Item PATRONES DE ACTIVIDAD Y SU ESCENOGRAFÍA EN EL CENTRO DE FUNZA, CUNDINAMARCARafael Santiago Vargas González; Laura Marcela Jaramillo Acosta; Raul Andres Chaparro SepulvedaThis research analyzes activity patterns and their scenography in nine dwellings in the historic center of Funza (Cundinamarca), aiming to identify recurring spatial configurations as a basis for design criteria applicable to adaptable multifamily housing models. A qualitative-comparative approach is adopted, combining architectural surveys, temporal activity maps, semi-structured interviews with residents, and project analysis. The theoretical framework draws on Christopher Alexander's pattern language (1977, 1981), Sou Fujimoto's (2007) conception of residual spaces, Alberto Campo Baeza's (2012) theory of light as a spatial organizer, Francis D. K. Ching's (1979) analytical tools on form and order, and Amos Rapoport's (1978) sociocultural perspective. Results show that natural lighting, scenographic flexibility, and appropriation of residual spaces are the factors with the greatest impact on habitability in high-density contexts.
