on this information, the improvement plan will be established considering the necessary resources and their final disposition.
