The development of this project was carried out in different stages, which identifies the company's study; the current state of their operations is diagnosed using tools such as analysis of PESTEL and PORTER's five competitive forces; and then going through the analysis of the problem by means of applying the logical framework methodology. In this study, positive and negative aspects of the routing, management and operation are identified. Is therefore evidenced that the company has variety of products in its portfolio, strategic suppliers, advice to its customers, conservative management practices, lack of objectives in short, medium and long term, commercial and wide stagnation competition in the sector. The strong point of this company in the last three years in the market is the administration of horizontal property since by the cadastral census made in 2018 the increase of construction in modality of horizontal property was significant with an increase of the respect to the previous validity, in the sector of strata 5 and 6 that is our area of positioning.
