Propuesta de mejora para la gestión de almacenamiento de soluciones eléctricas L.T S.A.S

The present work of professional internship is carried out in the company providing electricity services Electrical Solutions L.T S.A.S., in the storage area, because it presents problems in inventory management and warehouse management. To identify the problem, a diagnosis using the value chain model presented by Michael Porter and the SWOT matrix of Albert S. Humphrey is developed, which yield data of great relevance and importance, to carry out the development of the internship. At the first, We identify the company does not control its inventories, therefore it does not have control about the amount of stock of material and tools that is in the warehouse, it lacks a database that registers the inputs and outputs of the elements, for this reason it is denoted the lack of organization and control that this process must have. Second, the storage area is totally disorganized, no tool and material, has a specific location, this happens because they perform the activity in an improvised manner. To resorb the above, it is proposed and implemented to codify the tools and materials, in order to identify them quickly, which allowed to control the inventories and facilitate the registration of entry and exit.
