    Inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad en las pymes del sector comercio de la ciudad de Bogotá en la localidad de Puente Aranda en octubre de 2019

    A research study was carried out by means of the descriptive method, by applying 358 surveys in person to the entrepreneurs of SMEs in the commercial sector located in the town of Puente Aranda of the city of Bogotá, in order to determine the different factors that influence the recruitment and hiring of people with disabilities (PcD) in October 2019, based on the legal, physical, psychosocial and performance approach, since according to the statistics reported by the DANE in the Population Census applied during 2015, the PcD have very few job opportunities, as a result of the lack of knowledge involved in the hiring process, the lack of support and advice from entities such as the ARL, the limited information provided by the Chamber on the subject of Commerce to entrepreneurs at the time of the creation of their companies, in terms of the advantages they can obtain both at the admin Rational as a tax, for obtaining tax benefits for their companies, in addition to the great social responsibility they must have for the opportunity and inclusion for this community of people, who deserve to have the same possibilities as a person without any disability condition, since that although they have some characteristic that prevents them from being able to develop any activity specifically, they can be successful in others, in which their physical and psychosocial conditions are guaranteed.
