    The German Optics E and H Schmidt SA, is a company founded in 1914, dedicated to optometry services and the distribution of lenses, its objective is to provide quality visual protection, optometric consultations, ophthalmic lens supply, contact lenses and a wide range of frames to all people that require visual correction. Starting from this aspect, we intend to design an improvement plan from the area of Human Resources, oriented to the acceptance of the changes by the workers, as well as to give a solution to the problem that has been presented due to the lack of commitment in the work by the optician's collaborators, that is why we want to develop and implement a proposal to increase the positive attitude, improve the emotions, generate security and acceptance of the organizational changes employed by the organization.
