For the above the objective of this study is to present the knowledge that exists to prevent and to diminish the workplace harassment and in effects. this study will follow the qualitative research and descriptive and used tools such us one survey the was perform online with 69 people over the age of 18 years. The results of the study we help to identify the knowledge and the perception of the surveyed have of their workplace harassment and their productivity in the company. The results will also, show the need to apply protocols in the organization to prevent, mitigate and eliminate practices that may be considered as harassment at work and may affect the health of workers and organizational productivity.Item Consecuencias del acoso laboral durante los años 2019 y 2021 en una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de papel y cartón ubicada en la ciudad de BogotáMarroquín-Patiño, Anyela; Bautista-Ruiz, Fredy Gabriel; Parra-León, NydiaThe purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the possible existence of harassment at work in an organization dedicated to the manufacture of paper and cardboard, through the application of qualitative methods (surveys) to the personnel employed by the entity seeking to analyze the consequences of harassment at work, a survey with multiple response questions was applied to all employees of the company (10 people), The results obtained were analyzed and represented in a matrix with which it is possible to conclude that 40% of the employees have been exposed to a possible situation of harassment at work and that social and psychological factors play an important role in the behavior of human beings in this type of situation.
