    Sistemas Especiales de Construcción SAS (SEC) is a company that since 2002 has been venturing into construction projects of bridges and buildings using the multitoron post-tensioning system with anchors. It has participated in infrastructure projects of great importance for the economic development of different sectors of the country, works delivered as Puentes Del Sur in the department of Putumayo with which contributes to the connection of Colombia with Ecuador, Puente el Quimbo in the municipality of Garzon Huila cataloged as the longest bridge in Colombia that aims to contribute to the economic and tourist development of the area, Hisgaura bridge in Santander, among others. An analysis of the sector in which the company ventures was made, as well as the advantages, weaknesses and opportunities for progress. From these, certain difficulties found in their processes were evaluated, determining that an improvement plan was to be carried out, which aims to guarantee the collection of the retention in guarantee, an item cataloged as accounts receivable different from the portfolio and generated in its financial statements a current asset that is not available for payment of obligations. The excellent management of the business improvement plan for Sistemas Especiales de Construcción will provide better economic conditions, generating as a result an outstanding cash flow, optimization in the use of the company's own resources, seeking to generate lower indebtedness and keeping the SEC as a strong construction in the market to certify its permanence over time.
