dc.descriptionEste trabajo tiene como fin realizar un estudio de pre-factibilidad para la implementación de un nuevo proceso en la empresa Acrialuminio Emmanuel S.A.S, el cual corresponde al área de producción y está orientado a la elaboración de sandblasting, dicho proceso en la actualidad no está implementado por la entidad, está siendo tercerizado, por lo que acarrea gastos innecesarios en el proceso de transporte, lo que incurre en mayor tiempo de recorrido y tiempo ocio ocasionando pérdidas del productos (vidrios rotos, desportillados, vidrios rayados, etc.). A partir de lo anterior, se realiza el diagnóstico correspondiente a la empresa Acrialuminio Emmanuel S.A.S logrando identificar por medio de una encuesta que el personal que trabaja en la compañía sugiere que se debería implementar el proceso de sandblasting.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this work is to carry out a pre-feasibility study for the implementation of a new process in the company Acrialuminio Emmanuel S.A.S, which corresponds to the production area for the elaboration of sandblasting, said process is not currently implemented, it is being outsourced. which leads to unnecessary expenses in the transportation process, which incurs more travel time and leisure time, causing product losses (broken glass, chipped glass, scratched glass, etc.). The diagnosis corresponding to the company Acrialuminio Emmanuel S.A.S was carried out, being able to identify through the survey tool that the personnel who work in the company suggest that the sandblasting process should be implemented.es_ES
