Item Origen de las variaciones en la adherencia a la plataforma educativa digital en Nueva EPS y su impacto operacional durante el período 2020-2021Vargas-Forero, Cesar Julián; Soler-Bernal, José Héctor; Sánchez-Gaviria, Mónica Andrea; Vanegas Aldana, Yuly Alejandra; Parra-León, NydiaNueva EPS is a corporation created in 2007 as a Health Promoting Entity of the contributory regime within the General System of Social Security in Health of Colombia, currently its scope also covers the subsidized regime. In the year of 2019 this EPS implements a training system through the e-learnig platform (virtual or online teaching) called "ingenio", based on synchronous and asynchronous methodology and structured in five lines of knowledge: operational excellence, user excellence, human development, health and digital information with the objective of creating self-learning culture in its workers; but after a performance follow-up through the indicator of compliance and adherence to the training plan it was evidenced that in the years 2020 and 2021 the adequate level of adherence with the virtual development of contents was not obtained. Scenary that generated the need to inquire and know the reason why in the referred period the expected adherence was not achieved during the induction of new personnel in the use of the digital platform of the entity; investigative action that was carried out through the development and application of a survey as a research tool that generated the necessary information to identify the origin and causes of the situation presented and that was used to base the conclusions and primary recommendations that can be used in an improvement plan by the EPS.
