The proposal for the design of the quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the company SKP consultancy, allows developing relevant issues for its growth, creating strategies based on the PHVA cycle, process map, characterizations, among others, which will allow the company to be more competitive in the facilities sector, providing tools for the fulfillment of the mission, vision, objectives and promise to the client. All these must be within the focus of the standard, being applicable from the beginning of commercial operations, through the entire production and implementation chain, to end in the follow-up and after-sales service to the client.
