Análisis del retraso en los procesos de entrega de dotación de labor en las entidades públicas de Bogotá, año 2019

The objective of this work entitled: Analysis of the delay in the processes of delivery of labor endowment in the Public Entities of Bogota, year 2019, is to determine the cause of the delay in the delivery of endowments to which the employees who have been linked to the entity for more than 3 months are entitled. To carry out this, the internal processes and procedures of an example entity were identified, consequently, a viable solution to the identified problem regarding the labor endowment process was carried out, so as to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within public entities. The knowledge acquired during the academic training was applied. The methodology used was a descriptive type of research with field design and case study, this was very important to develop the appropriate proposal in the process of provision of labor and therefore the improvement of activities in this regard. Action plans, processes and procedures and improvement plans were used. Likewise, this will be a very useful tool for the professionals who work and manage the logistics and process of the labor endowments of the employees entitled to it.
