An investigation is carried out that is aimed at presenting a proposal of the quality management
system to the company T & T Jeans Colombia, which is a tool that when implemented in the
company is understood and applied by its directors and collaborators, with the goal of meeting the
needs and expectations of the company's stakeholders, allowing them to comply with the goals
established in the vision proposed in their opportunity.
The way in which the work was carried out was by means of the information gathering of each
process directly from the executing staff of the same, analysis of the information, consultation with
the employees and the review and approval of the management that is compromised which
allocates the resources for this project.
