For this, it was necessary to carry out a diagnosis that would allow analyzing the current state of the company and determine the processes that require improvement, then the generation of a proposal for improvement in the production area and finally the construction of control indicators for the measurement of the production area. This study was justified by the problem that exists in the production area and that affects to a large extent the final result of the goods offered to the client. The development of this project was carried out in different stages, which identifies the company's study; the current state of their operations is diagnosed using tools such as analysis of PESTEL and PORTER's five competitive forces; and then going through the analysis of the problem by means of applying the logical framework methodology. In this study, positive and negative aspects of the routing, management and operation are identified. Is therefore evidenced that the company has variety of products in its portfolio, strategic suppliers, advice to its customers, conservative management practices, lack of objectives in short, medium and long term, commercial and wide stagnation competition in the sector.
