    The proposal for the implementation of a Quality Management System for the Servicarr S.A.S. was based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standards and on the Colombian Technical Standard NTC 6001: 2017, based on the premise in which the company is seeking to advance towards continuous improvement, which is why this proposal is part of the research of the company, its description, the reason for being, the services it offers, its mission, vision and proposed objectives for its growth. Giving as a consequence the need for a management system as a principle for its implementation. The proposal includes several items that were elaborated according to the silver objectives, among them clearly and concisely evaluating the application of Neuromarketing tools, process management, executive excellence, verification of the quality strategy, business responsibility, canva business, monitoring and measurement, continuous improvement, communication and project management. The foregoing in order to offer the company the best alternative to apply its system with optimal management in search of adding value to your organization.
