Organizations must be seen as a unit where shareholders, managers, middle managers, employees and contractors work together to achieve the goals and objectives, for this reason our work consists of rethinking the concept of client for the Agustiniano Tagaste School under the “We are all customers and we are all users” perspective, so it is proposed to implement changes in order to improve communication and processes based on the PHVA cycle. Surveys are required to collaborators and third parties who provide their services to the College on a regular basis to establish the starting point and measure the progress made in improving their conditions and as reflected in the level of achievement of the objectives. ; This will allow identifying and making the necessary adjustments to achieve a transversal impact in the College. In addition, the progressive integration of standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 39001) to improve the conditions of collaborators and improve the quality of the service provided to external customers simultaneously constitutes a fundamental strategy for achieving the objectives.
