Item Accidentalidad durante el izaje de cargas en el sector de la construcción. Una mirada mundial de los últimos 10 años Accidents during lifting operations in the construction sector: a global overview of the last 10 years.Rosas Tovar Maria Fernanda; Diana Derly Bueno CastroThe study analyzes the high rate of accidents in the construction sector, particularly in lifting operations, where the use of equipment, the handling of heavy materials, and the interaction among workers increase risks if not properly managed. Based on a review of scientific literature from the past ten years, it was found that the most common accidents include falling loads, impacts from moving objects, entrapments, and equipment collapse, all resulting from a combination of human, technical, organizational, and environmental factors. These incidents not only cause serious or fatal injuries but also lead to economic losses, project delays, and legal issues. In conclusion, the most effective prevention strategies rely on a comprehensive approach that includes proper equipment maintenance, personnel training, careful planning, constant supervision, and the use of technology, recognizing that safety depends on the integration of all these elements.Item Propuesta de intervención de un programa de estándares de seguridad en el área de producción de la empresa CONSERVAS DELCASINO S.A.SAngela María Tirado Osorio; Diego Danilo Robayo Romero; Jaime Iban León Chamorro; Diana Derly Bueno CastroThis paper proposes the design of a Safety Standards Program for the production area of CONSERVAS DELCASINO, aimed at reducing workplace accidents and strengthening the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) by 2026. The initiative arises from a 50% increase in internal accidents between 2024 and 2025, highlighting the need to implement formal operational controls in critical processes such as cooking, packaging, machinery handling, and the use of chemical cleaning substances. The proposal is based on current Colombian regulations, particularly Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019, as well as international references such as ISO 45001:2018 and GTC 45. Within this framework, standardization is presented as a preventive strategy to reduce operational variability, strengthen safe behaviors, and ensure continuous monitoring of mechanical, thermal, chemical, locative, and electrical risks. Methodologically, the study begins with a structured diagnostic divided into four components: sociodemographic, cognitive-behavioral, operational-organizational, and verification. This instrument, grounded in recognized models, allows the identification of gaps between regulations, worker perception, and actual practices on the production line. Finally, safety standards and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) will be established for critical tasks, following the PDCA cycle. Additionally, an educational booklet will be developed to support program dissemination and facilitate its adoption, promoting a preventive culture and regulatory compliance.
