Avícola Del Tequendama M S.A.S is the company under investigation of this work. The organization is dedicated to the distribution of deposed chicken and whole for points of sale (grills) the process that realizes inside the company is the recollection of the product delivered by part of the suppliers, the classification by weight according to the order of the client and the distribution or delivery to the final customer.
This in turn presents processes of quality in terms of safety of their products and good manufacturing practices, but without having a certification. The present work seeks the creation of a quality management system for it, based on ISO 9001: 2015, which allows the standardization of its processes and the commitment of the entire organization, to generate a teamwork that contributes to the satisfaction of the client's needs and the loyalty of them.
