    Propuesta de mejora al sistema de gestión de calidad para el Laboratorios Legrand S.A.

    The proposal for improvement to the Quality Management System of Laboratorios Legrand S.A. It is based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and on making a comparison of said Standard with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the standard under which the company is certified as a legal requirement. Laboratories Legrand S.A. has several opportunities for improvement from the guidelines of ISO 9001: 2015 allowing it to be more robust in its Quality Management System. The characterization of processes through the PHVA cycle, allows to define in detail the activities of the processes, as well as the inputs, outputs and stakeholders, which helps to have control of said activities making the processes more efficient. Likewise, the definition of the objectives and the operation and management indicators allow to measure the processes and establish improvements of these. The application of the concepts of the Directive Excellence allows it to make a diagnosis to the Organization of how it is in front of its Mission, Vision and Strategic Objectives and to be able to establish improvements that allow to achieve a synergy and success between quality, efficiency and effectiveness. The strategic verification of Quality through the performance of audits allows to know how the processes of the Organization are in order to establish action plans that allow their continuous improvement.
