A quality improvement proposal is presented to the government entity
called the Victims Care and Reparation Unit, although it is already certified in
quality under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the approach was applied to processes that allowed an improvement
through continuous review, based on a diagnosis and analysis of the data; as a result
a process map proposal is obtained, the improvement in some of its characterizations,
generation of indicators and application of a quality integration model. All the
previously said, complying with what the Government expects from all state entities
that are involved in the issue of quality and in this way measure the institutional performance in
terms of quality and social satisfaction.
